We received exceptional service from start to finish. Was shopping for 2 mattresses for my grandchildren loft beds, Kendra was exceptional with letting the children try out the different types of mattresses and gave of a great deal on 2 mattresses. I would definitely shop here in the future and refer them to my friends and family. Kendra took the time with us and was very knowledgeable, and helped us get the right mattresses for a the right price with in are bugget.

Kendra was such an amazing person to talk to. It was so refreshing to walk into a store without feeling pressured. Buying experience was excellent and efficient. Salesman was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the mattress we had in mind and was pleasant to work with.

We visited the Simpsonville location yesterday. .Dan was our sales person, and he was the absolute best sales person you could ask for. He was very helpful with us picking the best mattress!!!! He asked many questions to figure out what was best for us.

Fred was superb! We werent sure quite what we wanted, but he asked a lot of questions to help determine which mattress would work best for us. He was very knowledgeable about each mattress, and when we had narrowed down our choices he was able to give us a great comparative of each to help us decide. We had our toddler granddaughter with us, and Fred was also wonderful helping keep her engaged and entertained while we shopped, always appreciated when salespeople are understanding of kids. Overall a fantastic experience and we are very pleased with our purchase!

The folks at the Simpsonville store went out of their way to make my experience at Mattress Firm a good one. The only thing that kept it from being a great one was not getting my mattress on time. If you’re reading this review don’t blame the store if your mattress is delivered late too, it’s not the store’s fault. I got a text message yesterday that the team would be here in ten minutes and they surely were. Very professional guys, polite, just like the salesman Dan was at MF. I slept well last night on my new mattress. It felt very firm, almost like a hotel/motel bed. Thanks to those all involved.

I highly recommend Mattress Firm in Simpsonville. It was a relaxed atmosphere where I quickly found the mattress that I wanted with no pressure. I was in and out extremely quickly. They even delivered my mattress before my designated time slot and even the delivery guys were very friendly and fast.

Fred was very knowledgeable in the products that he presented to us. He took the time to work with us and to find out more about her sleeping habits and was able to narrow down our search to four different types of beds. Bought 2 mattress/box sets a few years ago. Shouldve gone with the better box springs. The standard grades does start to break down and crunch on the outer edge. Was told, but wanted to go cheap. Now we are getting the better box springs. Dan at the Simpsonville store did a great job over the phone. Having them delivered in a couple days. Cant wait to get up without waking the whole house!

The salesman named Leon was really good at giving me all of the information that I needed to make my decision! I put a block phone on the mattress that I was laying on without me knowing and when I sat up, I discovered it- the mattress was so comfy that I didn’t feel the phone at all! It was a major selling point for me! He was really careful to let me know that everything was clean and sanitized so that I felt safe during this crazy pandemic. I would definitely recommend anyone to go see him if they are looking for a new mattress!

I was supposed to have my mattress delivered Sunday by 4:pm, is now Monday @10:am and still no mattress, was just called and said it would be some time Tuesday, bought on Friday before said it would be delivered Sunday and now telling me Tuesday some time, I mean really.

The best customer service I ever got at a store.

I needed a full size matress for an antique bed. Between the matress and the box springs it all could only be 14 inches thick. Leon was very helpful and I ended up buying a bunkie board to eliminate the box springs and a 12 inch matress. Its coming Saturday, thanks for helping me Leon !

Wonderful service. Totally exceeded my expectations. I had originally purchased a mattress set at a competitor only to be told while arranging delivery that the boxspring was on backorder. We were kind of difficult in that we wanted to try out all the different options available, but they were happy to pull each one out and were very kind and patient with us. We got a fantastic Sleepys memory foam mattress and its the best sleep Ive had in years.

I love this store. December 2009 I brought a great bed at this store customer service great. I went in today to buy a body pillow different people same great service smiles all around. It is not one deal fits all but customized for each individual customer to fit your needs. Do not even let it enter your mind that they are out to take advantage of you as some other stores do never here. No matter your budget size they a great bed for you.

I went to purchase me a new mattress set. I went to the Simpsonville, SC location and met Dan. He was a very nice sales associate and was thorough in his knowledge with mattresses. Best Deal and Service, Shoutout to Boyd! 5 starsMy Fiancé and I needed to purchase a bed for our guest room and we received an excellent deal as well as a great comfortable bed, all topped off with excellent customer service. Boyd was very helpful and wasnt pushy at all. I would wait to repurchase from him if I went in the future as he was so pleasant! We spent awhile going back and forth trying to decide and he was very patient with us.We went to 3 different stores and found the best deal and bed here. (as well as the cleanest restrooms) Finally, we made it to the warehouse right at closing time and the gentleman there was very nice and helpful.Only thing that could have made it better was AC. We werent in there for that long and we were getting hot (3 of us), Yall got poor Boyd and whoever else works there suffering in the heat, lol. I dont know if that was an off day, but especially with the mask we all have to wear, its worth looking into that sooner rather than later.

Quick and courteous! They had 2XL, low-profile, twin boxsprings in stock, which are hard to find right now during the Pandemic. Even picking up the boxsprings at the Warehouse on Pelham was super easy!
