Took my truck to them to have tires (35x12.50x18) balanced. I was up front about the tire size and the 1/4” hubcentric wheel spacers. The service writer said it shouldn’t be a problem.Called me 30 minutes later and told me that they wouldn’t touch the vehicle because of liability of the 1/4” spacers and the fact that torquing them may cause micro cracks in the studs.Service writer was polite throughout the whole thing but I’ll never be back.

I was in town for a family emergency when my tire got hit with road debris, as I got close to NTB my tire blew completely out they came running to help me, Stephanie and Matthew worked with me to get the best deal they had an they were very understanding, after learning, I was there for an emergency they got there man on it right away, and got me in and out as fast as they could, they were very kind and helpful, and kept me updated knowing what I was dealing with. Highly recommend them. Even though they were doing the very best to get me in and out, I noticed they did not neglect any of there clients, everyone got the same smiling and happy face. They were very professional, and courteous. They even recommended a place for my grandson to get a haircut and a few places to choose from to go eat, very, very friendly staff all of them came over to see how we were doing and to say Hi, by the time we left we meet everyone who worked there, they are very care people.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Could not thank the guys here enough. Called them 30 minutes from closing, limping down the interstate with a tire that was shedding itself of tread, hours from home. These guy stayed open and replaced our tire quickly and with a smile on their faces!

Great place. Have had them handle multiple jobs for me and have had items in stock to do the job my trucks needed done.

I went in to have my tires rotated, on 6/2/2021 my appointment was at 2:15 pm, I was checked out at 4:20 pm, it took 2 hours for a 15 minute job. Stephanie was nice. Nevertheless I will not go back to have my car serviced.

Tires were not balanced correctly, oil was changed and the oil pan drain plug gasket was left off causing an oil leak.

We left a tire., 1 tire just 1. TO be repaired/replaced at 345 pm on 3/11/21 . as of 245 pm on 3-12-21 it still has not been done. 23 hours to fix 1 tire ?The service time is poor at best. This is not the first time either. Have had oil changes done there that took 4 or more hours to complete and those were with scheduled appointments.

Horrible customer service we used to shop here all the time I got tires over a year ago so now i am stuck until I purchase more. Anytime you call or go up there to get them to fix a tire or anything they expect you to drive on that bad tire until they can get you in for an appointment 3-5 days later. This place has been horrible since they lost their store manager Tony. Last week I took my Jeep in to get the Stem replaced in a tire this week another one is going out, mind you they are supposed to do it when they put in new tires but I call and ask if they check others and I am told no just the one that has something wrong with it WHATTTTT with that mind set how do you make any money. I will be going somewhere else after this.

Had a trailer tire go out on me while traveling through the area. The guys here went above and beyond, even staying late to help me out. Mad props to Matt, Bryan and especially Sean to get the tire swapped and us on our way. I cant thank them enough!

An 1130 appt Oil Chng & chk a tire w/ slow leak and not done til 330 was terrible, I GENERALLY LIKE NTB and their service but they probably need more help or hikers at this particular store or do better booking appts so people arent waiting g so long for appt

Very nice peoples and busy,even thou I just needed my tires checked.

My diabetic husband had a 3:00pm APPOINTMENT to get 2 tires-- a 20 minute maximum job. In spite of him having an APPOINTMENT, they didnt get his vehicle in till 4:30, and they didnt get done with it til 6:15pm!! We live 30 minutes away in easy traffic... he got held up longer in rush hour traffic -- with no food or drink, no no clean place to do his 3rd of 4 daily shoots.... we have had ENOUGH of their delays, high prices, and bogus appointment schedule.!

Well it has been a few hours now and the tires are still working. Just joking. The crew at NTB was very nice and helpful. I really appreciate that they were clean and professional.

Will not let this store touch anything I own. Just found out why my tire would loose air slow. When the idiots cut my tire off a couple years ago they cut into my rim. They had to know they did it because sparks would have been flying. Dont trust them.

