Quite literally the worst amplifier repair job we have ever seen. Stephen was not only condescending and rude through the process but returned the repaired amplifier that he charged $440 to repair missing 6 screws and with the side panels fully askew. Highly recommend staying away from this sham. Sadly, a zero star option was not available because this company truly deserves that rating.

Stephen is in a class all by himself, a truly gifted individual with audio knowledge and experience that is second to no one.There is no one we use that even comes in close second when it comes to repairs-bottom line!
