Baskin Robbins in Simpsonville just made us an awesome soccer cake to share with about 30 friends! Since they havent been getting shipments of their theme cakes in and didn’t have a soccer kit, they got all creative and went to the effort to make me a soccer cake anyway. Placed an order for my daughter’s birthday cake because she wanted an ice cream cake. When we went to pick it up they’d forgotten to make it. They showed me that they had the order form but forgot about it. Last time I’m going to them. I have to now tell my daughter she doesn’t have the cake she picked out

I brought my niece here for the first time and Daniel was such a great help. She was unsure of what flavor to get and he was kind and understanding as she asked to sample different kinds. His customer service is the reason we will come back! He went above and beyond for us. Such a great person to have working on your team!!

I was so very disappointed with this Baskin Robbin, 1 Ray E Talley Court. I ordered a unicorn cake with cookie dough ice cream and white cake. They took my money, confirmed the order...I went to pick it up and they had not done it. They said they tried to call and tell me they had no cookie dough ice cream. Not true...I had no phone calls and no emails (this is how they confirmed order). They gave me my money back, but the point was I had a disappointed birthday daughter because the cake she wanted was not ready. So upset with them!! Not a way to do a customer!!!

Ask for a medium milkshake & for it to be lite milk. They fix me a small milkshake which was the wrong size. I ask so this is a medium. She said sorry took the milkshake back. 2 minutes later gave me a medium but it was like chocolate milk instead of a milkshake. They need to do better in listening to what a customer is asking for & paying for. Just very poor service

Baskin Robbins has the BEST Chocolate Chip ice cream ever. The chips are actual chips of dark chocolate and not small little frozen Hersheys Kisses that are too hard to bite and you cant even taste them. The combination of the dark chocolate and vanilla ice cream is the reason I drive 30 minutes out of my way when traveling to Columbia. Brewsters has nothing on Baskin Robbins!!!!

Always have loved this place. They have a great selection with amazing flavors and vegan ice cream. Most ice cream joints out here lacking. The nondairy options are essential so i dont drop a hot package off in your restroom before i leave

Service was quick and staff was professional and polite.

Placed order through Door Dash. The dasher was great, but the service at BR was poor. They totally got my youngest sons order wrong, gave him vanilla when he ordered Mint Chocolate Chip, and left toppings off my order. We called to complain,and they wanted to blame the dasher, but they took the dashers phone to look at the order, and then lied about it and hung up on us when we called. They really need to be selective on who they hire.

I visit baskin robbins almost every evening, the staff is a very extraordinary group of local youth with great skill and terrific attitudes. It is such a pleasure to stop by for a cold treat and for a gracious helping of southern hospitality. I have gained a couple pounds, but its worth it just to find such helpful and courteous people here. Stop by, grab a cone, repeat often.

Drove an hr (with traffic) to try the new Vegan Cookie Dough Nice Cream 🤤🤤🤤🤤 The young lady at the window was a sweetheart. The nice cream was absolutely fantastic!!! Well worth the drive. We need a B.R. Somewhere closer to Duncan. Thank you for the opportunity to get a delicious scream while running around 👌🏽

Service was not that great. They messed up an order 3 times. A simple sundae. Will be back but, it couldve been better.

This was my 1st time at a Baskin Robbins. I ordered a Brownie sundae, unaware it came with nuts. The outside menu lacked that information. They asked if I wanted wipped cream and cherry but never about nuts. I was shocked when I got my sundae and it had nuts. I explained that I was allergic to nuts and could not eat it.The worker looked at me after I stated this, with deer in headlight looks. He was unable to make a new one because it was my fault for saying no nuts, even though it wasnt stated anywhere. He offered to scoop wipped cream off and put new wipped creme on it. I took that, as it was my only option.I dug in and there was more than 20 chopped nuts throughout my ice cream. Thankfully, I am not deathly allergic to nuts, only if I digest it. So, I could pick them out, which was annoying and ruined the dessert...in fact I threw half of it away.Im leaving this review as a warning to those who are severly allergic to it. Had I been deathly allergic to it or needed an ER, this would been a huge lawsuit. I dont want anyone to suffer because of employees lack of education or concern for nut allergies. I hope this review will spark the company to provide training on this problem...if someone has a nut allergy...you do a whole new bowl!

This place is pathetic. Dont order a chocolate & peanut butter milkshake. They will try to give you a chocolate milk. The consistency is not thick by any means. Then when you ask them to try again... they put a scoop of peanuts (and who knows what else) in to try and thicken it. If I had wanted chocolate milk with ground peanuts, thats what I wouldve asked for. Bridget looked dumbfounded when I refused the first milkshake... shes young and naive. Wait until she learns the value of a dollar. Maybe then shell understand that people want what they pay for!

Love them! They went above and beyond on one of the hottest days of the year to have a polar pizza ready for my sons birthday in 30 minutes! They are courteous, efficient and Saved the Day! Always fresh ice cream and fun delicious flavors. One suggestion: Make a bigger effort to be mindful of the floors being kept water or slippery free. I slip every time I go in the store.

Lousy location. Was refused service because I came through drive thru 45 mins before closing. I just wanted to treat myself to a milkshake after a long day. There may have been an altercation. Either update hours or have better service! Period.

Just ordered a cake for my sons 17th. Worse idea ever. I figured it would have had actual cake. Not just ice cream! I ordered the football and the brown so called icing is absolutely disgusting!!! I will never order from here again!!

