Bought a GE Washer from Home Depot and in 2-weeks the insides came loose and flooded my house doing considerable damage. after 7 months i finally got a check from the GE insurance company. GE never fixed or replaced the washer and Home Depot NEVER Helped. Home Depot has a no return policy on appliances even if they are defective. Home depot does not post there policy in the store or on the invoice when you buy it, But it it is on there website. The insurance check did not cover all of the damages. Today I dropped off the Washer and Dryer that it damaged at the transfer station. over 800.00 brand new and GE or Home Depot will not even engage in a conversation about it. Home Depot....GE Never Again!!

Howard in the paint department is such a life saver! He is so knowledgeable and has helped us tremendously! Literally the best customer service! We have our entire house to paint and I will be coming here a lot for paint! I can get paint anywhere but we will be returning because of the service he’s provided!! Thank you so much Howard and Home Depot for hiring such a AWESOME guy!

Last time I was in this Home Depot I saw a guy walk out of there with a buggy full of power tools and high dollar items while his friend did the same thing at the opposite door. I was shocked that nobody tried to stop him even though the cashier wanted to see his receipt he just blew her off and kept on walking. I guess the guy on the other end of the store have whoever might have been there for security occupied. When I go there people are confused and I would just rather go to Lowes. Thats where I know everything is anyway! MichaelPS - I did find a strap wrench there, how exciting!

Online ordering/pickup and the app (tells you what isle and bin to find stuff) are great. Really improved my shopping experience. The employees are still ninja-like in their ability to avoid detection which adds a fun challenge. I often try to bait them with jerky and reruns of Workaholics but theyre clever.The orange is a bit dramatic but, as I adapt to life on this planet, I see the usefulness of this construction color to aid deck builders and shelf addicts alike in finding the stack of picked over decking scraps which remain for viewing in the Diamond VIP room. (Free admission if your work truck is a Denali or if you brought a trailer you absolutely do not need)All in all, a great place to get jerky and drill bits. 4/5 stars. 7/10 clovers. 9/10 horseshoes. 3/5 hearts. 2/11 moons. No diamonds. Used them for a down payment on a sheet of 4x8 birch.

This last week I came to your store topurchase some large potted bushesand several bags of mulch. Your Mark Terrywas working in the garden department andnoticed I was struggling to get the bags ona flat bed wagon. He came over and made my day. He not only loaded the wagon but helpedwith my purchase of the shrubbery. I am 80 years old but I had the sense he would have been a great help to a younger person as well.He stayed with me through the cash register process and loaded my car using plastic toprotect my interior. You are fortunate to have this man on your staff.

Customer service needs work. Bought a piece of lumber And needed to return it. They told me Id have to walk to the other end of the store for the return. As I was walking they stopped me and told me I would have to go outside that I could not walk through the store I had to walk along the outside of the store. Then they expected me to walk all the way back Again to the opposite side of the store to get the piece of lumber in the correct size. I got my money back and went to Lowes. Theyre easier to deal with and it was less money.

Went in to get materials to do a diy bathroom project. The employees wery helpful, asked a few where things were and they knew exactly where to go, and even gave us tips on the fix. Everyone was super helpful. We went here after trying Lowes, where no one would acknowledge you and we were almost ran over by an employee with a cart. Home Depot had better prices and a better selection!

Rented a material lift and trailer. The trailer was in an almost like new condition. The material lift worked, but had to make lift arm extensions since the originals were missing.

Good store lots to choose from. I purchased 20 bags of mulch today. Employees were standing by when I loaded them on a cart(not the ones on sale) and were outside chatting when I loaded them in the car. Someone could have at least held the cart in place while I loaded them.

They have just about everything. Especially if you are handy around the house.

Tend to have what Im looking for. Employees are nice but in some of the areas they dont know what they are selling.

Not a lot to say. There was plenty of parking, it wasnt busy, I easily found what I was looking for, and checkout was fast. The only thing I can complain about is one of the items I wanted to buy was not priced and I couldnt find a price scanner or someone to help. Not a big deal deal as I just looked it up on my phone.

Ordered a Troy Bilt lawn tractor from them, waited to get order confirmation and pickup email for 5 hours on an in stock mower. Finally called them, was told that they had to put it together. 4 hours later, was told it was put together. Picked it up, got it home took it off the truck, checked oil, put gas in, started cutting grass, on the second turn the steering wheel came off in my hands: It had never been put together. The bolt with lock tightening threads was still in the package. Upon further inspection, the heads of the bolts in the deck were rusty. 2nd time cutting with said mower, both front tires are flat. I dont know who to more upset with Home Depot for shotty customer service, poor instillation, or TroyBilt for poor workmanship.

Terrible service for appliance delivery. We requested a one hour notice as we are 50 minutes from our new house being built. They called us with a 30 minute notice and we rushed to get here and told them exactly what time we would be here. They left two minutes before we arrived without calling us or answering our calls.

They seem to have what Lowes does not. A clean store with very helpful staff that are eager to help you find what you are looking for...Lowes does not. Plenty of check out lanes open so you get out quick...Lowes does not.Just a much better experience at this store! I will go back even though it is 50 miles away...Lowes is not!

