Only one cashier. POS system takes forever. Not Stop-A-Minit. More like Stop-An-Hour. Hire more cashiers and get a POS system that works quicker.

Half of the pumps do not work, the area is trashed and has been for quite some time, you get your gas receipt from the attendant, and the price of gas is not competitive, in fact today higher than most.

Horrible gas station! One employee gives you the ok to leave your car there because of a flat and then the manager gets it towed all the way to Anderson an hour away! And claims employee doesn’t know policy! That’s your fault for not teaching employee the correct policy! Should never penalize customer for it! Never doing business here

Love the customer service in here. Theyre open 24 hours and very convenient!!I wouldnt recommend their gas, as Ive had big problems with 2 different vehicles after filing here. However, everything else is exceptional.

I got a gallon of milk from there and my son are a bowl of cereal and a half hour later he wasnt feeling well and he only ate cereal so I went to smell the milk and it was spoiled before the expiration date and I spoke to Tracy the manager and she was trying to give me another one hell my son got sick off of the first one. Poor customer service and management.😠

This is the best gas station / convenience store in Simpsonville! The employees are very friendly & treat their customers as family. The store is always very clean and have very competitive prices not only on their fuel but on their beer & tobacco as well. They are a lottery retailer as well which makes it an even more convenient place to shop!

Today I sent my brother in the store for me not realizing that he left his I.d which is understood why he wouldn’t be able to purchase the tobacco. Problem is the cashier (white curly haired guy) ASKED for everyone birth date instead of checking for ID until it got to my brother who is African American then he decided to actually check for a id. Then when my husband goes in the store for me who HAVE his ID. He was turned away. Then when I went inside I was told that all 3 of us would need our ID. How obvious could you be. Please teach your employees to deal with a race outside of their own so your employees don’t feel uncomfortable. I decided to just take my business somewhere else. I don’t spend money where I don’t feel comfortable

There will be only one cashier for a dozen of customers waiting in line inside the convenience store and this happens every time you pull in for gas or something else, even tho there are more than one clerk roaming around doing nothing.

Old cashier lady with glasses had a problem with me wearing my hoodie and I been coming there for years. They seem to not appreciate the customers that keep that store running with their hard earned money. Its a damn shame!

Their doors was locked at 10pm last night. And the 2 girls working there are very rude!!!!

I am employeed by directv attitude I was at his gas pump to meet another technician. I was about to pump my gas which is on a fleet card from about 1/4 of a tank this is a 33 gal tank ford 2013 e350 will not spend my company nor my money here anymore store manager joe was very unproffesional stated that stopaminit doesnt need directvs buisness well im glad they make so much money that they can lose a section as large as directv this will go to my corp office and it will be passed to the entire company

The manager at this store is lazy and very unprofessionalI will not go back onto this store until a new manager takes over.

Price is always great and the cashiers are usually quick. I like going there.

They never answers the phone to take orders in the morning that’s not good for a new store

I dont what has changed at this place in the past couple months but it seems like every-time I go there lately it always at least a 10 minute wait in line.Well today the line was out the door,so I went down the road to Spinx--no line, in and out like a convenience store is supposed to be.Beer was same price and just as cold carton of cigarettes were 50 cents more but my time is worth something to me and will gladly pay the difference to not stand in line behind folks buying 2 dollars worth of gas 50 dollars of lottery tickets and blunts.
