Charged for a tire rotation that was not necessary — I had put 4 new tires on the car three weeks before I took it in for an oil change. I informed them of this prior to the service. When paying the Bill and point in gut is out, the cashier - simply said that they were sorry w/o referring the complaint to a higher official.

Very unprofessional I am currently being accused of not providing paper work I provided and hand in had in the office. I arrived close to close and in their rush they didnt notice they hadnt taken my proof of residency even after i asked them if they needed to see it. Then management didnt return my calls and texts me saying that if I didnt provide information I dont have on me by close my truck will be reported stolen. I am out of town working until 7... Their lack of professionalism outstanding me. Im being harassed and threatened by their salesman and their management.Zero stars if possible
Never again will I do any sort of business with them! They damaged my car while it was there and when I notified them right away they refused to even document the damage! 2 months later they FINALLY decided to look at the damage after I called a lawyer! Took it in today and they seriously expect me to pay for the damage! They were willing to pay half which leaves me still paying $250! ABSOLUTELY NOT!! they admitted it happened there too! The absolute WORST people to deal with!!
I live here in Sioux City on the weekends and in Minnesota during the week because of a business I own. When my truck would not start, I called the Chevy dealer and they would not move me up since they were 3 weeks out in service. I called the GM dealer and although they were backed up also, they were kind enough to understand my situation and got me in right away. I was heading to Minnesota by noon. AWESOME SERVICE!!!!
Could not diagnose or fix radio without having to replace radio interface. Am calling GM to try to resolve.
Great sales staff poor management. Bought a truck and with in 100 miles truck lost all oil pressure. Traded it in at another billion dealership but wont help cover the 5000 dollar loss i took in 24 hours of owning the truck
Yeah definitely not pleased. Took it in for what I thought was a burned out bulb and 2 hours later i get it home and it still doesnt work
We stopped at Billion at the end of a day of car shopping and the difference in the quality of the sales staff was noticeable. Where the earlier dealerships sales staff seemed to dismiss us because we were looking at lower priced, used vehicles the Billion staff took the time to listen and showed vehicles in our price range before steering us to a more expensive, yet better overall value new vehicle.

I test drive many trucks found one I wanted they offered a good price on went to bank and was closed the remainder of my week was to pack up my stuff go in today on 6-22-20 to give them my info to pay for the truck they didn’t have it whir he was fine I found a different one we made a deal then they refused to route they money like promised and expected another way of payment that wasnt apart of the agreement and refused to take any info bc the 4 days They said I had I was getting packed to move so I didn’t have the time to go down their because I was busy packing my stuff for the move I will be taking my Business else where I hope everyone who reads this dose 2
Friendly knowledgeable staff. Pleasant experience shopping the dealership and finding the perfect GMC to take home. Questions answered quickly. All around positive experience. This is my second new vehicle purchase from Billion GMC of Sioux City. This experience was better than the previous one and that one was good. So they earn repeat business which is what every business works toward. Satisfied customers are essential and this dealership staff I am sure generates many satisfied repeat customers.

Long story short we had tires installed in August of 2019. We had less than 3000 miles on the tires and both front tires needed replaced. Phones calls were made and messages were left. No phone calls were returned and my husband had to drive 2 hours to speak to someone in person. The tires were worn due to poor alignment and needed replaced. The manager Mitch spoke to him and 2 tires were installed and we had to pay for another alignment. All in all, we were out $150 plus lost pay from time off and gas. It was the worst customer experience he has ever experienced. We do not recommend using Billion GMC Service for anything ever. The lack of concern for the customer and doingthe right thing is a major concern. Avoid the service dept at Billion GMC Sioux City.
My wife bought a vehicle there that was unsafe to be on the road. After inspection of the vehicle the company agreed and was willing to look at which didnt happen. After going back Again taking time off work again to deal with a completely unprofessional service department the acted like it was our fault for them selling a unsafe vehicle giving her a attitude. Still the work that was incomplete after promising everything was done is obviously not done so again nothing but attitude because we caught them in another lie service department needs to be redone because this is bad for a company trying to strive on customer service Very Poor Managed

