Zach from Archway garage doors stopped by this afternoon to install a new chain driven motor for my garage door. I’ve used Archway a few times and have always found them to be professional, reliable and trustworthy. I called Archway awhile back because my garage door springs had broken and the door wouldnt go down. They came out that afternoon and replaced the springs at a very reasonable cost.On this visit my belt broke and they came out the next day and because my opener was pretty old I had them replace it with a new state of the art opener.Great company, best customer service. Zack from Archway Garage Doors came out to repair our garage door after it fell off the track. He was quick and professional and he did an amazing job. This was a small blessing in disguise since we have been needing more garage remotes for ages and Zack was able to provide us those as well for a great price. Highly recommend. Only downside is that I think our dog fell in love with Zack and now shes sad hes gone XD

The team did a great job. It took 5 months to get due to aluminum shortage. Door is great and James was very thorough working out the details. Installers did a fine job.

We contacted Archway amongst a few other companies for quotes for a new garage door installation. James was helpful and reassuring, helping us choose a door that had the look we wanted, was in our budget and could be delivered on our timeline. The installation was on time, seamless and the installer easily worked around some tricky built-ins that other companies told us we would have to remove to do a new door install. From first contact on we were received with respect to our questions abut the problem our garage door opener was was having. On our first visit the technician Zach was thorough in examining the problem, he found the problem and ensured we could get the door open and closed until a permanent solution could be put in place.The earliest appointment was 3 days he arrived at the time promised worked to replace the existing motor/rail/sensors/and opener. He was kind enough to also work on removing the extreme noise our door had made since it was installed over 20 years ago, so happy he did that what a difference. .Zach took the time to explain how each function worked and how we could call the company back if we had questions or any additional problems.We thank everyone at Archway for their courtesy and commitment to doing the best job possible

Amazing service. Got both our doors serviced. One was a regular tune up and another that had the door that was coming of the rails that caused a dent to the upper panel of the garage door. First off I would like to commend James for being extremely responsive when I was locked out of my garage when my old motor broke. He came even though his day off, and he was really friendly and knowledgeable.We scheduled the replacement of the motor, Kevin came right on time to install a lift master unit. Kevin was extremely courteous, professional and thorough. They did the installation efficiently, and it was a very clean job all together. I would definitely recommend these guys to all my friends and family.

Our overhead garage door spring broke and Zack, the Archway repair tech, came to fix it later that same day. He did a fine job, including balancing the door, lubricating the parts and adjusting the up/down force. He charged a fair price and I will definitely call Archway for repairs or replacement in the future.

Came out next day after call. Fixed a limit sensor for me on the spot in 10 minutes. Honest company no BS. Another contractor had come out the previous day and tried to sell me on a whole new unit that would have cost me a ton of money. Watch out for the hustlers and get at least two companies to look at the problem. For me, Im going with Archway from now on. Thanks guys!