My first trip to this Home Depot has made me a loyal Lowe’s customer. Went in for a washer and dryer. There were 20+ models on the floor to choose from, when the associate came to help I was told that they have only one model in stock, wasn’t the one I wanted, then was told that there were a few that I could order and get in two weeks. So I did the math, 1 in stock, and maybe 5 you could order, out of 20+ choices. She actually told me that most of the ones on display they can’t even order, don’t have in stock, and can’t get the display model. Why even have items on display that you can’t even sell? Went to Lowe’s and was out the door with a new W/D in about 15 mins.

Kathleen the design consultant spent two hours of her time to help my wife and I complete a perfect project. Worked with her a few days ago and finished it today. Thanks again Kathleen.Highly recommend Home Depot and Kathleen for your next kitchen or bath project.

Bought two very expensive chairs, both arrived broken, the instructions said do not take back to the store, contact the manufacturer, I did and am still waiting on at least a dozens parts that I have to put together. Called the store and got nothing but im sorry A lot of my time wasted on these chairs. I would advise to shop somewhere else

Normally I buy all the time here for my hardware and tool need. This time in the need of blades for my Toro Zero Turn Mower, I was inform its a dealer item even though they do have a large stock for other brands.Just be aware of this dealing with this type of equipment for Name Brand drealer ships.At least the staff was knowledgeable on this situation that I am stuck with.I thank.them for their help and expertice.

Was buying concrete stain and had asked for help in the paint department. The customer service person gave me paint instead of stain and I didn’t pay attention (my fault). Took it back a few days later and they would not exchange or give me a credit. I left and went to Lowe’s where they helped me and said if I didn’t like the stain I could bring it back. That is customer service! I will be doing all of my shopping at Lowe’s now. Home Depot lost a good customer.

Customer service here is bad. Do not order for pick at this store been waiting 20 minutes in line. For people who are returning stuff before they will get to me for a pick up. Makes no since. Why they are all required to stand in the Same in marked line.

Mostly great but they closed the garden side so you have to go all the way through the store and there is also no one to help you if you need it out there.

I was attempting to maneuver a heavy box in my cart & 2 employees just stood & stared with their thumb in their ear so to speak. The cashier didnt bother to ask IF I needed assistance with loading my purchase in our vehicle, (I did) yet I had my tandem (2)Team of Service Animals accompaning me. FAIL on the part of Home Depot. ALL home improvement stores FAIL in providing a disabled person with quality costumer service.

We bought a new fridge from Home Depot in Simpsonville, SC. We noticed the fridge did not fit based on the dimensions when it was delivered. We called as soon as it was delivered to see if we could return and buy another one. Everyone associate we talked to with Home Depot said it would be okay if we returned since it was JUST delivered but it was up to the store manager. We called the store manager and told him the situation and he refused to be understanding and let us return and purchase another one. Do not go here!!! Go to Lowe’s they allow returns for unfortunate events. Horrible customer service.

Service has increased over the last few months. Lumber section is excellent. Prices are about 5% cheaper or the same as Lowes.

Went to Home Depot. Didnt have what I needed. Then I left. Otherwise, nice store.

The difference is incredibly obvious.Ypu can walk up to anyone and I mean anyone in any department at Home Depot and they will proudly serve you or find someone who can. I cannot say the same for their competitors store. I’ve spent hours walking in circles with numerous employees only to wait for the store manager.Home Depot always has everything we need and if for some reason they don’t, they make it happen. They are always so friendly greeting us with a smile and knowledge. Way to go Home Depot!

It was a good day

I am remodeling my house. I can figure out how to do what I need to in YouTube videos but every now and then you have questions. Everyone in Home Depot wants to help you. They will go out of their way to find the answers if they do not have them.

Today my wife and I came to the store to purchase a dishwasher that was in stock according to the website. We got there to find it wasnt and the 3 employees who told us this did not seem to care, no apology and no offer to help us find an alternative. This is a reoccurring event for us with home depot. When we call to try and see if the stock online is correct you wait on hold for 10 minutes to be directed to the department you need and then you never get an answer. Not to mention we have spent countless hours traveling to all our local home depots to find the items we are looking for only not to be in stock. The online stock shouldnt even be an option at this point because they do a HORRIBLE job keeping up with it. We have a credit card with them that half the time cannot be put to use and we find ourselves going to Lowes for most things we need now.This store and company has become a huge disappointment.

Great place to get appliances as they will topically beat Lowes in pricing. Recently started e-receipts which was the any other reason why I preferred to shop at Lowes. So far I have purchased 2 window AC units and a washer/dryer set from here with no real issues.

Friendly and helpful. They even ran an order or curbside for me even though curbside had stopped a half hour earlier.

I dont frequent this location of HD, but I am SURE glad I did as I was QUICKLY greeted and Ralph (from Florida) over in Appliances was AMAZING! He was knowledgeable, professional, personable and went above and beyond to make sure I found what I needed! Great location, go an exit down from Fairview and cut across makes access easier! Such friendly cashiers ALSO!!

I purchased over $100 with of merchandise from Home Depots website and chose store pickup since the store was already closed. I received a call at almost 9:00 the next evening to let me know they had sold out of one of the items I had ordered. When I had placed the order, they had 10. Obviously, if they had not waited all day to fulfill the order, they would have been able to do so. Bad business and no apology to boot.