Went two times two days in a row. Butter pecan favorite flavor and the employees are so nice! Will definitely be coming back to this little spot. Kinda busy sometimes where there is not a parking space.

In my opinion, all Baskin Robbins are pretty much the same. They have approximately 32 flavors of ice cream (4 cases with 8 each). They do ice cream cakes of various kinds. We prefer to visit when it is too hot to do anything outside. The location has three tables. We are usually lucky enough to get a place to sit and eat. Often, we walk in, see all the tables are full, and leave. The point is get out of the heat, not sit outside and try to race through your ice cream before it melts. Unfortunately, there is no way they can improve the seating because the building is just the size it is. Final note: I see a lot of kids order the birthday cake ice cream, but I dont think many of them really like it. Try to point your kids towards something else.

First off this location is clean and has ample parking along with a drive thru. Thats where the compliments stop. If you walk in plan on waiting awhile to be served, they seem to a little slow maybe just unorganized. The hours for Sunday are incorrect, they open at 12pm not 11 am. Today is National ice cream day, so I stopped by for a couple of pints for $7.99. When she said $11.86 I asked about their special for today, and she said she ( didnt think they were participating). Thats all I got with no other explanation. Ill be checking out other ice cream shops from now on.

These Young PEOPLE ARE VERY POLITE AND ONE IN PARTICULAR ALWAYS WAITS ON US. HE IS A JEWEL. JUST WISH THEY HAD MORE SEATING. BUT I LOVE THIS PLACE. I TRAVEL ALMOST 45 minutes JUST to get this GREAT ICE CREAM.

We recently went and upon getting our cones had stale waffle cones. My husband gave the cone back and politely asked for another. The young lady working handed Him two more stale cones no ice cream and said sorry that’s all they had. She never offered to put the ice cream in another cone or dish or anything. Very unprofessional.

The 5 stars is for the ice cream overall, not just at this location. As far as this location, I have no problems with it besides the small parking lot. Has a drive-thru, sells prepacked quarts two for 9.99 and hand-packed for a couple dollars more.

Service has dramatically gone down over the years. Every time I try to order a clown cone for my 5 year old and sundae certain way Im met with we cant do that at night. Only one employee is actually willing to do the basics of baskin robins menu. Ive driven away several times empty handed off the rude attitudes but this evening I will no longer even try as the two kids working were laughing about telling me and my sweet son no. Money is better spent elsewhere.

So yummy! Oreo sundae amazing!! Only issue is their brownie in the hot fudge sundae s small. Way more ice cream than brownie. We prefer Brusters for brownies

The ice cream was the normal expected flavors. The staff were very young with little customer service. I was not sure if I was being waited on or they were just staring at us. The communication could be improved. Not the biggest deal, though. I was disgusted by the cleanliness of the place. The floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in days. Literally days. The tables and chairs had ice cream and crumbs all over them. I probably would t go back for just that. I didn’t attempt the bathrooms. I was too scared.

You can’t beat Baskin Robbins ice cream!

We showed up at this spot at 8:50 not knowing that an ice cream place would close at 9:00. When 9:00 came, there were people in line (Valentines Day) and 3 other couples, including us, eating. We were literally ran out of the parlor. We were told we couldnt be in there after closing time. Ive never been ram out of a restaurant while I was eating, even at closing time. Its usually they cloae the doors & dont offer any more service. The kids, theyre always kids, just dont know how to handle things like this. And as far as that goes, you could tell they were extremely agitated when people continued to walk in the restaurant near closing time. They ice cream is delicious, but dont go near closing. Hours need to be on the door.

Fast service and many great flavors to choose from. The store was clean and the environment friendly. Would recommend to everyone. The new owners have really made a big difference in the store.

The ice cream is really good, but the owner is not very people friendly. He would insist upon throwing away excess milkshake, rather than giving it to the customer. The owner did however offer to sell the excess milkshake to me as a second milkshake. He could stand to learn a lot from his younger employees, who have always been very friendly and customer service oriented.

Great ice cream, but the place is run by lazy children with no customer service experience.Dont even bother trying to get a waffle cone past 7PM, they turn off the iron and are sold out of them. They claim it will take 15 minutes to heat up the iron and make one rather than just leaving it on until closing time...

I ordered a double scoop of mint chocolate chip and was given the cone in the holder. I asked for a refund because I wasnt paying $4.96 for this golf ball size little cone. I pointed out to 3 other customers eating single scoop ice creams the size of baseballs and said those are Baskin-Robbins scoops, not this.They started making excuses about the new 5 gallon bucket being soft and hard to scoop and the first scoop was down inside the cone! Really? Another associate said said they could make me a new one and I said there wasnt any need to make a new one just put a regular scoop on top because those 2 little scoops still didnt one normal scoop. They made it right so my review went starting at a 5 star to a one star then back to a three star. I shouldnt have to go through this embarrassing situation.Baskin-Robbins has awesome flavors and quail

The two guys working today were both friendly and happy. The girl working tonight who took our order however was both rude and very unfriendly. It was very apparent she did not want to be there or hated her job. We always like coming here but were very unhappy with the service she provided.

Great Ice cream, slightly difficult to order through drive through unless you know all the flavors by heart.. I personally am not a fan of the cinnamon added to waffle cones.

Very yummy ice cream and reasonably fast service. The dining area is usually pretty messy but if you can get past that it is a good place to stop for your ice cream fix.

No waffle cones after 5 PM because they run out. This has happened to us three times. Were going to Brusters from now on.
