I had been buying from Fastenal for a long time but within the last couple years they have had a change in management where you can no longer walk-in to buy any bolts or screws. The online system is not good and when it says they have something in stock, it is not right and their inventory is off. I like to use grainger or Mcmaster but will only go to Fastenal as a last resort for projects.