My experience with billion has been terrible. Moving my friend to Iowa the low oil pressure light came on. We shut off the car and had it towed to billion to be fixed had an appointment at 12. We didnt hear from them so at 130 I started calling. No one knew what was going on or even if my truck was at the shop. We called 5 times with many transfers and many promises of call back and no one ever did. We showed up at the dealership at 2 they promised they know more in an hour. Still at almost 4 we just now hear news. We have been told 4different stories and were given a patch job as the solution will take 10 hours to fix. This would have been great to know 3 hours ago. Ive been passed around and not contacted and brushed off. The. They tried to cover the whole thing up. Dont waste your time here or money. Not there fault the problem happened but terrible service.

Having electrical issues with my Cadillac, typically Id never use a dealership, but was thinking their the specialist, since it wasnt a run of the mill problem. Dropped it off, no word, 4 hours later called & left a message for the service rep, nothing. 6 hours later stop out there, basically told dont call us well call you, Ok maybe its difficult, guess I understand. A week later they were more then happy to get back in touch with me to tell me its only a 1,444$ fix, reluctantly agreed (cars paid for & only 100,000 miles on it) wait..... No word, 3 weeks later I finally call to get any type of info, told itll be done by the end of the day. Pick it up, later that night notice theres minor front end damage. Get a hold of the service manager, tells me to send pictures & gives me his number. I send them, that was 3 days ago & havent heard a word since, imagine that,,,shocker. If thats 1,400 dollar service, couldnt imagine what their 500 dollar service is, gotta come with a complimentary kick in the nuts & youre air freshener tree snatched. If you have no problems with extremely bush. league communication, have the time to spend on hold, leaving messages, making tons of calls, dont need your vehicle for awhile, (they wont offer a loaner) dont mind spending a lot of money & possibly having car damage that wasnt there when you dropped it off, youre in luck, If not Id highly suggest you find a quality reputable mechanic & steer clear from this place.

They claim to not be commissioned but when we attempted to talk to another sales person the one we were with was very dismissive. Makes me wonder why?
Just letting you know that Kyle in your service department isnt helping your business. I cant believe he swore at the extended warranty people and we had to negotiate with them on our own to get our parts replaced. He also doesnt return phone calls after multiple messages and didnt do all the work we asked to be performed. If he is an example of how you do business, I will be trading my truck in elsewhere. We wont be back.

Bought my first car on my own two months ago and have been having problems with it ever since I bought it, wasn’t told sides of the carpet were already starting to come up. Bought a 2016 Malibu with low mileage shouldn’t be already having problems. Recently the driver seat quit moving on one side took it in to get looked at was told that I would need a whole new track which would be a 800 dollar fix, very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service that I have been receiving they have been doing nothing to help me. Has completely ruined my car buying experience wish I would have never gone through billon.
Purchased a used SUV for about $9000, within a week of purchasing, the vehicles check engine light came on, we took it to the shop and it cost us $300 to fix. A couple hours later the light comes on again and we took it back to the shop and now the catalytic converter is not working correctly. Also, when it rains out, water leaks through the driver side. Got that checked out, and estimation to fix that was over $1000. This is the worst experience we have ever had with a vehicle and since we bought the car as is, with no warranty there is nothing that could be done. We asked for help with fixing any of the many problems wrong with the vehicle and was rejected. We was offered to do a trade in but they could not guarantee the price that we had just paid for it. We are very unsatisfied!! WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!
Used to love this place for service but as soon as my diesel truck needed more than an oil change they were no longer the experts, the service rep kept changing his story and refused to look into the the history of the truck. They wouldnt return my phone calls and told me that it is what it is and it cost me considerably more than it should have!
They were very helpful, they quickly found the issue I had been experiencing with my vehicle and fixed it in record time. I will recommend Billion Auto to everyone. The entire experience with everyone at Billion Auto was great.
Family owned doesnt mean they care about customer service. Needed an alternator belt replaced unexpectedly while traveling. They could fix it but couldnt quote me until I got there. Quoting them: Parts are based on the VIN believe it or not. Okay, so ask me my VIN. Or what about Our minimum labor rate is $ plus parts. I asked for a ballpark to make sure it wasnt going to be several hundred dollars and was told it probably would be. The call ended with being told to go to the proper brand dealer: Look around youll see it about a block and a half away.
Salesperson was not being very forthcoming with accurate and complete information, not impressed with the salesperson, I will not be doing business here again.

