Took my older model bug in for window that was making a lot of noise going up/down. They diagnosed it quickly and quoted me a price for as low as they could get using after market parts. It was still pretty steep and since I am selling the car soon anyway, I opted to not repair it. No arguments or push back, in fact the manager agreed with my choice. They put it back together quickly and sent me in my way for no charges. Very cool!
Came in just to look as my mother was looking for a new mid sized SUV. Looked at a brand new VW Atlas and fell in love. The finance manager and our salesman were fantastic and we are driving off in a new luxury SUV. Thanks TEAM!
Donny, Brandy and Matt were all great, made the car buying experience of a new car simple easy to understand and I felt like went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of throughout the process. Will never buy anywhere else.
I worked with Kyle Siefker on my recent purchase from Jensen VW. Kyle was knowledgeable about the different vehicles I looked at and he was not overbearing about making a sale. I told him what I wanted to do and I explained what I thought was fair. He shared his thoughts and then brought it to his manager. I would avoid working with Kari at Jensen at one point she tried to get involved and attempted to exert a false sense of urgency about the matter. Because of that I went home without a deal that night, however the next day I talked with Kyle again directly by phone - we hammered out the final details of the deal and he arranged to have the car delivered to my door (1 hour and 1/2 away). I would recommend the dealership - I just hope their general modus operandi is sales staff like Kyle, rather than high pressure emotional appeals. I look forward to working with Kyle again!
Very friendly, even had a small play area and some pictures to color to keep my daughter occupied.
The service provided by our salesman Harry was top notch at Jensen Subaru. The staff at Subaru was polite and friendly. The facility was bright and clean.
Service dept really known there stuff and the sales team is amazing!!
My car has been serviced there for years. They always have good communication about the work that needs to be done before they do it and gives me options. Afterwards they explain what they did verbally and in writing. If I have an issue about the price they work with me to make it better. They feel like family!!!
Willing to overcome problems and make it right.
Sales person Brandy, Tim Bata and finance manager Matt at Jensen VW are the best people to deal with. First time I ever bought a brand new car, and being a recent college graduate, these folks made my experience as one to always remember. I want to say thank you for your outstanding service, patience and willingness to work out a deal that was beneficial for both parties. After two months on the market for a car I was finally able to feel like they were actually trying to sell me a car and do the best to work out a deal, and that only happened at Jensen VW in Sioux City.
Good ppl
Service manger is the man. He solved what 2 other VW service departments couldn’t solve.
The service on my Volkswagen Jetta was excellent. Kudos to Angie in the service department as well as the rest of the staff who were very friendly I would definitely come back if we were in the Sioux City area ever again.
The service department is top notch! The sales department on the other hand obviously has better things to do (no where to be found). Spent 30 minutes attempting to look at a new car to purchase but no one would help.
I live in Tennessee, and found a car online at Jensen that I was interested in, and started the purchase process. As per their policy to hold the car for me I was asked for a $500 deposit, which I provided. After seeing some detailed pictures, I saw some damage that I was not willing to accept, so I decided not to continue with the purchase.
Sioux city VW is amazing! I had a bunch of work done to my Routan then there was a recall...Long story short I was a bit annoyed but, they made it all worth it for me and my family in the end!Thank you ALL for making me such a happy VW customer Eric!!!!
I have a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta. Love this car, gas mileage is awesome. Service department is top notch. They even clean and wash your car after any service, cant beat it. Will be buying my next car at Jensen Volkswagen Sioux City.
Excellent customer service!
My husband went in for updates on our 2018 Atlas and an oil change. They had our vehicle ALL DAY and did NOT do an oil change. We had to return for the oil change. Complimentary vacuum and wash....NOPE. Were we given horrible customer service and attitude? Absolutely. This week I needed the front license plate for my Atlas as we purchased in Kansas where there is only the rear plate. I am new to Iowa and went in to get a plate holder and install...I had to wait 15 minutes for service and when Eric the technician came out he informed me the plate holder cost $49.00. I wondered why, doesn’t this item usually come attached to the vehicle at time of purchase? Our vehicle is new...To which Eric asked, “Did you buy the vehicle from us?” I said no...but doesn’t Volkswagen take care of all customers? He said, “No. That will be $49. But if you bought the vehicle new you might have one in the vehicle.” $49? It’s a piece of plastic. I said I would look in my vehicle and left. Why wouldn’t Eric help out? Why the attitude? Why not create a relationship rather then be rude and terse? I have a brand new 2018 Atlas and after my treatment at the local Sioux City dealership I’m ready to trade for ANY other brand.Maybe if you PURCHASE from Sioux City VW they treat you nice but if you drive a VW purchased somewhere else...don’t bother, the only way Sioux City VW will help you is OUT THE DOOR. NEXT!
Great staff! Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Great Deal!Awful Service.A lot of empty promises. The only reason why I didnt give them one star is because I love my car.
New store run by great folks. Top quality autos .
Always stellar service!
We ventured to the rear of the lot as that is where most car dealerships, from our experience, keep the less expensive trade-ins. Here, they are wholesale cars and you cant purchase those, which is fine. Now I know, but only after wasting a half an hour waiting for someone who could find out, only to find more confusion and a bunch of rhetoric. Just label the cars, people. Its not that difficult. Not to mention that the cash we were willing to spend on a used car could have instead made for a decent down payment on a new car if the salespeople there had done their jobs properly. That said, the one gal was new but very pleasant and professional. She even took the time to text and confirm, so I would suggest giving the newbie your business.
I took my 2010 mini cooper there to be serviced as it brokedown on the highway out of the blue one day. They said they would replace a part to see if that would fix it. He said there would be no guarantee that this would fix it, that the engine might be gone. They charged me $577 parts and labor then told me the engine was shot. They never tried to even discuss a discount since I was paying $577 dollars for nothing. They take advantage of women there. A lot of my male friends have told me after the fact that VW should have given a discount on that charge.I will never go there again.
First time there very nice place excellent help
Edit: As soon as I posted my review, VW got in touch with us to try and rectify the problem. We dropped the car off again and they ended up changing the drain plug(it supposedly had a burr that didnt allow it to seal correctly). They were kind enough to offer us the next oil change on the house. If we have the same issue after the next oil change(oil leaking from drain plug), I will be changing my rating permanently and we will be taking our business to a different VW dealership.Original: My boyfriend has taken his VW hybrid in for an oil change to this dealer twice since hes got the car and both times the car has leaked oil afterwards. The first time was because they didnt tighten the oil filter and drain nut tight enough. And we just noticed it was doing it again after being changed a second time. So we will be going back to have them figure out what got messed up. Not pleased.
Always pleasant.
Excellent Cervice
I had my 2010 Volkswagen Tiguan serviced here the entire time I owned it and they always took care of all my service needs quickly and professionally. I traded in my VW for a 2012 Subaru Impreza and I still have all my routine maintenance done here by Pat.
I was helping my brother to look for a car and went in around the end of October 2016 to asked about a 2016 gti they had online at their website with the e-price for 31000 something from 36000 msrp. Test drove the car and when we sat down to do the paperwork I was told that they would sell me the car for 33000 something. I showed them the add online and they told me the price was if I had gotten my own loan or brung cash for the car. At that time VW was having a finance special 60 months 0% and 1000 off for their end of the year 2016 models. I told them about the VW special and they took 1000 off which brought the car to 32000 something which was more then what they had online. So we left, called a dealer in omaha who had a 2017 gti with more options and same color which msrp for 37000 something and we got the car for 32000 something. It was sad bc I had brought a new STI and Mazda 3 from them before. I dont think I would buy from them again.
Great experiece! Will service my car here from now on!
