I love our local Michaels. They usually always have what I need, at good prices too. Its clean, employees are always helpful.

Very helpful customer service. The cashier walked me to the aisle of my product even though she was the only person available at register. They had an extra product I searched for online after it stated the product was unavailable. I will shop at Michaels again to use my 40% off coupon I received after signing up my email. I love a great sale and Michaels keeps them coming.

The cashier was rude as hell when she was done helping an old couple on the floor, I asked for direction . She was rude and told me she had to go to the register and didnt know what I was talking about. 10 min later a floor person told me she didnt know who moved the whole store around but she didnt know what I was talking about. I asked for gold car model paint I knew it was in a case and told her we just needed to find the case . She rolled her eyes and told me they didnt carry it. We were standing right in front of the case when she said that and walked off. I waited like 5 min . Put everything right down on the ground in front of the model paint and left.. I called the Greenville office they never called me back. They dont need my money I guess

Id give it more stars if it wasnt hit and miss with the customer service. You either get someone who goes out of their way to help or someone who doesnt care at all. As for their products, there isnt as much of a selection as other craft stores, however I think their sales/coupons tend to be better.

Lots of items to choose from and plenty of stock on the items. Need help? Just ask the friendly staff. Great parking and hours to fit your crafting needs. If they dont have it ask them to order it and it will be on the way. Unleash your inner creative being and make someone great today.

I came in looking for three items and they either didnt carry the items or were out of stock! I went online to Store Supply.com and found everything I was looking for at a great price and super fast delivery.

Great store selection but mask wearing was maybe 50/50 and the aisles are very close together so its difficult to maintain social distance from those who werent made to wear them. I will be using pickup from now on.

Good selection for that size store. The only thing I was disappointed in was they had no light or dark cocoa melts. Did not even see a shelf label for them and had to make another stop for those.

Great items to choose from for crafts and hobbys its the best place to go but dont expect to be greeted by a friendly associate I was just there walked around for about an HR picked up everything I needed and i go to check only to stand there with 3 cashiers wandering behind the counter and would not even acknowledge that I was there ready to check out after they had just checked out two customers LOL finally said enough was enough I set my s*** down and left and I will not return. I will only use Hobby Lobby from now on

Nice, clean large layout. This is a crafter of most any types dream store to go to. So much selection. And check your Sunday ads or sign up online with them. They always are running 40-50% off coupons. Digital, printable or in their flyers. Constantly running sales in store and online. And if you need framing work for art, pictures, etc. then this is the place to go! They will even custom make the frame to fit whatever size and style you may need. Love this store! The creative projects are endless with supplies for the novices to expert. I literally can spend hours in this store just looking at what they have to offer and my creative side constantly in full gear. Love it!

I was looking for posters but they didnt have any.

I had to get some sprigs to make my Christmas wreath. They were all 50% off so I saved quite a bit. Some things in there were way overpriced though. It seems like they charge alot for stuff that looks like it would be easy to make yourself for a lot cheaper. Overall not bad..

Always use coupons online! I love this store, it has great picture frames, seasonal to for the kids, lots of very affordable craft items. They also have slime making Fridays and other crafts for kids during the summer. The kids love the crafts!

I love this store because they have everything a crafter, artist, jewelry maker, cake Baker ext. Could ever want and then some. There prices are a bit high for items you can find at there competitors stores.

Staff was super helpful. Cashier went into the back to check stock and found the items we needed. Not the usual if its not on the shelf, we dont have it.

This is one of my favorite art stores not so much for what they carry in house but for their great people who are both curtious and helpful. They have the coupon to scan even if u dont, they are open on Sunday and theyre just so darn nice. Love this place!

Michaels is a very good shopping experience for this disabled shopper. Michaels is the only craft store I know of that has a electronic shopping cart for use by their handicapped shoppers. Isles are wide enough to maneuver down most. Employees are more than happy to not only direct you to what your looking for but escort you to what you need. Coupons are easily accessible on my phone for my discounts and Im not very computer wavy but their site is easily found. Thank you Michaels. Vivian Winford

I love Michaels. I have to have adult supervision when I enter the store because I have very little self control in craft stores.BUT.I went specifically looking for a Happy Planner day planner. The one I purchased last year was just a standard day planner that I turned into a lesson planner, using other inserts and stickers.This year, all they had were planners for teachers and students, with an extremely limited selection of other day planners. The inserts they had did not match ANY of the planners they had for sale. I know how many options are available for planner inserts, but 90% of them were just blank pages.So.... disappointed, but still love Michaels.

Easy to locate items in this store. Coupons are usually available. Nice selections.

I havent been happy shopping at the Michaels store on Laurens Road for about the past six months or more. The store is very sloppy and always in disarray. Items that I saw misplaced in certain aisles are still in the same place when you visit the following week. There are always items thrown behind shelves and on the floor. You can never find a sales associate to assist you. I can rarely find items that Im looking for as Im a paper and mixed media crafter. It seems that Michaels is turning into a home goods store, Im always happier shopping at Hobby Lobby or online at Amazon for my craft supplies.

Very poor customer service here. I didnt have signal in the store and was having a hard time getting the 50% off coupon to load and the manager Jan made a comment one of you need to just get the app i thought it was very rude. I always shop here and the customer service is always bad.