Very awful experience. I called the place and asked about pricing for an oil change and to change a tire on my car and the guy told me that it would take an hour for my car to be done. I dropped my car off at 9am in the morning and they told me that they would call me when my car was ready. So 12:30 rolls around and I still haven’t received my call so I call back to see if my car was ready. The guy Doug or Douglas said that they were pulling my car around now. So then two hours go by and still didn’t receive a phone call so I called back up there again at 3pm. The same guy answered the phone again and I asked him if my car is ready and he said once again they are pulling your car around now. When I informed him that he told me that two hours ago he responded that they were very busy ( which they weren’t) and told me that he would have my car ready way before 5. So I get up there at 5 when I got off of work to get my car and to still see it sitting in the same spot and haven’t even been worked on. My car sat up there for 8 hours and nobody bothered to work on my car. This was my first and last time ever going to that place. I will not be back!

Went for an oil change after having an appointment scheduled. Was told there was a no show and it would be several hours. I had to get a lyft ride home and back to get my car. I was told I needed to replace the windshield fluid resovor but the part never showed. I was charged for the part and labor and had to come back to get that work done. Again had another appointment at 8am on a Saturday and my car wasnt taken back to the garage for over an hour. I will never be back horrible experience, most unorganized repair shop Ive ever been to.

Took my truck there for an alignment. Called at 10am and was helped by Miguel who was nice over the phone. When I arrived I was greeted by Logan. It is clear that she absolutely hates her job. They tried to align my truck TWICE and each time made it worse than before. I asked for a refund which was received. Now I have to take it somewhere else that is competent. Absolute joke and waste of 2 hours dealing with this place. How do you stay open?

Went on Sunday and didnt have an appointment but they fit me in in a satisfactory amount of time. Price to repair my tire was a little high, but the service was great.

I cant begin to describe in words how grateful and fortunate I was to visit NTB behind the Spinx on Fairview Road in Simpsonville.My son had gotten a flat tire on Fairview Road, so he was able to make it to the great folks at National Tire and Battery. There we were greeted by Trevor, who stated that they were busy with people who had appointments, but he proceeded to remove the flat tire for inspection. He came back with the tire repaired (nail in tire) all squared away and put it back on the vehicle. My spare tire was flat also, and he fixed that too! I was very grateful to Trevor and the guys at NTB for taking the time out of their busy schedule to help my son and I.I went inside to pay for the great excellent service, and the Service Manager Austin Stevens told me that everything was on the house. I said what, are you serious and Trevor said no charge, Merry Christmas.I didnt know what to say at this point.That was going above and beyond excellent and fast service, only to do it all for free.Maybe it was my Veteran license plate, or my US Marine Corps decal.I dont know, but I am very grateful and appreciative.Please go and visit Austin Stevens, Trevor, and all the great folks at NTB at 26 Ray E. Couldnt say that I would go back. Decent price for products, but the Service was limited to say the least. To much playing around & not enough structure.

My first experience using NTB not the best. I was quoted a price to install a battery and repair a leaking tire. Battery install had an additional $25 difficult battery install fee added at pickup. Had to return to dispute that charge also had to bring it back anyways because the TPMS light was still on. Dont they check this before releasing the vehicle? Had to wait while they fixed it and they did refund the extra fee after I complained about it. When I got home I checked under the hood cause now Im not confident in the repairs. If your missing a red flashlight you left it under my hood wedged between the battery and the fuse box. Maybe thats why the battery was so difficult to install.

They took great care of me. Would definitely recommend. Cant beat the prices.

Had to get 4 new tires for my car today and after going to a couple other places NTB gave me a great quote. I was beyond impressed with there service. I wasn’t the easiest customer as I was trying to understand my statement and what was owed but I can say that Shawn, the gentleman that assisted me was extremely respectful and kind taking my concern and working with the issue. Coming from a customer service background and in general experiences I have never had that response, respect and outcome. Beyond pleased and will be returning to this NTB In the future.

Thanks to Alex for taking the time to help us. He was very knowledgeable about tires. We were unsure of which ones would work best, since we were traveling to Vegas. We will definitely be back to see Alex for our brakes and oil change. Customers for Life!!!

Went there for the first time today needing brakes as I was already driving metal to metal. Chris came out and looked over everything and we found that I needed rotors too. They worked with me with pricing to fit my budget and their customer service was amazing! Will definitely be going back for my brakes, oil, and tires! Thanks guys! Will be back in 2 weeks for my back brakes!

