Do not rent from these folks. Period.I paid $55 to rent a basic 18 chain saw for the weekend (Saturday morning pickup and Monday morning drop-off). Deal appeared decent until I went to use it. Bar oil and gas were 2 drops from empty (no problem because I had supplies to mix gas and add bar oil) because I planned to use it all day and I figured this rental would be empty, but still poor service on their part. Topped everything off and then fired it up. Blade was so dull it took 20 seconds to cut thru quarter inch diameter tree branches. Used the piece of crap for 15 more minutes before I said enough is enough. Upon returning it, the lady said oh yeah, I should have told you to go get a spare blade for it. You kidding me? So I have to provide gas, oil mix, bar oil, and a new chain just so I can use the machine? I should have known better since this is a small place in North Sioux City, SD. Save yourself the $50 loss and invest in your own chain saw for $200. P.S. Still had to pay full price for the rental. What a joke.
