Found two good pairs of shoes. Other local shops stock very limited styles and sizes, usually low quality. Rack Room Shoes always has plenty of choice.Another thing I like is the staff, they acknowledge you are there, offer assistance if needed and let you wander around, they dont bother you like other places.

Clean store and great customer service. However, it is getting pricey.

Prices are right and the staff was incredibly friendly.

My visit on 10/16 was horrible. The shift manager Justin was very rude and his attitude was so horrible and unprofessional as if he did not want to be at work. He does not have the personality to deal with the public. The pricing labels on shoes in this store is apparently moved by customers so if you go in there make sure you ask a associate to check pricing because they will not honor the price even though its not the customer fault the label tag was moved. They dont care how their employees speak to customers as he told me I can call whoever I want to call in a aggressive tone. In my time in retail one thing that is stressed, you DO NOT argue with a customer.

I would not shop here again or recommend anyone else does, especially if you are buying for children that are not with you. I returned an item that was $29.95 and bc it was part of a promotion I did not get the full price or even half the price which is what I expected for a buy one get one free sale. Instead I got back 1/3 of the cost and the Assistant Manager was horrible. She did not care one bit that I was highly unsatisfied and would rather sit on the extra $5 then give me the correct price of $15. I definitely won’t be spending my money here again.

Nate is the absolute best sales associate, he went above and beyond to help me get the shoes I need (wanted lol) they didnt have my size and he was happy to get them shipped to me.

Wasnt very happy with the selection they had on hand. The workers didnt even give me a chance to look before they were asking every two seconds if I needed help. Which I guess it is better than not being asked at all.

I always find what I need for myself and my son at Rack Room. Friendly staff! I would like to see a larger variety of wide width shoes for men...The pickings are slim. Although I always find what I need I dont always find what I want.

They have a good selection of kids shoes. Womens shoes are severely lacking in options. And the sandles are pretty pricey. $50 for the same shoe I can get at target for $25.

There is a limited quantity of high quality shoes. Also it is very difficult to return anything after leaving the store. My husband purchased a pair of basketball shoes and wore them 1x at which time he decided they werent for him. The store refused to accept the shoes back as a return because he wore them once. I now realize that it is better to purchase shoes at another store with a flexible return policy or online if you are looking to try athletic shoes.UPDATE: I spoke to the store owner who allowed us to exchange the shoes.
