We trust them with all of our pool needs. We come into the store to test the water every month and they are so knowledgeable and helpful. Even though, I can move bags of salt myself, Mary always helps me to my truck with them. We also recently had to replace the liner on our pool and everyone did an amazing job. It looks great! They gave us terrible advice that ruined the balance of our pool. We had to spend hundreds of dollars on more chemicals to correct their mistake. I will not be returning.

I had a poor experience here. Called for service to get our pool cleaner repaired. Someone promptly showed up to get it. They gave me a quote that seemed reasonable. At first I was impressed with this company and I even debated leaving my current maintenance service provider if this went well. Unfortunately it did not. They brought the cleaner back after much delay and left it laying in my driveway (no note, no call, no explanation) but a bill attached that was almost $100 more than I was quoted. I wasnt home at the time. When I emailed to ask how do they know it is working properly now if they didnt put it back in the pool and why is the bill so much higher than estimated they said they had to order additional parts. They agreed to come back out and put it in the pool to see if it works. Turns out it didnt. They took it away again and brought it back again. I called with my credit card number and paid the new (higher) amount. Unfortunately I realized a couple days later it wasnt working at all. When i called AGAIN I received an email back a couple days later that said I should bring it by sometime during their open hours. So this experience was a waste of money $260 and time and effort. Needless to say I didnt give them my maintenance service.

Recently purchased a home with a spa that was not functioning. Set up an appointment to have a staff member come to the house and inspect the spa. The end result was a phone call from the business saying that a leak was likely along with a $95 invoice. Paid the invoice and called the business back to ask about repairs - they just referred me to someone else. The account is listed under my husbands name - Michael.

Cathy Montgomery, with the Pool and Spa Connection was an absolute professional when I recently worked with her regarding my pentair pool heater repair. I had been working for 8 months through my warranty company to get the pool heater that they replaced to actually work. Seven months and two different contractors later and no resolution, the Pool and Spa Connection was assigned to my claim. Cathy took over the handling of my claim and was able to secure her Pentair representative to come from out of state to try and figure out why the brand new pool heater was not working. The rep showed up and figured it out in minutes.I would still be waiting on a working pool heater if not for Cathy and the Pool and Spa Connection team. They will definitely be getting all of my pool business in the near future. I had an issue with my liner and they were a major help throughout the whole process. They worked with me for months and never once hesitated in lending all of their expertise in diagnosing the issue. Javier, who lead the repairs, was extremely knowledgeable and made sure that the fix was a long term solution and not just a short term fix. He made it a point to make sure that I was happy with their work and wouldnt stop until I was. That level of care means a lot as a customer! Hes the only one Ill trust with my pool work now.

I own a plumbing company.my hot tub quit heating .I called and they never called back.i stopped in and paid 150.for a service call .they wanted my credit card on file, but took cash as a FAVOR to me.i was hoping for a possible on spot repair.2 guys came out wearing landscapers t shirts.one guy didnt even speak.the othe guy tested the power and said my electrical board was bad.i asked how much to repair.he took a picture and said they would call me.i never got a phone call or estimate.they have all my info and e mail..so I guess they dont care about a repair job.worker said buy a new $5000.tub as he drive away.entire call front pulling up to leaving lasted 15 minutes. As I had my tub open cover off and ready to be checked.just a snooty RIP off ..bad show spa repairs arent cheap but they did nothing worth $150.for that service

We’ve been doing business with The Pool and Spa Connection at their Spartanburg store for years. We were concerned when they consolidated operations and rolled everything into the Greenville/Simpsonville location. There was no need for concern! We opened our pool a few weeks ago. I called about taking a water sample to the Greenville store for testing and was told to just drop the sample off at the drop box in front of the Spartanburg store the next morning. I did and I was called around lunch informing me of what we needed to balance. They took my credit card info and DELIVERED everything I needed late that afternoon. Great service and attention. Kudos to The Pool and Spa Connection for keeping our pool sparkling clean and fresh!
