Great selection of books, games, and the friendliest staff Ive ever encountered. Staring blankly at the wall of books an associate asked me if I needed help finding anything. A quick lookup and I was good to go! Ordered another book for my wife that will be delivered to the house cheaper, and a month quicker than the online bookseller!

Got a BBQ book for me. Had the grandkids with us. Great place for kids. Found two books for each of them, lucky to get out of there with only that many. Great selection of books for children, and everyone else.

My daughters love this bookstore. They spend a lot of time looking through everything. Its a really tough decision for the. :-) Mostly because they already have so many books.

Standard B&N. Books for sale. Theyre probably cheaper online but you get immediate gratification if you buy them here and bookstores are just fun to be in. Its way past time for them to put the seating back on their sales floor.

Although I still prefer locally owned book stores, this place carries Ravensburger jigsaw puzzles, the best puzzle brand money can buy. You havent achieved the pure ecstasy of life until you finish a 2000 piece Ravensburger puzzle and then promptly blend the pieces, steep them in some near boiling water, and sit back and drink your jigsaw puzzle turned tea.

This place has almost every type of book and board game you could imagine and some stuff youd never think of. Like Game of Thrones Risk or Harry Potter Scabble. And a Starbucks coffee is always nice while you browse

Clean and well organized. My only complaint would be that there was only one checkout open, so we were 4 deep in a line at 2pm. It moved quickly though. The new Kristen Hannah book was on a display in the middle of the store instead of being on the shelf with the rest of her books.

Barnes and Nobles has did some interior remodeling far as their bookshelves arraignment and cut down on the amount of books. They have their coffee shop and audio/video section. Was good to be back and check it out and picked a few books.

I like that they have so much more than books. I got a pop figure that I was looking for.

I wanted to return a book and find a new one. They were very accommodating and lady who helped me file what I wanted was very very knowledgeable. Great experience. I got Andrew Carnegie, looks great.

A great place to find books for all ages

Your average Barnes and noble. I walked in to check out their vinyl collection for sale and it was decent. I actually saw how depleted it was by the shelf next to it was completely empty where they used to be.

Love this place. I just dont get here often enough and thr library is more convenient and cheaper as far as books go. Specialty stuff is what I like here. Magazine selection is top notch. Glad there are still book stores around.

My wife and I were in Barnes & Noble two weeks ago found a celebrity cookbook that was almost $40 I thought it was kind of pricey so I didnt buy it a week later my wife found the same cookbook I believe at a Walmart for $18

I ordered a book online for store pickup. There is a huge sign above the customer service desk in the center of the store that says pick up online orders here, so I stood and waited for the lady behind the desk who was on the phone. After being ignored for several minutes, another employee came up and asked if he could help so I told him I had an online order. He said oh those are at the front registers, I looked up at the sign and he acknowledged many customers also are misled by the sign, kind of an oh well. I went to the front register and they couldnt find my order, not under my name, my daughters name, and also looked at the text on my phone several times, asked if I got the text that it was ready, etc. The shelf containing online orders had maybe 10 or so orders on it, not many. Finally she located it. This was a weekday, there were maybe 1 or 2 customers total in the store, and I feel like this process was way more difficult than it needed to be. Im very patient, I didnt complain or anything, but honestly it would have been easier to just go pick the book up myself skipping the online ordering, especially if you are trying to avoid spending time inside stores, as I spent over 20 minutes on something that should be 5 minutes.

I dont Read but all the other stuff is cool like board games

This place is so nicely modeled and I love the individual touches in the displays and end caps! Its like they see me and know exactly what we all like!

It is fine. Stuff is overpriced though. As an example, The Lion King was $40. I do enjoy the atmosphere though.

Went I and bought several items. While trying to check out, the POS machine was having issues. Jamie, said to try it another way....so shes familiar it has problems.After about 10 swipes and 3 chip reader rejections, it worked. I said to Jaime, maybe its time to get that fixed. She smugly replied, no. I said, why wouldnt you fix a machine that clearly isnt functioning properly?Again, smug smile and she says, do you want to talk to my manager?Early 20 year old, clearly hasnt experienced life.... but she thinks she has. Not giving my money anymore.

I love this location! The people are so helpful and we can always find what we want. My fiance was looking for a very specific book. However, he did not know the name, the author, or what the cover looked like. He described the book very vaguely to the manager Kaylin, who was very kind. She listened very carefully to what he was describing and was very professional. She then led us directly to the book he was looking for! She also had some great recommendations for other books. They have a great kids section as well. Sometimes they have fun events like book clubs, game nights, Harry Potter events, and activities for kids. I recommend this bookstore for sure.

Ive been going to this Barnes and Noble ever since I was a baby... And it has never lost its magic. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, and everything is easy to find (sections are clearly marked). Great variety of books too; I get all my school books here. (Oh, and the in-store Caribou is a major plus.)

A bit disappointing. I needed some assistance finding a book for Fathers Day, but NO ONE is working the floor, only the check out. And only 1 register, with a line... very frustrating. Bought books, but didnt find what I wanted.I guess, better luck next time.

I like this store, because of the Starbucks! They have a decent selection of books! Some of the staff will recommend on what they think Id like! But I read a book from the library in my town, but they didnt have any copies in store, but had to order them! And sometimes when you order from Barnes and Noble they can be a little slower or charge you a lot. Like for example I just ordered three books at the store to have shipped to my house and I paid 55 for three books when the retail price is 14.95 a piece! I also have the membership so shipping was out of the price. Im happy that I got the books but I think I couldve gotten them off of Amazon for cheaper! If prices werent so expensive then Id give them five stars! Its a nice store to read your book or a book and have a cup of coffee!

Acceptable selection and store size. No complaints with service. I go here for any books I want to purchase in person. Very large selection of gifts and toys, but be prepared to spend a good bit on those. Coffee shop inside is always great quality.

Ive been coming to this Barnes and Noble about once a month for 11 years. Never once have I seen the womens restroom in decent shape. Its atrocious. Otherwise, the store and Starbucks are fine.

Was looking for an Instant Pot cookbook. Found the cookbook section easily enough however trying to figure out where that would be took a bit especially when theyre supposed to be in a special area In order by subject ....no they were not.

As I was strolling through the mall it dawned on me that I had to go, so I sized the opportunity.My entire review is based on the bathroom. It was clean and well lit. The papers were stocked adequately, and thankfully they seem to not be stingy with their TP quality.
