Doing some random shopping to use my 2 year old Gift Card and was disappointing that despite excellent customer service, there was no yarn to buy in the entire store. They had everything else in the world but no yarn. They need to sell it, but I understand with a Hobby Lobby across the way its not necessary. But the Hobby Lobby is closed on Sundays so it was slightly inconvenient. I still love you Target and would go back :)

Easy to find products, great clearance items, and staff suggestions are wonderful ! Nothing better than an employee that knows their store !

Over priced and trying to be something they are not. I am not a big shopper, but always feel out of place in Target. Small selection of things I need and usually higher priced than other box stores. Would rather support local business for the same prices.

Had the computer we needed in stock, ordering online to reserve the last one was a breeze. It said it would be ready in two hours but in less than 20 minutes I received a text that it was ready for pick up. Friendly greeting at pick up, I was in and out.

I ran into Target to quickly pick up scripts and grab some coffee. After finishing in the pharmacy I grabbed the coffee and went to checkout. The the line for self-checkout was very long. No way to social distance there with all going into one small area. I found out why the line was so long - only one checker working in all the other lanes at 5:30 pm! I put the coffee down and left. I love Target but I won’t be shopping there if they aren’t going to employ more people to check out.

On August 29th, Patrick was stocking the craft department and took time out of stocking and helped me. He took the time to digitally look up what i needed. He is a great worker. I know from experience that stocking the floor is usually based on so much per shift must be done. Customer service 11/10. The employee every store needs!

Bought 2 pair of jeans in February. In October both pair came apart in the very same spot. They refused to exchange the jeans. I was wearing a pair I bought at old navy 5 years ago. I really thought target would have better merchandise and customer service. Its not like Im tough on clothes. I wear jeans anout once a week otherwise its uniforms and sweats.

Ive never had an issue with Target. Its been my go to store but right now I wish I could give Target 0 stars right now but it wont let me. My mom had gotten me a bluetooth headband for Christmas.. She ordered it in Nov when it was on sale. I opened the present on New Years day.. It wasnt what I wanted. I went to return the item to the target store near me and they told me they werent able to return it and walked away not explaining to me why they couldnt since Target has a 90 day return policy. I called customer service and they explained to me that this item had a 30 day return policy since it was a Target + Partner item. I looked at the return policy and noticed the extended holiday return policy. It word for word says that For Electronics and Entertainment items purchased October 1 through December 25, the refund period will begin on December 26.For all electronics and entertainment items (excluding Apple® products) purchased between 10/1-12/25, the 30-day refund period will start on 12/26. So I called Customer service back and said this is your return policy and they told me again it was not for the + partner items.. But no where in the policy does it state only for Target items not Target + items..Very disappointed that they wouldnt follow their own policy that was poorly written. They lost a customer today.

Friendly! And tho they were busy wait times to check out where very short. But they are quick to lock the doors at 9:45pm when they close at 10pm

Our Target store in Sioux City was very busy this morning. After I had filled my cart with food and gifts for the holidays, I remembered my Target Circle birthday reward. I was having a problem getting it to load and I tried a few times (plus I was already late for a birthday luncheon). In the self checkout area, I asked an employee named Brandon if I could leave my groceries with him until later today. He was friendly and very professional. He offered to help me. After about 10 mins we were able to connect the offer to my Circle. However, there was a gift card transaction that was incorrect so after I left the store, I returned to ask about it. I was directed to Customer Service where a clerk named Sam was also very helpful. I wadnt in the best frame of mind yet she was. I called the store when I arrived home to thank them. Its a stressful time right now for many. I appreciate everything they did to help me. Thank you! Those 2 employees are ourstansing!

Ive always loved shopping at Target but when you drive an hour and for a while now its been kind of hit and miss and I would have to say more of a miss lately.

They have 17 registers but only one open on a Sunday afternoon.

I needed something very important and no worker was walking around the store to help people. So in the end I had zero help and I had to leave because I could not find the thing I was looking for. I was very disappointed. But I hope in the future you guys can fix that because you guys are an awesome store.

I ordered 2 jars of mayonaise, received 4 jars and was charged for 4 jars. Requiring seniors to order using a small cellphone with an App that is barely functional is just wrong. Other retailers offer curbside pickup with regular on-line orders.

Won’t take return even though receipt clearly says I can return up until 4/02/20!! Then they said that I could return it in 3 weeks and that was because of the virus. No problem I say, so I ask them to write that on the receipt and sign it that they would in fact extend the return another three weeks and the manager refused to put it in writing?? So let me guess, I go back in three weeks to return it and they will probably tell me that it’s past the return date and tell me I can’t. What kind of business won’t put there terms in writing?? One with bad business practices!! Shop elsewhere definitely not at target!

I love going to Target and finding things my grandkids want or I see and decide I would like to try. Plus they usually always are well stocked where other stores are not.

Like Walmart but more expensive. Target just isnt the same anymore. Not only did we get some nasty customer service the old guy whos posted at the self-check out was (is)super rude and smells. This isnt the first time we have had to deal with him. Too bad this used to be a nice place to shop at, might as well go somewhere else.

My wife called for information of a product and instead on getting an answer she was hung up on. If a target employee doesnt want to help why is this person there? I believe we will go elsewhere.

