Always helpful and friendly. Also if you like pimento cheese you have to try the one in the pic. I never liked pimento cheese until I tried this one. Grab the jalapeño for a pimento that will wow you.

The place has a great aesthetics, you can feel very comfortable in there, you get more than a product but an experience.

They have a wide variety of wines that is very well organized. Even the Wine Display looks Great 🍷

I think Lowes Foods is a lot of fun to be at if youre grocery shopping. There is a craft beer bar and you can sip on a beer, and walk and and shop. Its honestly mildly genius marketing. The staff is helpful, and friendly, and the atmosphere is really fun for a grocery store. Its definitely not your typical grocery store.

Brady in meat department was very helpful by getting me ice for my meat . He also went all way to the delie for barbecue sauce for my sandwich. .

As a wine connoisseur I typically venture into the big-box stores looking for anything out of the ordinary that catches my eye; big, bold, complex wines from all over the world. I was shocked to meet Andy “The wine guy” (at a grocery store, mind you)… Andy possesses decades of knowledge, international relationships with famous makers spanning the globe. He has a passion for wine that is unparalleled in any capacity in the upstate, or South Carolina for that matter. I have never met someone with his level of expertise coupled with a desire to discover a customer’s palate, brought together with humility and focus for the buyer’s benefit - he is surely here because he wants to be, not because he needs to be. Wine lovers, go see Andy. You will never shop anywhere else. Lowe’s, you have no clue what you have with this man - do whatever is necessary to keep him.

Only store in town open earlier than any other in town daily!, which is a huge importance to me, moving here from a place with access of groceries stores 24/7 & a busy schedule, this store has come in handy in a couple occasions Ive needed a few things urgently, early! Although more pricier than Publix or food lion next door, but a nice store, very pleasant shopping experience, always has the things I cant find anywhere else, that others are Always out of & always has fresh fruit, food & an awesome bakery area!

More than a grocery store its a complete shopping EXPERIENCE. All the way from the beer den where you can sit and have a beer/wine or shop with one, to the freshly squeezed juice and clip your own herbs. You will find it an unforgettable experience. P.S. dont forget your dry aged steak for your grill out or your fresh coffee from the boxcar to start your morning right.

Helpers are very friendly, place is clean, I just have one suggestion. Spend a few minutes and teach everyone how to bag groceries. I had my own bags, she fills two bags as full as possible leaving 3 bags empty. That mean my veggies were under the frozen meat, my plant was smashed. No need for this. I didnt watch, I was busy watching my prices.

We love the chicken and tuna salad. The young man working behind the food counter was very respectful and kind. I didnt get the young mans name but he wore dreads. Great job!

Is it weird to have a favorite grocery store? If so, then Im a little weird. Lowes is absolutely my favorite grocery store. Its clean and I enjoy shopping here. I have never had an issue with any workers or anything. Shopping here is completely painless and I love how the store has later hours! Perfect for late-night ice cream runs.

Joy in the bakery did a fantastic job on my grandson’s cupcake/cake. The cupcakes were not only delicious but her design of a nerf gun was spot on and my grandson loved it! Thank you Joy!!

This was my first visit to Lowes Foods - and it was just terrific! My husband, our daughter and I had lunch and visited the brewery before shopping through the store. The bakerys wide selection of breads, olive bar, meat counter, spice station, wine options and fresh-ground peanut butter bar made for a fun afternoon. The discount bread rack offers some great deals, too. We tried a few new products along with picking up a number of on-sale staples.Lowes Foods is added to our favorite list.

Seems like a great place for fresh and organic or local choices. Not a huge selection. Good coffee available at their coffee shop but they were out of large cups and not so friendly. Couldn’t get their WiFi to work.

