Tanya’s arrangements reflect her attitude, which is absolutely horrendous. Very rude, & inconsiderate, especially when we are in mourning.Kathy on the other hand, pleased to experience her professionalism as well as her green thumb.

I shopped there at the end of April, 2021. Great service. Mom was truly pleased with the tulips from the fridge & I also got one of those Willow statues for my daughters Mother Day gift & it brought tears to her eyes. Love your place❣

So pleased with Step In Thyme Florist. Had a new grandson born and with this Pandemic we could not go see them. I was so excited with the help I received from the employee she found everything I asked for and was kind to send me a photo of the beautiful plant balloon and elephant plant holder. It’s hard to find someone that goes the extra step. I would recommend this flower/gift shop to anyone 🪴🐘

The Christmas sleigh arrangement was Absolutely Gorgeous. All the nurses & Drs stopped in my moms hospital room to see her flowers.A 2nd flower arrangement was sent to a nursing home. They were also beautiful4/19/21 I have now ordered 5 times. This last order was AWEFUL!! They stuck flowers in a vase and called it good. No greenery, no arrangement. I wont chance sending flowers again.

Sadly I received terrible customer service during the pandemic. As a simple bride (two boutonnieres, two single stem flowers, and a small bouquet for myself), I didnt expect much. I was very clear with what I wanted and explained my order three different times to three different people, with in the span of two days. Very unprofessional; though the receptionist and one of the other employees were kind and even admitted their end in the store for weddings was disorganized...I just dont understand. My fiance had ordered a beautiful arrangement from them before and had no problems, not sure what is going on now.

This place is fabulous; I have used their services several times and the results are always gorgeous. The owner asks questions about cost, what you want and is most gracious. Thank you for the beautiful flowers you sent today for my aunt who turned 99, they are so special.

I received a beautiful arrangement on Valentines day. The blooms are 5 days post delivery and look like I got them today. Im very impressed.

The owner gave me bad advice on our purchase and the plant has died. She did offer to reimburse me for the purchase but digging it up and bringing it back seemed like more work than it was worth. The plant was purchased to Mark the grave of our deceased cat.. I understand she doesnt buy in bulk and its hard to compete with chains but the plant I payed $45 for I saw later that day at hyvee for $15 and even less at Walmart

This is the best place to get flowers in town. They usually last 3 weeks to a month. Everyone there is super helpful and nice.