Ordering online was quick and easy. I just ordered it on my laptop, and I received an email less than 5 minutes later letting me know it was ready to pick up. I walked in the door and went directly to the customer service desk. I showed my ID and was out the door in a few minutes. How can you beat that?

Can someone please tell me why Target doesnt know how to restock Xbox gift cards? I go there a little over a month ago and find out they dont have any 15 dollar gift cards. So I said to myself, alright fine a 25 dollar one will do this time. I go back there today(one month after that incident) just to find out they still dont have a 15 dollar gift card. Explain.

One of the best retailers in the Siouxland area. 100% better than Wal-Mart. The service is outstanding, and the store is very clean and well-kept. 😊❤️ Only thing this store needs is a major remodeling, the look is out of style for people who enjoy shopping here and its 2020 now. 👷🏻👷🏻‍♀️🚧⚒ I love the companys new Everspring product line that they introduced since last Earth Day. Love how this store now offers Drive-Up for online orders like most modern-day stores do, and Shipt for your online grocery shopping and delivery without the need to leave your home.

I love Target stores in general. I usually shop there for toys and their seasonal items. Their kids clothes are really improving and Ive started shopping there for clothes in general. I only visit here about once a month because I live out of town. But its always a priority to come here when I visit.

The pizza hut today was kinda bad. The pop machine wasnt working at all. So we paid for literally cups. Tables werent clean either.We had to clean it ourselves. Overall the shopping experience is great!

I purchased a clearance cardigan which I fell in love with. I wanted to wear it so decided to do so the next day. Upon wearing it I noticed a huge gaping hole in the armpit of the cardigan. I wanted to keep it as I knew I could fix it but the hole is extremely significant. I work retail and know that from a retailer standpoint you shouldnt try to sell something that is damaged beyond a certain point. I spoke to the MOD or LOD and tried to reconcile some options as I want to keep it but now have to figure out how to fix the hole. The only option I was given was to return it and there were no others in store. I wasnt offered any other discounts or even an apology. Not to mention that when I went to purchase I decided to use the the self check since its the holidays and lines were busy elsewhere. I had two separate transactions because I was going to be using two different forms of payment. As I was ringing my items up I felt as the employee monitoring the self check area was more concerned with what I was doing versus helping another customer (as the machine was calling for assistance). I normally like Target and prefer it to my alternatives but with the total lack of respect I got with zero options for resolution and to be made out to feel like a shoplifter leaves me wondering if its all worth it.

Great place to shop for groceries, school supplies, movies, and everything you need. Friendly staff, too. Its great that they got new carts and baskets, and those old ones they used to have were originally from the former Southern Hills Mall location before they moved here in late July 03.

This is our favorite Target store. It is large and clean and well maintained. The staff is just ok, but that is fine. This store is worth shopping at.

The store shelves were empty in the areas I needed things in there was no one on the floor to help. Then I had to stand in line to check out for at least 20 minutes.

Im not giving any stars. Yes they have handicap parking avalible but if you have to use one of the motorized carts in the store you will have trouble in the clothing section as the racks are too close together. I know this because while there tonight I had to keep moving them for the person I was with. She would have bought more there but became to frustrated and decided to leave. I do hope they fix this issue so that others may have a better experience.

My daughter and I went an hour from home to shop, when a severe storm hit. Of course stores in area locked up and had people in safe areas of the stores. When storm passed my daughter and I proceeded to your Target store. At the check out I of couldnt get my item to ring up correctly. I was already a little flustered from the storm and now this. I couldnt get my coupon to come up on my phone so your wonderful employee Cheyenne had it on hers and scanned it in for me. She sure didnt have to, and she sure didnt have to do it with the smile she had. I just want to say Thank You. Even my daughter in college wanted to give Cheyenne praise. It would be great if all customer sevice people were like her. Thanks again.

Any time I ask for help the managers are never helpful at this Target. I don’t know what it is about this specific place, but they don’t know how to properly run a Target store.

On Saturday the 23rd of September I purchased a HP chromebook and a Office 365 personal to install on the chromebook. After attempting to install the office 365 I find out that they are not compatible. Attempted to return the Office 365 back to the store they refused to refund my money. I see that they have a star rating system that requires me to rate them at least one star before it will allow me to post this review. I will reluctantly rate it at one star even though stealing from customers should not be tolerated. Want to add that after dealing with Target and Microsoft on this matter came to the conclusion that they are more interested in profits than doing the right thing.

I visited Target at about 9am on a Friday. All though I visit Target quite often, I was there to price match hair spray I saw in a JC Penny ad. I had the ad in hand, so I thought it would be an easy process. When I walked in, I noticed there were no manned registers open, only self check outs. Of which, all four were full, with lines. So I knew I would have to go to Guest Services. I picked up the exact hair spray pictured in the ad and went to guests services. The associate had to look up the ad on line using their small hand held machines even though I had the paper copy right there. She found the item but the system would not price match it. The second associate said it was because it is only a two day ad, not a full week. Whaaattt? If you are going to price match, then price match. Rediculous. Also...man your registers!! Terrible!

Was a wait for customer service help, although other employees noticed me waiting while picking up an item. Once helped, service was quick and simple and staff was friendly!

Love shopping at Target stores and online for clearance items. I enjoy browsing the $1 deals as well.
