Disappointed with their customer service:They had a really good deal on the smoker that I was looking for, but the unit that I bought from them was malfunctional. The adapter to run the smoker through a wall plug didnt work and when I called them they told me that they couldnt replace the adapter or the unit and that I would have to call Green mountain grills to have them send me any replacement parts. They were closed for the holiday and my wife and I were on a camping trip so if I wanted to use the grill that I just bought on our trip I would have to buy an adapter from Amazon with next day delivery. I called the barbecue HQ back afterwards and ask them if as a courtesy they would allow me to come by and pick up a bag of pellets and they said that since the warranty isnt their proble they couldnt do that.

Great bbq shop with a ton of product, grills, wood and pellets. They carry Sharpes wood from the OC, which is amazing. Thanks to the two guys who treated me well and very informational.

The service is always great. They are knowledge and happily answer all your questions. They have a decent selection of grills and smokers in a warehouse space. Also you must check out their extensive rub and sauce selections.

I went there for the first time to check it out. They have a lot of good rubs and marinades I picked up a couple that I will try, they have a lot of smokers from different manufacturers as well as a small fridge with quality beef. I will probably order stuff online since its a good hour plus from my house unless Im going to buy a new smoker. 😁😁

They got the goods . Theyre a bit spendy but hey you gotta pay if you want to play. Great selection of spices, all kinds of bbqs, gas, charcoal, wood pellets, gravity charcoal, built-ins . And all the accessories too.

One of the best places to come with the familia.. totally fun to eat there. yes the food is delicious, yes the prices are good, but the service makes things so much better. The whole experience was great. we will be back again and again
