This place is the dopest place for party accessories, some chick helped me out, the short one with the hair, I think her name was Sira or something, idk, but the customer service was top notch. A1 EXPERIENCE, WILL COME BACK 4 SURE

It take way to long for them to get you an item and the employees are way to lazy and rude

The couldn’t find my online order (even though they emailed me a confirmation to pick it up in store). They couldn’t offer me refund because they couldn’t find it in their system (even with the order number etc) so I have to call customer service to get my money back. I was in the store for 45 mins while they scrambled to find my stuff. Might not wanna order online, last time some stuff was missing from our online order and we didn’t notice till we got home cause I didn’t check it like a dingus.UPDATE: Customer service said my order was picked up in store (not true). Ive been on hold for 20 mins. Never shopping here again.

I love party city I never had a bad experience at any party city but the Simi Valley one really needs to work at there customer service from there cashiers to there managers they are very unprofessional even if you put a item on hold they will sale whatever item you placed on hold during Halloween my son picked a custom he had been looking forward all year long story short we found the custom the manager ran it to the front register for purchase by the time I made it from the line to the register this young lady had sold the custom and when I told her what she had done no care in the world didn’t even get a apology my son started crying and said how can she be so mean mom anyways I will never purchase anything from this place again I will drive to Oxnard or anywhere else there staff really made me feel like we are just another customer spending money .

Had what we needed even kinda close to Halloween. Checkout experience was a bit bizarre, cashier seemed distracted but what are you going to do? Overall positive experience.

Party City was a great store in any event, they offer great package on birthday celebrations and great deal as well.I am truly amazed and the staff here were very helpful and nice.

Confusing situation. I ordered for curbside pickup, but they didnt answer. I had to go inside and wait in line to pick up my order.

Store is clean and organized, surprising for Halloween time. They did give my wife the child size costume rather than the adult size she requested.

They had plenty of things for Superbowl. They also had balloons for Los Angeles Rams which I wanted. But they had NO HELIUM!! seriously hundreds of different balloons but they could not fill them.

Im planning a birthday party for my daughter and i came to this party city to buy the decorations. I must say that the employees were great, they helped me locate exactly what i needed and sped up the process for me until i wouldve found everything i needed, my daughters birthday wouldve ended. A big thank you to them. However, the prices there are WAY to high. I dont understand how a table cover and some paper plates cost so expensive. I was bummed out because i went to dollar tree after and saw everything they had for $1. A bit disappointed but the service there was great.
