Nicest people I ever met! It was owned by some slightly grumpy folks a year or so ago but the new owner is off-the-charts awesome!!! Helpful and kind - I couldn’t recommend more.

I needed to send out some packages quickly (and safely) all over the United States. I sent an email to ask a few questions, and recieved a reply extremely quickly. They were able to handle everything I needed, in a friendly manner. Its so nice to have a local place to handle shipping (easy parking, no line, friendly service, great owners) - and you can even shop their cool boutique - I saw a ton of neat gift ideas.

A full service location that has old-school friendly and helpful service for mailboxes, shipping and unique gifts.

These guy are the best. Very helpful on short notice for many of my needs.I think the critics should just go elsewhere and bless them with your presence. :)

I wish I could give negative stars to this place, its absolutely horrible.I needed to get a Live Scan for upcoming employment. I called for directions and all the the lady said was Were next to Baja Fresh! and hung up on me. Then when I got there, I see all these ugly tacky old lady clothes. I ask the person at the counter if this is Mailbox Plus, she says Thats what it says on the door. (Her name was Taylor) The last time someone was this rude to me was when I was talking to my prom dates dad.And when I went to pay, Taylor told me that if I pay with a card it will be an extra $3. I dont carry cash so I had to do it. Then she couldnt get the machine to swipe my card, so she called another lady to fix it (which took an additional 10 min). When it was finally fixed there was no sorry for the inconvenience, no thank you for coming to our business, nothing. She just handed me the papers and receipt and walked away.I will never go back to this horrible business and hope this review will keep others away too. For their own good.

Friendly service and very comfortable

Im changing to another PO Box location, horrible customer service, she is rude all the time to me, I dont know why, I always smile to her. 2 months with them and Im done, Im not going to give my business to a place like that. And they always rushing you to go pick up your boxes. I have a PO Box so I dont miss any of my mail and I pay for that, today I call her to explain a mistake with my check, it got send to a wrong name, I get it, I cant have mail send there if doesnt have my name, but I explained her the situation and she said : I dont care if is your check or what if is not in your name I will rejected and came to pick up your boxes because they are blocking my door. I said, sorry I cant today I dont have a car, again she said, I dont care is not my problem you have to came today!. Lady if your life sucks dont pay with your customers, because without us you dont have a job! Is my first time talking like this on a review, but Im a nice person and no matter how my day is going Im always polite and I always smile, so I want the same back most if is a place that I bring business to.

Ive been here on two separate occasions for a live scan now. The employee named Taylor is probably the nastiest woman on this planet. She is extremely rude and unhelpful. She really ruins your day due to her poor service. I would not recommend this store.

Ms. Taylor knows what needs to be done correctly and did so effeciently.
