Great place to pick up crafts. The store was very clean and organized. Found exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very friendly. The person that rang me up had great customer service and was very sociable. I would recommend shopping here and plan some extra time to look around and shop.

This location is my favorite! The employees are always friendly and eager to help. For checkout always check online for coupons, they usually recommend a coupon I had no idea about and I end up saving more! Its always clean and well organized.

Good options for materials and great staff service, but they have this new technology that if you browse in any aisle for longer than a few minutes, the cameras detect it and make an announcement overhead stating assistance needed in (blank) department. Its actually really annoying because you cant even browse properly. Its a creative store and sometimes you have certain ideas you want to execute and you need to look at lots of different options, but this annoying technology just makes you feel rushed. Put buttons at the end of the aisles and if someone needs assistance they can ask for it.

One of my wifes & daughters favorite stores! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They always seem to have the items we are looking for, no matter how obscure. Clean and well stocked every time we visit.

Its dirty..and needs to be cleaned and organized better..staff needs a make over..hair cuts and trim for the guys..and the women need to be more lady like..and less long beach.If this is a place where people buy creative things..The entire staff needs to be more on point to attract evenmore customers from other customers word of mouth.People buy more when the staff is attractive and engaged..when a customer buys something..its sometimes because the customer is engaged to sales person..and will return based on that relationship .

Kudos to the Manager SOSI and Janice and Arlene. They came to my rescue with all that I had to have. I needed wedding things for my floral shop but the last time I shopped for wedding craft stuff was during the Rolling Stones era so you can imagine. But, the three employees knew what to do and I left with all that I needed to have. What a happy ending thanks to JOANNS Fabrics and Crafts. Lots of fabric selections. Lots of sales. Lots of coupons on your phone. Lots of thanks to them.

The quality and quantity of products is great. The only thing wrong with my visit was no air on a day in high eighties. The staff were friendly and helpful and trying to deal with the very warm atmosphere in that store. This has been going on awhile, weeks at least. The stars should be five but cant give that rating at this time.

Staff is not friendly, the environment is cramped and its hard to find things. Not to mentioned everything is overpriced. This is why online business is winning out. The thousand oaks and porter ranch locations are better.

I went over here to pick up some quick stuff for an elf on the shelf and ended up grabbing some end cuts as well. Customer service was fine and I was asked if you times if I needed help finding anything. Wandering around the store is always interesting as well

The employees here are hard workers, and they have only been kind to me. I feel they do not get paid enough and are not prodived enough staff or equipment to up keep the store. sometimes theres only 1 chasheir with a long line. this is not the fault of the employees and we need to be considerate of their hard work. this is a managment or corporate issue. the review someone left here making comments about the employees appearances is sexist and degrading.this joann location is on the smaller side, but has had everything Ive needed.

So many products here!! You can easily spend a couple hundred dollars in one trip. They offer a lot of good deals and discounts. My only problem is that its so massive in this place, that its hard to find an employee. Also, it has a somewhat eerie vibe just because its so quiet and empty all the time.

Similar to Michaels, but more items for sewing and seamstress folks :)Have seasonal items also for fall, spring etc. Coupons available online and via hand out/mail ads. Great place for your crafting needs or just super cute holiday decorations! The people are very helpful for beginners, I had lots of questions about what to buy what kind of glue etc and they always answer all my questions!

Clean and nice store. Nicely organized with excellent staff. Unfortunately, they dont seem to have any bilingual staff for Spanish speakers on some days if not all. I dont personally speak Spanish however there was a client that was left unhelped due to language barriers. Too bad nobody thought to use google translate. This doesnt affect my review however because again I was not the client here but this should be addressed. My trip was actually very pleasant and i enjoyed joking with the attendant whom was cutting materials.

They are not helpful. They were very rude. They did not have what I was looking for and they didnt care to show me. I am never coming here again. What a depressing store. The people here are miserable and lazy.

Stock levels and employee training are consistently lacking. Some lovely employees with sweet dispositions. Invest in their education, please. Your customers LOVE a knowledgeable employee.Finally: for the love of all things...Please make sure your associates have sharp scissors at the cutting table. This place is huge with lots of selection. Had to go all the way out here to locate our squirrel-with-a-camera garden statue! Easy parking and lines go pretty fast.

This particular JoAnns store has a terrible selection. Compared to every other Jo-Anns store I have ever been to they have the most limited selection of basic things. Porter Ranch is so much better but it is bigger of course. Additionally their air conditioner has been out for what seems like two months now so I cant really shop there without sweating my butt off, its very unpleasant. The bathrooms are always either gross or smelly or both. Possibly a sewage problem. All of the employees are always helpful and kind with the exception of one. Thats all Im giving this place stars for.

Sooooo much stuff !! I could spend all day in there if I had that much money. Only thing I hated, the acrylic paints are on display so low that I had to crawl on hands and knees to pick out colors ! Hurt my back for days. No one should have to shop like that. Over all its fantastic.

Nice selection, but Id much rather visit the Thousand Oaks location. The floor, exposed ceiling, and dim lighting make you feel like youre in some kind of a warehouse, not a craft store! Theres nothing wrong with the products or customer service, but I really dont enjoy shopping here!

Store is dirty and very unkept. The manager, a large man named Chris was absolutely horrible. He was loud, obnoxious and very rude to customers and employees alike. I heard him yelling at an employee from 14 aisles away, and when I asked him for help to try to help out the poor employee, he yelled at the same employee to go help him since your doing this all wrong. I cant, in good conscience, keep shopping here.