Called ahead of time failed to tell me that the vehicles i showed interest in were not on the lot but in another city no one greeted me just stared the receptionist was rude and the sales man acted as if i wasted his time vehicle was literally failing all sorts of lights coming on and sorry your job is to show vehicles and not my fault you fail to repair prior to test drive was not happy with my visit.... work on your customer service and receptionist could lay off the spray tan or even it out a bit
Called to get a oil change on short notice they had my truck up on the rack in minutes. While doing the regular service they found a leaking seal on the transfer case and ordered the parts right then checked the fluid level and let me go to the airport. The next day called me with the parts in hand and informed me it was covered under warranty...Every GMC service department has been great as well as these people!!

I had to call AAA to jump my car yesterday morning as my new car would not start, I was hesitant to have Billion Cadillac put in a new battery as I did not believe it could be dead already! They put it on the computer and found my battery was bad and convinced me there would be no charge to me as it was still under warranty as I had fewer than 13,000 miles on my new Cadillac. Wow! Talk about a GMpromise to take care of things under warranty! I was pleasantly surprised!

Well my mom and I sat along side the road Friday morning waiting for the transmission to shift. And we just got the truck back again the service people keep telling use there is nothing wrong but we still can pull a small trailer, they told us 2 sensors where bad but only replaced on so we had to go back again. Now it shifts when it wants to, so again more money out and truck still broke. Last time we where told the paper work would be mailed but still havent recieved thats I just another lie, we just want our truck fixed, is that asking for to much. And of course now we can pay out more for the incompetence. Of its not fixed right this time everyone will know of it and I work in a industry where I see a lot of people.
I had a horrible time buying a used car that ended up being unfixable. These guys assisted me in every way possible and got me into something I wanted. We are here in Sioux City visiting from Florida. We were needing a different car to tow behind our motorhome and we were going to just get another Jeep. Brandon Cabney showed us the Gmc Acadia Denali and we fell in love with it. He got us a great deal. The guys in the service dept attached the base plate and brake system for us to tow it. I bought a BMW here, next day check engine came on, when i bring the car back to them for service sale person was rude to me (at least I got a loaner vehicle) I was waiting for my car all week, they never responded on my calls and messages, so I came at friday to figure out whats going on, they said car is ready to go, in few days i got check engine again, and they never answered to me anymore, so I just give up as I live 100 miles away from this dealership. Very bad experience
One star was the only option. No stars wasn’t available. To start with, there was no sales involved. I knew what I was looking for and wanted, and I did all the money work on my end. However, when trying to wiggle even just $100 over the price of a vehicle, there was zero negotiating. It wasn’t even an option, even though I didn’t have to finance through the dealership. I came in cash in hand basically.Next, the salesman that was helpful had the day off when I came in to purchase the vehicle. That’s perfectly understandable. The salesman I was left to deal with was completely put off by the fact I was even there. Couldn’t answer a single question, dragged his feet every step of the way, and was beyond unhelpful. What happened to customer service? No one greeted me, no one offered to help, I had to go find someone, I was left waiting with no answers to questions several times in the 3 days it took to buy a vehicle... yes, 3 days. I wasn’t even offered something to drink while waiting.All said and done, I bought the vehicle I was looking for, again, without having to finance through the dealership. Basically they did as little as humanly possible to make a sale and were completely put off by it. Now I come to finally pick up the vehicle I’ve bought.. I take possession and look at that.. 23 miles left till empty.. awesome. I just handed you guys $33k.. thirty three THOUSAND dollars... and you couldn’t even put gas in it? Oh well, you made the sale, so good on you guys.Now is when the fun really starts. I drive the vehicle for 1 day and notice the smell of propane whenever I come to a stop. Not just in the cab, but outside of the engine compartment as well. So, I bring it back in. After 4 days of it being in the shop, I get told there’s nothing wrong and it should be fine. As soon as I pull away from the dealership and come to a stop on hi way 75, the smell is there again... hmm. So, back to the dealership it goes. I try to explain what’s happening better so they know what to look for.4 days again... can’t find the problem, but cleaned the air system and replaced the filters just in case. Ok, cool... only not. Again pull away, and smell propane...So, this time, I have someone else pinpoint where it’s coming from for me. Turns out, it’s coming from my front differential... that can’t be good. So, I bring it back. Tell them exactly what’s going on, where to look and check... no problem.4 days later, again, they say nothing is wrong and they can’t reproduce the smell. You’ve got to be kidding me right!? I told you exactly where it’s coming from! So now, not only have I handed you guys $33k, but you’ve driven the vehicle more than I have, had it for longer than I’ve owned it in your shop and done absolutely nothing to fix the issue.So now it’s in a different shop in town, and guess what... front differential is burning lube and has a seal leak?.. I’m not a mechanic. However, I guess it’s just up to me to fix the problem now. It’s amazing how billion treats customers.Long story short, 1 star was the only option for rating. There wasn’t a choice for no stars. I do not recommend this company, I do not recommend their service. Everyone should do themselves a favor and buy from someone who will actually appreciate your business.
Fairly decent place to deal with. Lots of vehicles to choose from. I traded in a 2007 silverado for a 2014 sierra. They were very difficult to negotiate with. They wanted to steal my 07 Silverado with only 39k on it. Stood my ground and finally came to an agreement. Dont let them bully you. Do your research on your vehicle your trading in and on the one you want to purchase. Only major issue I have with them, is that they dont give you a loaner vehicle when yours needs repairs. Your either stuck there waiting or you have to have them take you somewhere or make prior arrangements for someone to come get you.

