Wife needed a new stereo in her vehicle. I decided to buy her a new one for her birthday and wanted to install it myself as a weekend project. I was clueless as to what I needed. The person working looked up everything for me. The installation went great. I had everything I needed. I bought an Axxess harness and Kenwood head unit. Everything installed easily and works as it should thanks to Audio Visions excellent assistance. Thank you.

A lot of old outdated useless thing but some good stuff in there

Guy helping me get a harness for my stereo was very rude. He hesitated letting me look at the piece I needed in hand, then snatched it out of my hand while comparing the wire diagram I had brought with me and said well Ive been working here for 20+ years and the computer said its right so are you going to buy it or not? They have what you need, their customer service needs an upgrade.

Paid $360 for an $80 starter. So far my remote starter is working (just got it today) but not at all what i thought it would do. It does not turn on my defroster so will have to turn that manually in the morning anyway. Also, only come here if you’re a guy otherwise they talk down to you in a condescending tone if you’re a woman. The customer service is lacking. Needed to understand how my starter worked and he talked to me like it was too much of a hassle to explain the starter while also being unfriendly. I was afraid to ask anything else so I left it at that and will just figure it out on my own once using it more. Do more research around town for better service and better prices than I did! I unfortunately was impatient to have it done and settled on the first place I drove by. Won’t be back

It was good. The items in store looked old. Cashier actually looked on the back of my credit card for signature. Loved that!

I live in Sioux Center Iowa and called up to the store and was helped by Larry, a sales associate. And he was more then accommodating!! He answered all my questions politely ..and directly..While providing me with additional ingnformative and much needed info.I would highly recommend them to anybody in the area for sure!!!

Total rip off!!! Do not go!! Tried to sell me a dash install kit saying it was top of line. Ended up being the same as the Walmart brand. Then lied about some car speakers and added 15 bucks to my card of what the actual price was. Bad business, slime ball owner!!

Stuff, stuff, stuff. Lots of stuff like a warehouse. Owner never seams to be there but the installer knows his thing. Good place for choices but check on how long its been sitting around.

Honestly the worst place ive been to for anything. Every time i went there, they act like theyre not interested in helping anyone. I never bought anything from them because i get super frustrated with them. Simple questions turn into them brown nosing you making you look like an idiot just by walking in the store. Never feels welcome every time i go in. Not to mention the price. Its always double or triple than everywhere else. They say its because its a higher quality, but some of them are literally the same brand. Dont waste your money here. Guys there dont care about their job.

These guys have it all! They have came through when I was needing various sound equipment that I couldnt find anywhere else. Their service is good. Its a little messy, really hard to find something, you have to ask someone to help you find your product.

I took my home theater sub woofer there and asked them what they charged to look at it to see why it wasnt working, they told me they would look at it and let me know what was wrong with it before they did anything to it. After stopping in there 2 times and waiting 3 months they said it wasnt fixable and I owed them $ 42.00 for looking at it. I told them I was told it would not cost anything but he insisted that I owed them money. I told themto keep the subwoofer and left. I WILL NEVER Go BACK THERE FOR ANYTHING.

My cars stereo died so I stop in with no appointment and I got a great stereo and price with it install in under an hour. Cant beat that!

Called into store for info about aftermarket backup camera. he seemed disingenuous at first, then warmed up to me. Overpriced on the quote though. Will not be going there.
