Great company the new capella and sirius models are really nice golf carts. Never have an issue getting parts we need.

Trouble since day one. They won’t send the dealer parts to repair ….bearings, axle, who knows. It’s got 100 miles on it. Squealed since day one.and can’t get it fixed.

Will only comment on my experience with Star Golf Cart. Terrible would be an understatement. Have had nothing but trouble with cart since purchase in 2015. Star parts are impossible to get, their dealers are not trained on Star repairs. Repairs have been enormous.Would not recommend Star to anyone.Thurman Puckett