Every time I go everyone is so nice. What really wowed me is that I went in for an oil change, and thats all I got. Normally when you go to a mechanic they find things wrong with your car, shayne said theres nothing that needs to be done. It was very refreshing. Hes a very nice guy!

Great staff, good work, smart mechanics know a great deal about vehicles. Will always bring my vehicles to them for just about everything.

Came in for an alignment waited 2 and a half hours after they told me it would be an hour. Then they came to me and told me I needed all of this nonsense which came to 1600 dollars. I told them no and I needed my car back then they said okay and went ahead with the alignment and charged me 98 dollars. Ridiculous service and will never come back here. I suggest no else does either they will try to feed you nonsense and lie to you. Please don’t come here they will take advantage of you.

You might think that a store that sells automobile tires might want to get the tire size correct up front. But, no. These guys would rather waste my entire day. The two guys upfront are either lazy, incompetent or just dont care. Take your business elsewhere. I received one apology and it was from an employee I had never spoken with...but I am sure he will catch on and leave fairly quickly.

Got a flat on the highway wobbled my way to them after they were closed, the manager was so helpful got me in after hours and replaced my flat.

Will NOT be purchasing anything else there. If I could give a half of a star I would. Dropped car off for tires rnd 8. I understand that we didnt have an appointment but it should not have taken til 4 to have tires put on and that wouldnt have happened if I had not raised my voice. Mind you the car was already up with the old tires off for some time. Their communication skills with customers and each other needs more training. FIRST and LAST time going, will be going to Discount Tires from now on.

Helpful and professional, I just left there had new tires installed, everything is perfect going there for alignment when needed. Only garage Ill ever use. Most of all the Honesty and workmanship and quality is top notch. If you have to wait cause its worth it.

Had a not-so-good experience here. PLEASE BEWARE and ask for the contacts of upper management anytime you feel unjust services here. This shop find ways to nickel and dime you even at the mercy of their incompetency. Went in for a diagnostic on my partially-working air conditioning. Was told that the assessment would take an hour. My wait time neared 2.5 hours to no avail. I was told that a dealership technician would be needed for my issue, but were brazenly going to charge me for the comprehensive test that worsened my existing issue. The manager was hesitant but courteous enough to say that the services were on him, however, I discovered that my entire air conditioning system was not functioning at all upon entering my car. This little nugget of information was intentionally left out and I made sure to let the manager know that he and his advisers were not transparent on that specific. A total lapse in confidence and communication. Unacceptable! They did the right thing by not charging me, but again, please be cautious when dealing with these “professionals.” They currently advertise on their marquee “new management...” Much of the old exists? 😕

I had a appointment to have tires put on at 10am,I left at 1:30,because the girl that made the appointment, put the wrong car down,wrong name mine.Shame I had to wait so long.

So I called AHEAD to schedule an appointment for an oil change and the young lady on the phone said oh come on in we got you covered, not only were there no appointments for the day she tells me she can get me in NEXT WEEK! This is unacceptable I could have went elsewhere and not wasted my time!!! Will never stop foot in here again if I can help it.

I wont go back. I drive a sport luxury vehicle and was sold a different tire comparing it to what i had on my car. The tires they put on my car are nothing even close to what i had. I even called back and was told i would feel a significantly different ride. Really disappointed and to make it worse the new tire was $202 per tire when the Continentals I had on my vehicle were quoted at $203 per tire. The speed rating is much different. Ride is rough. Doest hold the road even close to what i had. Feels like a truck tire on my car. I received a call from their hq, offering me their 30 day satisfaction but i have to pay for mounting and balancing on each tire. They should have simply sold me a tire that was comparable to what i had on my vehicle. I stated that when i was there to begin with and i was told how good this tire is and its better than Pirelli, Continental and Goodyear Eagle performance tires. Absolutely absurd.

