Best day of my life! Thank you for all your help with finding the perfect dress!

Horrible place. Poor selection. And the customer service is pitiful. I just got a call from them today saying they were going to charge me for rush shipping for my dress for my sisters wedding in September. I paid for the dress in March and yet they never bothered to order it! Then the chippy sales girl told me that even if they did order it, it may not get here in time. But I wouldnt get my money back. Are you kidding me?!

The ladies here always give you a 1st class experience. They are so helpful and get excited helping you find the perfect dress. They are also very honest, so if something doesnt fit you the best they tell you how they can make it fit and look better or suggest something that works with your body better.

Please please ask the workers on what your buying. They are very misleading and call it its your fault situation. My date doesnt have a suit for our prom. They didnt tell me I was purchasing a rental suit until a couple weeks later when I was about to pay it off. I lost 60 dls and they didnt want to give me a refund for their mistakes. Im very disappointed about this place. People people dont get scammed by them.*they have not written or called me back. So unprofessional.

My daughter found her prom dress in their fabulous selection. We asked for help with jewelry selection and the earrings and bracelet our prom specialist found to go with the one-shoulder dress really completed the look.

DO NOT BUY here!There is now way I would suggest that any Bride to be goes to this place for their Dream Dress unless they wanna end up in tears!! 6 months ago I came from Iowa to help my daughter find a dress and we found one, they measured her and sent is on our way! I came from Iowa this weekend to pick up her dress with her which should have been a happy moment and NOT one that put her in tears! She couldnt even fully try the dress on because they measured her completely wrong. The associate knew something was NOT right but told us we had to pay the balance and take the dress as is. When I spend $2000 on a dress I expect it to be perfect when we pick it up! There was no im sorry just her is a card for someone that cam only text since they dont speak English. We took the dress to another place of business and they are treating as if it was their own product!! Very disgusted and I will be looking into what legal rights I have to get some compensation!Y FROM HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR BRIDE TO BE HAPPY AND NOT IN TEARS!!!

My sister who has cancer was never given a person to help her find her a prom dress. The employees looked at us but never came to help. It seemed as if they were judging my sister because she could barley stand up. I’m extremely disappointed in this place. I’m not coming back. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I know this is a late review, but it still angers me to this day.

Be prepared to spend money. Rather expensive but beautiful dresses.

Sarah was great, very helpful since I didnt really know my style or what I wanted, I just knew what I didnt want. She was so understanding and we got through about 9 dresses and picked the one I wanted in less than 1.5 hours! There was a lot to choose from and she pushed me very gently to try on some I wasnt sure about. The beautiful dress I chose had qualities I said I didnt want so Im glad I was open to suggestions! Hannah that I spoke to the day before was also very kind! Overall it was a great experience!

My older daughter bought both her prom dresses here so today I took my younger one in to shop. She had no idea what kind of dress she wanted and Corinne did a fantastic job helping her find the right dress! We were done shopping within 90 minutes! Can’t wait for it to arrive!! Highly recommend Corinne and Dream Dress Express!!

She helped me find different styles of dresses and really listened to what I liked and helped me find the PERFECT dress I will be walking down the aisle in. I went to Dream Dress Express after having doubts about my first dress. Never purchased the first dress. Hannah was extremely nice and helpful! I loved her! My wedding is on October 10, and they keep pushing back my delivery date. Im kinda getting annoyed, because I recently moved back to where I was living before and with the virus and my OCD I dont sitting around waiting. She told me that they base off closer weddings and the designers. Which I completely understand. They have pushed it back 4 times already though.I do recommend this place, but just want to put a little perspective on the whole wedding dress shopping for future brides.

Dream Dress Express is the absolute best—I would highly recommend them to any bride trying to find her dress!! The stylists truly listened to what I was looking for, they found multiple dresses that fit my style and looked stunning on, and their seamstress was so knowledgeable and was right there to answer my questions about measurements and alterations. Everything about the experience made me feel comfortable and confident, and I ended up with a dress that makes me feel absolutely incredible. I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day!!!

