My dear mother god rest her soul would only come here for here jewelry needs for many many years. Took my Rolex in for shorter link done on the spot 5 mins flat. Excellent informative customer service the gentleman that helped me today was as very nice a sweet heart of man. And fixed my gold medallion necklace with a very very fair price. I had a ring that I wanted changed into a pendent. Thomas was a great help in designing something modern and fashionable. He was helpful and knowledgeable with stones, their quality and how to best show the piece. A fabulous place to go to for repairs too.I look forward to using them in the future.

For many years, my family & i trusted & respected their customer service, & professional ethics. UNTIL recently. My children had a mothers ring made there, which i loved, but it needed to be re sized. The woman behind the counter was very rude, & condescending, but we took a chance anyway. A week later they said it was ready, but upon receiving it, we discovered a stone was missing, (which they lost, & over looked). They did, finally, find it & replaced it, but were not pleasant about the whole thing, nor apologetic. I will NEVER use them, & recommend them again. (& WAY overcharged for the re sizing)

I went in the get my ring resized. I got it out of the country and wasn’t able to size it until I came back. I went in and they told me they could do it. Because of my diamond’s placement, they warned me that they might come out. But I was reassured that they had an amazing jeweler and they were right! My ring looks beautiful and fits well! Very happy with the service and hospitality.

Hands down the greatest jewelry store in Simi Valley. Sara was ridiculously helpful, as was the rest of the staff. If youre looking for a store that has a small local feel but want the BIG name inventory...Gold N Heart in Lincoln Square is it.