I recently got a 2013 gmc acadia from billion gmc in sioux city iowa had it not even a month and it felt like I was going over rumble strips when I accelerated to 55 mph paid 500 to get fixed traded it in for a yukon denali..after not even 24 hours I noticed that it leaked oil and smelled like antifreeze I was promised by Sean kelly it would get fixed along with some rust on it ... got a rental that died in the Starbucks drive through got a new one waited for my car to be fixed only to get it back still leaking oil called the service department to ask what what done they tell me it was inspected but the sales manager told them not to repair it... they didnt even tell me it wasnt fixed or that they didnt fix it for me... way to take care of ur customers billion and thank u for selling me a car I have to put another 1000 into fixing... crooks
I dont like it when I walked through the door and there was 7 people at the front desk starring at me . No one actually greeted me and I finally spoke up and said awkward!!!! Why is there so many people the front desk? No answer! I finally had to ask for the salesman. Thank god he was close and was awsome to work with and I drove away in a mini van and very satisfied!!!! Thanks Billion!!!! I would refer people down there but with the advise to go through the back door as the person at the front door isnt welcoming!!!! All the excuses why the web prices are incorrect or not qualified, Tried to over price me for almost $5000, Then they say we will make it up to me and gave me a price on a different SUV, Then I went to Total in Le Mars and they were $500 less than the will make it up to you price for the same SUV, If you want an honest deal go elsewhere
I have had my worst experience James Keegan a sales personnel he gave me a car told me i had been approved and 2 in a half weeks later they forced me to take the car back to the dealer and left me without a car and didnt give me my down payment immediately.. The Sales Manager Mike Jones also threaten me saying he would report his car stolen when he had only given me a couple of hours to return it and i was at work.. I am a Marine Corps Soldier and thats not a way to treat a service member or soldier of the US!!!I do not recommend this dealer!!

