I have been going to Hong Kong Market for years. This is a family owned and run business. I enjoy going in and looking around as long as I want. Fun, authentic, and sometimes hard to find ingredients.I am from Sioux City and now live in Sioux Falls. I go to Hong Kong Market everytime I return because I cant get these items in Sioux Falls. They see my face and know me. Owners daughter even saw me in Sioux Falls one day and recognized me as their loyal customer. I will say some of the ladies that have worked there werent as friendly with me. Daughter gently corrected them-without correcting them.I hope this store continues as an icon to many cultures in the Sioux City area.

I’ve gone to this market from growing up in the area. Mind you I’m Hispanic but my parents would shop here regularly and never have had any issues. Clean and respectful place of business. I don’t live in the area anymore but everyone who has ever worked at the store is professional not only that but the owners do a lot for the community. I highly recommend shopping local here.

Went in looking for butane fuel, but they have so much more. Great Asian market!

This a very fun place. If you have been buying treats for your anime loving children on the internet shop here. You can safe a bunch of money. There is more of the Japanese type goodies here than any asian store I have been to. This store also has some cool propane stoves. A lot of large aluminum cookware is available. A whole wall of coolers with soda and even some beers. The proprietors are very helpful, and friendly. I got a whole cart load of items. I had kids along though. I only picked 4 things.

In a Corona virus world they ( employees and other customers) are serious about social distancing. Mask are required. They have all the brands that I love. Great frozen foods. Aisles are tight, just be respectful or you will get a nasty glare.

I love shopping for ingredients at Hong Kong Supermarket. They have a good selection of ingredients for cooking certain Japanese dishes. The staff is also very helpful when I send my husband with a list! :)

Only place I go shopping for my Asian dishes. I love buying the shrimp from here because it is much more affordable than Walmart. I get a much larger bag for less. If I have questions about any recipes the owner is friendly enough to give me tips and help me find what I need.

Like the other store, you can get great fresh groceries and I love to cook with new stuff every time my dad get them.

Dragon fruit is the best also Peggy is super nice and helpful and so is one other gentleman i feel bad not remembering his name but hes nice and funny and completely helpful. Oh and there fruit and veggies actually look edible not plastic or fake and there green box of tamarind yum! So delicious super sad there out of them but i qill be returning continuously for the fruits and veggies

This store has awesome friendly staff and they have a good variety of different foods.. and honestly coming from Hawaii this place is closest to shopping at a supermarket at home as you can get.. ❤

My go to place for oriental foods and ingredients. Also they carry exotic fruits jack fruit lychee to name a few. Lots of variety and decent prices check them out

I go here to get the traditional Asian fair that mainstream supermarkets dont supply. Its also a great place to find new and fun things. If you are adventurous when it comes to trying new foods, try here.

Asian grocery store and produce market

This place was awesome! I was looking for some bulk rice and tropical fruits, and I found things that I couldnt get anywhere else like sapote, dragonfruit, and passionfruit. Its in a great location by other stops in SC and had friendly staff.