I took my car here for an oil change because it was near Hobby Lobby, which I needed to go to anyway, and they could work me in on the spot. I got a call while I was in the store saying my air filter needed to be changed. My first instinct is to always say no to things like that because I know plenty of places try to take advantage of women. However, I also knew how many miles Id put on it without changing it and it was only $17 more, so I said sure. I might as well. When I get back, I found theyd charged me for the higher end oil change instead of the bare bones one I requested, but I didnt feel like arguing, I just figured that would be the last time I went. Now, my car, which never had an oil leak before, is leaking. I looked and a blue ring of silicone is around the plug. That happened once before at a Walmart when they accidentally stripped the plug, but they owned up to it and replaced it for free when I brought a replacement. I was going to take it back, but reading the other reviews makes me think Im better off just buying another replacement plug and changing my oil at home. Also, the air filter clips (you know, for that $17 air filter) were left hanging, so Im really glad the cover didnt come off during my four hour drive today. I just hope they didnt screw anything else up.

Came down to simsonville on vacation from Cleveland ohio and Got a flat 10 hours from home. They got me in asap and were very very helpful and friendly and helped me get on the road in a pinch. Recomend this place 110 % to anyone!! If im ever in the area again, will definitely do business with them!

Made an appointment for today at 11am. Dropped off the car at 10am. Never got a phone call and called them at 4pm and they said they were not even aware my car was there? Poor poor customer service. Not even an apology was issued.

5 stars after making several stops to different garages that were full at the time I was really frantic to solve my problem.I really couldn’t drive far because my whole car was shaking. So I called NTB and Ryan picked up after I told him what I thought the problem was he told me to come by the shop. After coming by the I found out the problem was way worse Ryan took his time and explained the process it took to fix the problem. My car drives smooth now and Ryan definitely went above beyond to help.

Where do I even start? I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment and it took 2 hours (way too long). Then I immediately noticed my car started humming while I was driving on the highway afterwards. After a couple days of the humming not going away, I brought my car back in and talked to Tony, telling him that the humming started once I had my tires rotated here a couple days prior. He walked outside to my car, rubbed his hand across my tire, then proceeded to give me a quote for $1,300 of work that he said he was sure needed to be done and would make the humming stop. Thats like me as a doctor seeing a patient, touching their abdomen, then saying its cancer without doing any tests or evaluation and recommending surgery immediately. What sane person with a shred of common sense is going to believe that? Absolutely insane. I came back a different day and asked to just have my tires rotated again because something wasnt done right the first time they were rotated. I waited and it took them 5 HOURS TO ROTATE MY TIRES!! I have never experienced such slow service in my entire life. Needless to say, my car stopped humming after they re-rotated my tires like I said it would. There is only one good employee at this entire place so I will mention his quality, but other than that the rest absolutely suck...especially Tony.

I brought my truck in because it was leaking gas. My first thought was it needed a new fuel pump, but much to the surprise of the Tech and myself, the fuel line was rusted. Being from up North, where everything rusts, this is not uncommon there. Not many shops around here will deal with this and luckily the Tech that I had was a Northerner too and was familiar with this. He also checked to make sure my brake lines were not rusted too. Its a little bit of a shock, when you see the Labor Cost, per hour, but to me this place is worth every bit of that. I was quoted $1000 for new brake lines, which I am sure most places here, would have done that. Having the knowledge of Rusty parts, my lines were cut, and replaced with pressure fittings and new lines, costing me less than Half the original price. Everyone there is nice and very knowledgeable and not once did they try to sell me something I didnt need or tell me 10 other things need to be fixed. I will be bringing ALL 4 of my cars there for service, I cant say enough about how great of an experience this was. Thank You NTB for the great job!

Big shoutout to Nicole and our Technician!! They stayed open later to patch up our tire as we got a nail right before we were supposed to leave for vacation and they saved the day. We called several places, all turned us away, and speaking to Nicole was a breath of fresh air! Definitely gained a customer today.

I bought new tires for my truck. And FYI. The best they had. 1500.00. and they never could get them balanced right. Had to take it to another place to correct there work. Just brought two trailer tires to them sat morning. Its Sunday afternoon and they are still not ready. The lady I called said sorry but the guys didnt show up till 10:30am. I have run my own business for 23 years without a name change. And if I run my business like ntb does. I would be broke and living on the street. A horrible business. Top dollar price with the lowest service and workmanship.