So to start I have had several dealings with this dealerships service department. I purchased a used Dodge Ram from these guys 2 years back with an extended warranty, that was not cheap, to protect my purchase. Few months back I brought the truck in to have it serviced as it would not start at all. The service department had the truck for 3 weeks with no phone calls or updates. In the end the warranty did not cover an ECM problem which is what it was identified as. After a month of having to call weekly I was told a- they couldnt read the Ecm b- since not covered under warranty would be in the neighborhood of a grand to fix and c- they had been working on on it frequently to no avail. I wanted to a second opinion so I had my truck towed to another repair shop. Billion informed me that the wiring for my truck was all disconnected and would need work to get back together. What the mechanic found a- nothing was disconnected by disconnected they meant they left my wiring harness hanging in the cab b- the battery was sulfated hence no power no read on the ecm c- they broke the under hood light on my truck and when I asked billion the individual told me they shouldnt have been under the hood........ummm the ecm is under the hood bolted to the firewall but, moving on and finally d- after replacing the battery the mechanic was able to reflash the ecm and get my truck running better than new for 200 bucks. First experience horrible. Now to the most recent today. I dropped me vehicle off Monday by appointment gave them description of the issue loss of brake in the front 4x4 making grinding noise and unable to drive. Called Friday after work truck had not been touched nor looked at. Called saturday after work everyone was gone for the day. Finally received a call from John today monday he explained that a bearing had gone causing damage to the rotor and axle. Warranty covered this during the phone call I reaffirmed that the 4x4 needs to be checked. He assured me that they were unable to do so because the front end was dismantled but apon fixing the above mentioned issue they would check. Receive a call a 430 saying truck was complete I again asked everything including the 4x4 and he informed me yes it was. Picking up the vehicle I immediately checked the 4x4 high starting slow and you guessed it still grinding I immediately parked and went inside to ask why. John was unaware as to why it was still doing so. Here are my issues with this visit a- lack of communication and lies between techs and service staff b- John made it a point to find anyway possible to make it not the dealerships fault c- gave garbage excuses as to why it was not tested d- piss poor customer service e- they could not get my vehicle in again until Wednesday and Ill stop there because the interaction between myself and John was horrible. One response I received was its an old Dodge what are we supposed to do? If your going to sell a warranty to someone and cant handle it then they should not be sold. I will never do business with these people again Im out 400 dollars and all the issues given half of them were fixed. If you buy from this company, which I advise against, see if you can have it serviced elsewhere because the Billion service department is a joke and John doesnt care about you or your issues .

We purchased a vehicle from here all the way in Rapid City, SD. Laddy has been awesome in helping us and made it super easy to work with. I now have a great vehicle that is comfortable for the whole family. Even getting it shipped to Rapid was quick. The reason I gave 3 stars is because the paperwork has been a nightmare, first time around they had the names mixed up on it, said we paid in cash so the promissary note is messed up, now its taking forever to get their overpayment sent back to the bank we used to purchase it. They recieved the check from the treasurers office 3 weeks ago and today I finally received a text saying itll probably be sent to the bank in the next few weeks. It also took them 3 weeks to get our previous car paid off which almost hurt my husbands credit. Its ridiculous and shouldnt take this long to get paperwork/checks done and turned around.
Excellent place to deal with. We never have to worry if the car is ok. They always take care of whatever comes up.

My mom brought her Buick enclave to them because her service stablink light was on. She paid 386.00 and got it fixed. Less than three weeks later her low engine power light came on. She pulled over and it towed back to billion gmc. The have her a list of things that was wrong. She agreed to have them fix it. Then a day later they called and said it was also a cracked manifold but they found a used one. They had her car right days, no lender, but as he did not but it there. She paid 880.00 to get this fixed. She got her car back on a monday. On friday, less than a week later her check engine light was on and there was a smell from the engine. I called left a message for Kyle the service advisor, he never called back. I left a message for Mitch the manger, he never called back. She took her car in on 2/20, they are telling her its the catalytic converter and its leaking oil. They have her an estimate of 2500.00 to get it fixes now. All there initially was was stablink. I feel they either created all these issues or are incompetent mechanics. It seems odd to me a week later more issues.
This is the 2nd issue Ive had with this dealership. Ive spoken to their finance dept. and manager and no one ever gets back to me about my issue. In regards to my Century service contract I purchased with my 17 Sierra. I cancelled the contract back in March and they havent resolved my issue.

Waited three weeks for cosmetic repairs to the MKT we purchased from them. After finally being told it was done we took it for the weekend and found the worst paint touchups Ive ever seen from a dealer. Had to drop the car back off for them to make repairs they told us were done. Traveled an hour and a half to purchase the vehicle from Billion, will not make that mistake again.
