Little slice of motorcycle heaven right here in Simi. I dont need to go over the hill. Bought my first Ninja 900 here back in 85. I ride mostly dirt these days. They have or can get any thing I need. My go to motorcycle shop.
First review Ive ever done on here, but I felt the need to give these guys a solid review. Had an extremely smooth and easy transaction with the owner John over email and a great experience with Jimmy doing the paperwork in person. Jimmy prepped the paperwork as I was on my way which made it even faster to be in and out of there. He even helped load the bike into my truck using their ramp. I drove an hour to go buy this bike as they had the best price on it. Limited to only this transaction with them but I had a good experience.
If you are looking for any Kawasaki vehicle, Kawasaki of Simi Valley will take care of you. They have knowledgeable staff, who are honest and never pressure you or bs you to make a sale. Have a great selection, and will always work with you on your needs. Best prices Ive seen in any Kawasaki dealership in So-cal. Cant wait to go back and buy another bike from them. Oh.. did I mention their mechanic shop? Great service, return time, and prices as well. They are an allround dealership. Couldnt be happier to do business with them.Thank You!
The employees there are VERY knowledgeable. They take their time to make sure your order is perfect and they really are nice. NO angry employees! Definatly recommend
Lovely people, real passionate and reliable. My bikes running better then ever.Thank you very much bud.
I just bought a kawasaki z125 brand new the price was perfect no over charging for anything unnecessary they worked with me on delivery and staff was super kind patient and knowledgeable and made this process a breeze! I was also referred here by a long time client and trusted their judgment on referral I give 100% satisfaction.
Traveled 18 miles to Kawasaki of Simi Valley as it came recommend by a friend. Took my Ninja 1000 in for a an oil change on a busy Saturday. Told them I was waiting and they only took 30min! Great service. The BMW dealer makes me wait near two hours for an oil change and charge double. There is also a nice dinner next door to have a snack and coffee while you wait! I will do all my services here from now on.
Top notch motorcycle dealer and theyre service is second to none
Great family owned dealership .The owner John and all the staff are very hands on and give expert help and advice .
This is what a motorcycle shop should be. In the middle of an 8 week motorcycle trip I stopped by to grab some brake pads, chain lube, oil filter, coolant o-rings and some brake master screws for my Z1000. They had everything, where super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend !
Great people. No pressure. I bought a 2015 Ninja there and have been back window shopping and always friendly. Great support, Danny quick turned a tire swap for me this week. Jimmy, John and Danny are low key regular people and it is a pleasure to support local business of this caliber.
I had the best time with john.he did everything so easy and smooth.will recommend my friends to him.my wife was also impressed with john.get to see him soon for a friendly visit.thanks again for everything
Painless buying experience. John, the owner, was very informed, low-key and no pressure. Talked to me about my bike choices (Vulcan S Cafe or a Versys) and was patient and friendly.Offered me a very fair deal on my trade in and a good price on the bike I chose (the Vulcan). I was happy with the service so I went ahead and ordered a bunch of new parts for the bike through them. The shop itself is small without a lot of inventory but they carry the major Kawasaki bikes of interest in at least a couple of varieties. Very clean shop and workshop! Will happily give these guys my service.
Small friendly staffed store. Waaay cheaper that competitors, same bike here was around 1000 cheaper OTD price than a dealer in the valley. Would highly suggest to check them first for a kawasaki.
John was one of the most amazingly humble people Ive encountered. Even though I was a first-time motorcycle rider, I wasnt being offered an unreasonably marked up price that I would have to negotiate with. From the first phone call to the time he dropped off the bike, I felt secure and lucky to be dealing with an honest, hard-working, down-to-earth person like John. After the bike was dropped off, he patiently waited for me to inspect and be satisfied with everything, and offered to answer any questions I might have at the time. He even gave me tips on how I should start off as a first-time rider, having gone out of his way to point out the nearby neighborhood where I could practice riding the bike. I felt like the deal was incredibly fair and smooth, and if I could buy more bikes or get services done, I would not go anywhere else on earth but this location. I had the most wonderful experience dealing with buying a motorcycle. Forget all the internet tips on how to haggle with the motorcycle price, and forget how you should prepare yourself if you dont want to get ripped off. If you want a bike, dont go anywhere else and end up wasting your time.
They almost always have the part I need when no one else does. If they have to order its quick! This shop is by far the best in Ventura County.
Love it here great service, great product, great price. cant go wrong here. my new Versys 1000 is a sweet ride thank you John.
Unbelievably bad customer service in the parts department here. Look elsewhere to another dealer.Parts department associate Jimmy repeatedly refused to give a Kawasaki part number over the phone for a fork seal like it was a big secret because he felt there no need for it.. Seriously. Im sure Kawasaki Corp would disagree with this approach to serving customers.I will not do business with this dealer. Dont waste your time here.
KSV is the very best Kawasaki dealership in Sales, Service and Parts within the Southern California region, period!!!John and Jimmy in Sales and Parts and Dan in Service, these guys are the best in the business and will always take care of you!!
Friendly, old-school, no-hassle buying experience here.John and Jimmy are a throwback to your neighborhood dealership where long-term relationships are built and customers are treated fairly.None of the macho/biker posturing like other shops, just a supportive, consultative selling style that is adjusted from never-evers to highly experienced riders.HIGHLY recommended - they even transported our bike to our home when we were hesitant at making the ride over the hill. (New, MSF-course riders buying our first bike). Thanks, guys - it was a PLEASURE working with you.
This place is amazing everyone is so helpful and they can actually answer your questions without being like I dont you ask someone else
Great place to buy a new bike. I checked out over a dozen dealers in the SoCal area requesting quotes and every single one of them tried to lay on absurd amounts of dealer addons and made excuses like limited quantity, fast selling, Japan earthquake for why they are asking for so much. Simi Valley gave me a fair quote right at the start, I didnt even feel the need to try and negotiate lower. Great staff, small place and off the beaten path, but well worth making the trip to see these guys.
Friendly staff great service