We drove to SC for Thanksgiving from Iowa. As we came into town we heard horrible noise. Black Friday we stopped by NTB. We received attention immediately, even tho the lot was packed and they were obviously busy. Problem was diagnosed within 20 min of arriving! Tony crawled under the car and minutes later it was better. He managed to fit us in very early Sat AM even though they were already completely booked! Fixed it up pretty quickly and then didn’t even charge us! Said “Happy Thanksgiving” and sent us on our way.Would highly recommend Tony and team!! They are busy FOR A GOOD REASONThank you, Tony!

My husband and I have been so pleased from 2 years ago when we walked into NTB on white horse road in Greenville. Mr Robert has a unique personality and great skills with taking care of everyone in a professional way. He is reliable and great at explaining the details about your vehicle needs. He has taken care of all of our cars and our family cars without beating us over the head $$$ like most car repair and tire shops have done in the past. From this day forward we will continue our business with Mr. Robert at NTB.

Not very happy about the service here at all.While they DID repair the tire (patched it), I had also asked for a 4 tire rotation that was never completed. I had am 11am appt, but the vehicle was never brought in till nearly noon. After a bit of time, it sat out front literally in front of the entrance doors for almost 45 min. Finally they found my keys, and they sent me on my way.More fish in the sea for service establishments, so check around... my first and last time coming here... (and I wont get into details about them NOT honoring the service warranty that the tires have on them either)...

Omg, you would not believe the trouble I went through this morning. Got off work after working almost 12 hours, tried to put air in my tire and the air pump snapped off my vale steam! After searching for a shop that not only opens early but can take care of me in my panic of a mode, I found this place not only opened at 7am but had really good reviews. I called at 7 on the dot and Ryan, my new guardian angel, come to the line and saved the day! Not only did he get me in the door, got my car back to be fixed, immediately, he did it in such a sweet and understanding way. Ehhhhh, nothing special. Ive had about 6 sets of tires from here. The tires are always done right but one time they took my oil cap off and left it off and I found out two days later at home when all I came in for some new tires. I also was waiting for them to call me to tell me my tires were ready and about an hour before they closed I called them and a lady said they had been done for hours. Would have been nice to have known that especially considering I told the guy to call me as soon as they were done because I had a friend who was driving me to pick them up and didnt want to keep him waiting all day.

A couple years ago my wife had a flat tire right near the store. They repaired her tire and charged nothing. Great 1st impression. I have been back several times since then and each time have had great service and fair pricing for the work done.

Some of the staff is knowledgeable, but they are a busy place so he prepared to wait to talk to someone that knows something. Mechanics seem competent and they can handle normal maintenance as well as more major stuff like engine changes and lift kit installs. Pricing is competitive

Made a 12:30 appointment for an oil change on my Tahoe, said it would be an hour and a half. Walked to get some food, came back at 1:15, Tahoe a itting in same spot and girl behind counter stated they are about to pull it in, its now 1:30 and still sitting in same spot!

I had brought in my vehicle on Sunday to have an alignment and tire rotation. I notice that it was shaking more often once I left. I brought it back in on Thursday to have it checked out. I would personally like to thank Anthony Demike for his superb customer service. He managed to have my vehicle inspected in a timely manner. He was very informative about the issue I was having with my tire balance. My rim was bent so he moved it to the rear and informed me that I needed a new rim before the issue deteriorates. Thanks Anthony for being customer-focused!

I had my SUV serviced and the guy name Rick polished the inside with oil the door floor dash seat and the steering wheel cover the vehicle us beige.i reported to the on duty manager he had to be white cause no blacks worked there. The manager that was out sick didnt do any better he set up an appointment to come talk and left early. I took it to Cooperate and was reimbursed for a detail job on my SUV. It was definitely a Rascial thing and they owe me a free oil charge but I dont trust Rick gonna make catch a charge!

Slow!!! When people make appointment and still have to wait 2hours something is wrong! And if u ask an employee anything,,, they are rude and make you feel as if youd rather be somewhere else!

The service here has greatly improved since my last visit. I made an appointment and they were exactly on time. They were booked up and turning people away still but kept yo their word and time with the appointment. Brian there was taking great care of people.

Chris and NTB went above and beyond to help us on a Sunday afternoon. Very knowledgeable and great service!!
