Good Experience all around. Purchased a 2010 Tahoe. Very happy with the vehicle, the process, price, and the experience I had at Dream Cars.May be the only one who didn’t purchase a classic car from Dream Cars but maybe one day! LolThat being said, a VERY impressive inventory of classics.

I actually bought my dream car from Jim. After talking with many classic dealers and looking at many Chevelles, I decided to work with DCOTC. Jim was very down to earth, and cool to talk to. He provides video walk around, and tons of pics including underneath. His description of the car is exactly what I received. This car was below price compared to hundreds of others I looked, that weren’t as nice as this one. Jim also got me in touch with a local guy he’s worked with and they basically got my 69SS car to my house in 24hrs!!! Thank you Jim, this SS is beautiful!!!

There are very few people in the world like Jim. This is my first purchase from him, but won’t be my last. The Corvette was delivered to me in better shape than he presented to me over the phone! He had found some concerns with the tires and chips on the paint, and called to tell me before shipping the car out to me. He asked me if I wanted to still take the car at our agreed terms. He’s a good man and solid professional. Great experience!

I just had my 1964 Imperial Conv. delivered. I have been buying cars on line for years and highly recommend Jim. The car was as described (it is laser straight), as was the transaction, from start to finish. I am already in talks with Jim on another vehicle. Solid guy, no b.s.

I accompanied my daughter during her extensive search for another car. She found exactly what she was looking for here at Dream Cars of the Carolinas. Jim was patient and kind and made the entire experience a pleasure. He provided the necessary paperwork to the lender in a timely fashion and followed through on all of his promises. I would highly recommend Dream Cars of the Carolinas.

These guys are great! They know their stuff and constantly have new classic cars coming in. I personally love the Mopars but Jims always got something cool to check out. They buy and sell, and if youre looking for something in particular they can probably find it for you. I have been involved in several transactions with then and always been very satisfied. Jims a straight shooter for sure.

I bought a 1971 El Camino from Dream Cars almost two years ago and couldnt be happier. I drove 150 Miles from Charlotte to look at it and bought it. The owners are the real deal. I drove the car back to Chatlotte with zero issues. Dont hesitate doing buisness with Dream Cars of the Carolinas.

DONT BUY BEFORE YOU INSPECT!I purchased two vehicles without getting them inspected and what a mistake that turned out to be. Two years ago I was in the market for a vehicle for my daughter who would soon be driving. She thought she wanted a Jeep Wrangler. While looking online we came across a 1973 Jeep Commando that was offered by Dream Cars of the Carolinas. After a couple conversations with Jim, I decided to purchase the Jeep. Then I saw a 1969 Ford XL 500 offered by the same. I spoke with Jim again and he assured me the Ford was a great driving car. It was sold as a car with the 429 Thuderbolt enging and a good driving car. When the two vehicles arrived, I was sorely disappointed. The Jeep had a ton of work that needed to be done just to pass safety inspection here in Texas. The Ford, well, lets just say was anything but a Good driving car as expressed by Jim. The front seat rocked due to the floor being rusted out. The car could not pass a safety inspection either. When I spoke to Jim, post purchase, I told him the car was NOT what he said it was. His response: well, you didnt get hurt. the enging alone is worth what you paid for the car. I let it go and the car sat for two years while I was working on my daughters Jeep. A few weeks ago I started working on the Ford only to find out that the 429 Thunderbolt engine was NOT sitting in the engine bay. Needless-to-say, I was, once again, disappointed. When I emailed Jim, his only response was: Bob, This is two years ago? JimI responded: It doesnt change the fact that you sold me a car that was stated to have a 429. You even told me that the engine alone was worth what I paid for the car.Hmmm, not good business practices. No response from Jim since 28 March, 2017.So, all this to say, BUYER BEWARE! INSPECT BEFORE YOU PURCHASE!Jim, if you are reading this, I fully expect you to do the right thing.

My name is Ted Carlson from Minnesota, I came across dream Cars Of Carolinas, just by doing a Google search for sale 1964 Impala cars for sale. I found a 1964 Impala on Dream Cars Of Carolinas website and this is what the sale ad said. Description; Very nice 1964 Impala for sale. 283 2 bbl/Automatic. Starts runs and drives great. The dash and seats are in good shape. The floors and the the frame are good and the body work is pretty much done. The moldings have been taken off for paint but are in the trunk. Bumpers are good with a nice set of rally wheels with good tires. Needs door panels. and a headliner... Price of the car is $8,995This is what happen to me please read!!!My 1964 Impala shows up on Monday 11-15-2015 on a car transporter. The car is nothing like the ad says. It says the car runs great and the body work is pretty much done and ready for paint. The body is very poor condition a ton of rust and holes and filled full of bondo. when the car arrived on the auto transporter it would not start and the guy that transported the car tried to push the car off the car transporter and the car went rolling and damaged the front end of the car. I called Dream Cars Of Carolinas and they would not back up the sales ad they listed about this car but I have seen it still on there website as a sold car in there inventory. I did hire a lawyer and I see him today. I have to bring all paper work. I swear the car is put together with some kind this thick glue I have seen all over the car It looks like hard resin glue. I picked a piece under the car hood and it made a big hole through the hood. In the ad it says no door panels or headliner so I was aware of that and have those parts on order. I had plans to have the car painted because the body work according to the sales ad has been done and chrome trim is in the trunk. What a huge lie that was!!! The floor of the car needs replacing, the trunk of the car floor is held up by resin. the entire body of the car has rust under the cheap flaky paint. This car was slammed together fast for a quick spit shine sale!! All the chrome trim of the car is rust pitted. That back window edge is rotted through. the door handles are rust pitted. the dash and the seats are in great shape. The 283 engine wont even turn over and run like the ad says great running car...LOL!!! I would not pay more then 3k for this car. The tires and rims are awesome, great shape. The battery holder is rotted. I just had this car hauled off to a automotive shop yesterday to get the engine fixed. Not Fair!!!! My friends and family see my frustrations and if you where to ask me what I want from dream cars is I want what the ad says a car that runs with the body work done and ready for paint. I hope these guys wont mislead others with these sales ads. Jim do the right thing. You took money from a guy that worked a ton of overtime for this car that I thought was going to be my dream. The car is a complete nightmare. The world is not all about money jim its about honesty and helping others out. Jim a car appraisal is coming out to appraise the car and you will here from my lawyer!!!Update after the holidays I will be taking this business to court for unfair business practices and sue for damages and attorney fees. I want to make sure this company will never do this again to anyone!!I hired a local car appraisal company to come out and take photos and documents of what is wrong with this 1964 impala and value and what the appraisal says is shocking!!!. This company had a misleading sales ad about the description of this car that they will never win in court.