If you arent shopping here what are you doing with your life? This isnt just a grocery store, its and experience. The fresh food is amazing, the customer service is stellar and the little areas for kids at the different fresh sections is great. Plus where else can you drink and shop for your weeks meals. If you havent been by here you are missing out.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The features throughout the store was almost overwhelming! Beer! Sausage! Freshly made, ready to eat food! The bakery is pretty stand out. They have lots to choose from. The overall prices are reasonable. If you have time to preplan to shop the sales, its definitely worth it. The meat department is probably the best in the area. Ill be back!

I love this store and wish that it wasn`t 30 minutes from my house. The store has great selections of great products. The staff are always super friendly . If other stores would take lessons from lowes they would learn a lot.

The staff was very friendly but I was a little surprised to find out of date products on the shelves (months out of date) and the women’s restroom was filthy and the basic supplies hadn’t been filled. It was very crowded and the aisles seemed narrow. Otherwise the store looked nice and the prices were ok. Got a great deal on coffee. I would go back again if I had to, but I’m not going to go out of my way to shop there. I wasn’t as dazzled as I thought I would be based on all the hype I’ve heard.

If we had a lowes foods at home id do all the grocery shopping. Its clean neat and has a wide selection. Where else can you drink beer and shop. Awesome

Best grocery store wine selection in the upstate. Andy the wine guy is friendly, engaging and really knows his stuff. I wish the store in Greer had someone like him at the wine department.

Great atmosphere in the store. Staff is nice. Andy the wine guy is the most helpful and his wine recommendations are on point. Selection and prices in store overall are good. Big plus is a good variety of local goods. One star reduced for irregular closing times of the deli counter.

The store is amazing but Lowes food need to stay up on employees regarding wearing of gloves and masks when preparing food. In Smokehouse section, he were putting together sandwiches with No gloves nor mask on. That was Disappointing to see. I wish I had taken a picture.

Love this funky grocery store and LOVE The Beer Den with all of Lowes Foods own microbrews made RIGHT THERE. You can have a glass or two while shopping or right in The Beer Den itself. Quite a selection of craft beers, too. Lowes also has some brands of health foods that you will find in specialty stores but that you wont find in other grocery stores. And what dont you like about Boars Head brand?? Or their own smoked meats? Cmon...you gotta try Lowes Foods!

They have their own brewery inside the grocery store. As if that wasn’t enough they also have a full on butcher. Just sit at the bar for a bit before you go looking at any of the prices.

Good Coffee and Beer.

Great mix of high end quality and basic groceries. Its the best of both worlds and the have great sales most of the time. My favorite is the fresh breakfast sausage called The Farmer!

This is a very clean and well stocked grocery store. Some of the items are a little more expensive than other grocery stores. I highly recommended their meat section especially their store made BBQ.

A bit irresponsible of a grocery store to have an open bar and encourage people to walk around without masks on during a global pandemic. Really says screw you to the average customer who just wants to come in for essentials and not be put at risk. Either be a bar or a grocery store, but definitely not both.

We ordered fried chicken and it was terrible. The chicken was dry and over cooked. If there was a next time I would have ordered my chicken single dipped but that does not make up for being dry.

This was my first visit but not my last, I hope. The intoxicating aroma of the fresh-cooked meat compelled me and my two sons to seek it out, beckoning us like a siren of the sea but resulting in a blissful union of taste buds and bratwurst. It was also neat to see each register labeled as a local, well-known street name.

Its really nice and clean store. Employees were helpful and professional attitude, respectful.. only thing was I drove for the Bear Den and it was closed. It would have been nice to have those hours posted along with store hours. Otherwise a satisfactory visit

Cool grocery store with a cool beer bar (including beers brewed on-site). Great selection of canned/bottled beer and awesome house-made sausages. Would recommend if youre in the Five Forks area!

Love this place

Great grocery with healthy options, take out prepared meals & a local feel. Even the checkout lanes have local street names customized by individual stores. Bonus: husbands are happy to run this grocery errand for the Beer Den full of crafts & drafts including local brews. Pricing can be a little higher, but the experience & service make up for it if youre willing to pay a bit more.
