I understand its hard to find employees. But at least answer the phone. Called for two day with no answer at counter sales and did leave two messages on the sales department voice mail. Chatted with someone online and did receive a call told them what I was needing for a door and hardware and I was told I will receive a quote by the end of the day. I should have asked which day he was referring to. Because the end of the day has not come yet.
