Have had many good experiences with Burger as I’ve bought numerous things from them over the years for various BMW’s I’ve owned. Products are top quality and more than fairly priced. Most recently I had quite a few tech questions that were answered via “chat” by their rep Jeff. He answered everything I asked and was able to dissect a few thing for me just based on a few pics I sent over to him. Just another reason why I will continue to spend my money with Burger.

After buying jb4 with fuel wires Bluetooth and wastgate wires and sparkplug kit earlier this year my 2021 kia stinger gt was a beast. After 3 months ther was a update for the jb4 download the update. The car had a extremely bad running condition 300 rpm die would not stay running at all I Sent logs to Burger they were reviewed said the car had no boost and to replace the masterchip I guess It is not covered under the five year warranty. I replaced the chip same issue exist an can no longer use the jb4. Disconcted the jb4 car runs perfectly. I have mustang tuned by Lund racing if I have a problem with my car tune I can call 📞 them and talk to them and the problem or warranty issue will be resolved. EVEN DURING COVID AND ONLY 4 EMPLOYEES. The only communication they have at burger is email no phone number to call about issue with the jb4 update that ruined the unit. I now have a $700 paper weight I do not recommend due to lack of customer service department and communication limitations.

Absolute worth the 5 stars. Had multiple questions and got got the same customer service rep both times I inquired! Jeff was too the point knowledgeable and polite! Ordered shipped within 2 hours and all of my questions answered clearly. Great company and staff! So far very pleased.

I ordered the oil cap and oil cooler accessories and love them. The two oil cooler caps look amazing installed - so much better than stock. The oil cap and thermostat cap were damaged unfortunately (not shown in pic) but the support team was amazing and a replacement is on its way. So I ordered a tuner module for my car only to learn after I received it, that my DME was locked and it couldnt be installed without being a pain (to me). I sent the unit back and was refunded much less than I thought fair whereupon I sent an email expressing my disappointment. Within minutes, I had received an email refunding my entire amount minus a reasonable shipping/restocking fee.I wish that I was able to use the module but was highly impressed by the way they handled my situation - excellent customer service by a company that stands by their products and their customers happiness

Always heard through the grape vine that BMS had fantastic customer service, now I know first hand that all those people were telling the truth. Replies to emails were almost instant and got help and guidance with everything I needed.

Im in Melbourne Australia so a fair time difference, however after dropping Burger Motorsports enquiring about some of their products late one evening I was suitably impressed with their comprehensive response the next morning when I checked my email.The level of detail provided in the answers to my questions, along with the promptness of their reply even though I indicated I was a way off purchasing showed a high level of professionalism and customer service.After looking at many other products I will be purchasing a JB4 and all required ancillaries for my Stinger GT when it finally arrives as the level of support by this company has been phenomenal.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, our shade a 17mm socket to remove the wheels from my BMW from BMS two years ago, used it numerous times but unfortunately yesterday as I was removing a wheel from my vehicle the socket Broke .I contacted customer service and today the shipped for free a replacement part . Awesome and awesome product. My JB was received in a very reasonable amount of time. I was able to install it in less than 30 minutes. Thats including running the port through the firewall. There was a lot of hype about this module on YouTube, so I got convinced enough to purchase one. Wow...what an awesome creation. My car is a whole new beast. I dont know how much hp I actually gained. But giving it a test down my block, I was moving so fast in seconds, it was impossible not to blow the stop sign. So I wont we doing that again. So, dont be like I was. Be responsible. Only test this product on open road. I rode in plenty of fast cars, but my q50 almost feels like it wants to lift the front wheels when the boost kicks in. By the way when you slam the pedal...dont get discouraged by the slight lag. Its designed to give that reduction on take off so you can get some traction to move. Dont worry...after that point...you will be moving. I have heard my tires spin from 2nd to 3rd gear. Good luck and enjoy. By the way Burger motorsports responds very quickly. If the product works for your car, great. If not, then hope my experience will help as an reference.The youtube reviews and most google reviews for the JB4 are great and thats why I tried this product. The purchase experience is good but after that it was all terrible.After I installed JB4 following the online instructions (honestly, its not the clearest instruction if you never installed one before), the car had error codes and engine started to reduce power outputs, and the JB4 wireless cable cannot connect with the phone app. Because there is no customer service number, i had to wait for someone responds to my email.The technical support person asks for all the installation pictures (I had to remove the JB4 since i have to use the car and i didnt expect there will be ask for all pictures), so i had to reinstall everything again to send all the pictures for the connections. After the tech support confirmed all connections are done properly, they sent me a new control board. After i received the replacement board, I re-installed everything back in, the JB4 still cannot connect with the car properly and the car produces the exact same error codes as the first time. I sent all the pictures back to the tech support again. They came back asking me to re-install with reduced number of connections/sensors without explaining what could could have gone wrong. Each communication takes days in between and each installation takes me hours. It was really frustrating at this point that it appears the product just doesnt work at all. Since JB4 only has a board and a harness, the board already has been replaced, so the only other component that could have gone wrong is the harness. So i asked the tech support to send a replacement harness, if it works, then i will mail them back all the old ones. They refused my request and asked me to send back the JB4 so they can do a testing to see what went wrong. Since i live in Canada, they said they cannot print a return label for shipping outside of the US. They asked me to ship using the cheapest way and they will refund me the shipping cost. So i followed their instruction again and mailed everything back.Two weeks later, i was surprised since i received an email saying everything has been refunded (of course its only refunded 80%). I was so confused that they were clearly asking me to mail the JB4 back so they can test it, and i followed every single instruction. So i followed up with them and asked whatve happened. There is no explanation. They asked me to repurchase it and they will sent me a new JB4. I told them that if they can test it and tell me what went wrong, then i will repurchase it. They came back saying since the JB4 has already been recycled so they cannot test it anymore. This made me lost all the confidence on this company. Their product clearly doesnt work properly (at least in my case), their customer service is slow and not informative. Often times, i feel their use of language implies the customers are doing something wrong. They clearly failed what they promised to do which is testing their product and find out what went wrong, and they refused to fully refund me (not even the mailing cost they said they will reimburse) after themselves messed up the process. As a customer, i wasted hundreds of dollars (taxes, mailing costs, mobile apps and the 20% they refuse to refund) and many frustrating weeks on the installation and communication. I dont think this company thinks from their customers perspective at all and their language makes you feel that you are not acting as a normal customer. The product and the customer service is a total disappointment (in my experience).