I planned on canceling my appointment only because I had a bad experience at another bridal shop the day before. Im glad I didnt because I received such a warm welcome when I arrived. Ashley Johnson assisted me in finding my dress and I could not be happier. She was incredibly professional, attentive and most importantly, patient. Ashley made me feel very comfortable and listened to what I wanted. She also offered her honest opinions when asked. I had questions the following day and she was more than helpful to answer them. Approximately two weeks thereafter, my fiance and I met with Marisa Begnoche to go over the grooms and wedding partys attire. She was also very helpful and our visit went smoothly. I appreciated the fact that Dream Dress Express offers you a more private experience, even when others are around, unlike other bridal shops which feels more like a peanut gallery. It also makes it more convenient when they have in-house alterations (yes, the seamstress even came out when I had my dress on and went over what she would do and also gave me a general price) and mens attire there. All in all, both Ashley and Marisa were sweethearts and a pleasure to work with. Id highly recommend all future brides out there to stop by Dream Dress Express and see what they have!

I was beyond satisfied with my trip to Dream Dress Express! The employees were all very friendly, kind, and willing to help! Benjamen helped me figure out the kind of wedding dress I liked as well as what was comfortable! Amy was also very helpful in letting me know all of my alteration options! None of the employees were pushy at all, and I felt like they were very honest with me and considerate of what I wanted! On top of all of this, they worked with me on wedding dress fittings, bridesmaid dresses, and tuxes even though I am from about 10 hours away from Sioux City! I would highly recommend this dress shop to anyone! You are definitely missing out if you dont look here! :)

I just recently bought my prom dress from here and they are absolutely great!! The workers are so helpful with all questions and finding the perfect dress for you!! It’s a comfortable environment as well!! I will definitely be going there again next year!!

I wonder why the store asks which school your daughter goes to before they even show you prom dresses? They tell you its their policy not to sell the same dress to a girl who goes to the same school. Theres nothing on the website about this policy. Through no fault of our own the store sold us a dress that had already been sold to another girl at the same school. Its a good thing I have such a good and loving Christian girl who decided to return the dress putting the other girls wants and feelings above her own. The store should be more diligent about following through with their own policy. We felt pressured into returning the dress. Im glad we did too because we found a much nicer one for half the price.

Jodi is absolutely amazing. She put my dream look for my wedding together with me. I am so pleased with the selection and how amazing all the staff was. I would recommend this place to any bride, and if you get the pleasure of work with Jodi it will be an even better experience for you!

Marisa at Dream Dress Express was SO helpful and awesome when I went in to try dresses on. She paid attention to detail when I was explaining the venue and date of my wedding, which made it my experience so much easier, because I am not one to really enjoy trying on any sort of clothes! She made it fun and easy, I definitely recommend going to Dream Dress Express for ALL of your wedding needs, from tuxes to bridesmaid dresses, they have an awesome selection for everything!

Everyone was very nice and very helpful! Went in not expecting to find my dress at all, but I did.. I even was there with my 6year old and 2 year old and they were very patient with my boys and inviting.

Amazing store and deals

So I gave them a low rating and there are several reasons why, the service was perfectly fine and they have beautiful dresses, my daughter had picked out a dress back in February and they told us that we would be able to pick it up the 15 of march. Well I called on the 30 of march to check if they had gotten the dress because they had not contacted us so far, only to find out that they had ordered the dress that day and we did not get it till April 10... less then two weeks before the event. When we went in to pick it up she tried it on only to find out that the size they ordered was 2 sizes too small... having to pay $400 dollars for a dress that did not fit was not at all what I wanted but we had no choice because there was no time to order the correct one, so we had it altered so it was as loose as possible which even then was pretty tight fit, but it seemed to work for most of the night. As soon as she started dancing a hook popped open which doesnt sound like a big deal but it was a keyhole back so hooks are whats keeping her in the dress, and shortly after that the seam on her thigh ripped wide open, it wasnt even the seam we redid which was why I want to know how a $400 prom dress could not last an event it was made for...

Dream Dress Express is absolutely AMAZING. Their dresses are gorgeous, the atmosphere is fun & modern, the staff is wonderful, especially Ben who helped us. He was so prepared for our arrival and blew me away with his thoughfulness & attentiveness. He was helpful, but not pushy, which is something I experienced in other bridal shops. He let me choose my dresses and took my feedback instead of taking all control himself. I am so glad someone told me about this place, since it is newer I wasnt very familiar with it, but I am SOOO happy I found my dress here and there is no doubt in my mind that I will return to purchase the rest of my wedding party attire through Dream Dress Express! :) Brides, this is a must go shop!
