The Fitmax customer service is amazing! They answered so many questions even before I bought anything. They are wonderful to work with. I love my iPool! I got the heater with it which makes swimming a pleasure no matter what the weather!

I purchased an I Pool in 2018. It is now 2020 in July and if finally works well enough to use. The pool is small (not much better than a large hot tub) and the pool itself is well made.It took two older women about four hours to assemble the pool. The heater, pump and filter are really low quality. I have gone through three heaters; the first two were defective. I had to pay electricians and pool companies to reinstall the heater etc.times but now the third finally worked.Ray, the person who takes care of orders and repaired was incredibly condescending. Mostly he is trying to not have to homer the so-called lifetime warranty. I just had to pay $60 for two PVC heater connectors. The original connectors did not survive all of the many heater changes.If you buy one of these just buy the pool and fram and buy a good sand filter and have someone hard plumb it. Same goes if you want a heater.

Defective pool liner with multiple pinholes. Aggressive and hostile customer service by the owner. Buyers beware, do not trust paid reviews and glossy ads.

We bought our iPool this past summer to provide warm-water therapy for my wife. The set-up was a two-person job, but very straightforward. We have the heater and the salt-water system. Both have worked very well. My wife spent at least an hour in the pool most days during the summer and into October and has been absolutely delighted with the experience. We live in the Northeast US, and have had to close the pool for the winter, but she is looking forward to getting into it again. BTW, any questions or issues weve had with operation or equipment have been rapidly resolved by Fitmax customer service. Kudos to Ray Chang!

If you are in PT and need aqua therapy, do consider this as a good solution at home. I have ostonecrosis of the hips, my wife has osteonecrosis of the knee. We both need replacements and therapy. Were both too young for replacements to be effective. We found FitMax in the midst of COVID-19, after shutdowns closed physical therapy and gyms. (Pre-COVID, our plan was lots of PT, and join the local gym). Weve had our iPool 3 for 2 weeks now and it is as advertised. It has been wonderful to have a therapy pool in our yard and has helped to compensate for the gaps we now face with availability of other options. I should mention, we did look into the cost of an inground pool-- $40k. We live in NY where it gets to -20F in the winter. The best part is this will fit into a basement. COVID aside, at $65 per session of PT, it will more than pay for itself. On top of this, I will say these are caring folks. Our order was delayed, and looking at a delay of up to 2 months. I reached out with medical need and they came through for us to get the unit out in the next possible time slot. I have a lot of respect for these folks and any folks trying to keep up with demand in these times. They went the extra mile. They get 5 stars. Their product gets 5 stars. (The only ding & feedback thus far is the ladder is very good quality- stainless steal- If you could offer an upgrade to wider steps that woudl be awesome).

We have had our pool for 8 months and have had no issues with it. It was easy to install. It took 2 of us just a few hours to set it up. We put it on a covered patio to avoid swimming in the sun. My husband added on some steps with a small 12 inch deck that we can either sit on or put a speaker and our swim gear on. We bought the chemicals at Home Depot and can maintain the pool ourselves. We swim easily 3-4 times a week. At sunset we sometimes go in for a quick dunk to relax. We live in Hawaii so we can use the pool 9 months out of the year. Yard space is a premium so the fact that it has a small foot print is a bonus. Any questions I had were answered by Ray quickly. The bonus is that when we move we plan to dismantle the pool and take it with us.

I purchased the Fitmax iPool for exercise and relief from the hot Arizona summers. Its a great pool with a small footprint, but deep enough to be fully submerged while exercising, swimming or just relaxing. It also fit perfectly in my small yard. The salt caused a little build up on the salt conversion unit and when I needed help, Ray provided outstanding customer service that quickly resolve the issue. If you want exercise or relief from the heat, but dont want the cost of an in-ground pool, the Fitmax iPool is a wonderful alternative.

We bought our ipool a few months ago. It came timely and was easy to put up with two people, had no issues. It is under cover and out of the elements, so when heated the pool does stay warm with the thermal blanket around the frame and the heater will chase you out of the room if the windows are not open! It is deep enough to either swim (the harness works great) or just exercise if you wish. I am in it 4-5 times a week. Since the ipool is under cover, I should be able to swim/exercise all year round.Mr. Chang is very pleasant and helpful and provides excellent customer service. Thank you!

The ipool is awesome and such a deal compared to other choices. I have installed the external valves and it makes maintainence a snap. I have it on the timer pump and its always ready to swim in and less than 50.00 a month to heat. I have it installed in a room in my garage. Cant be happier and have had great customer service with my many, many questions.

This is the greatest! fits in the backyard and even the grandkids can play in it. Ive only needed to contact them once since I bought it (3 years ago) and the response was immediate and positive!

I absolutely love the pool and swim every day. It has helped relieve my back pain and provides for an excellent workout without joint pain.
