Had some warranty work done on my Silverado and have zero complaints with that. My frustration lies in picking up my vehicle and seeing all of the clips are broken away from where my arm rest is on the door panel. Not the condition in which l delivered the vehicle. I spoke with Jay, who was very courteous and helpful, and waited for them to look things over. A different, older man came to tell me that they are not covering the repair due to the fact that this has happened over time. I tried to show the fresh breaks in the plastic to prove it was a recent incident, only to be talked down to the entire time. The man had made his mind up and that was that. Horrible customer service on that particular mans part. Zero accountability for them breaking my door panel and I’m ashamed to say that I dealt with the individual.

We knew exactly what we wanted and Marty catered amazingly well to our wants and needs. Took my car in to get an oil change, a diagnosis and estimate, I also asked for an estimate on how much my windshield would cost (there is a big crack across 2/3 of it). I get my car back, everything is good except the crack is now much MUCH bigger, is in my line of sight, covering 4/5 of the windshield AND no estimate for it. Don’t plan on returning especially if the mechanics are going to carelessly drop and or maneuver my car to damage it more. Also should mention the crack hasn’t increased or gotten bigger since it happened in March ‘21.

Got me in and out fast, dont care for the way they cram the vehicles together in the parking lot when they are done, parking spaces are to small. i worry my vehicle will be damaged.

My 1st experience here was great! The staff is very helpful & kind. I appreciate the fact that I was shown where the waiting area was, we all we’re asked if we needed a ride somewhere no matter how long or short each of our wait time was, we also were offered pop, water or coffee if we wanted it. Lastly- the check out process was smooth & quick! I can proudly say I will go back 🙂

I bought a 2016 Corvette from Salvador February 1st. I saw the car online on a Friday and drove up from KC Saturday morning to pick it up. When I arrived Salvador had the car waiting for me in front of the dealership, and as soon as he saw me he gave me the keys and told me to take it for a spin. Im mid twenties but can easily pass for a high-school student. I never get treated this well when car shopping, as most sales guys write me off as a tire kicker without the means to buy. The finance manager was also easy to work with, and understood i was happy with just the factory warranty. They took $250 off of our negotiated price since they didnt have the second key. Car was otherwise exactly as advertised and I was heading back home with it within an hour.I bought another key and fob for $130 bucks, and was able to program it myself with instructions in the manual. Fast forward 2 and a half months and UPS comes knocking at my door unexpected. Salvador had sent me a map update, and my second key fob. I had no expectation of ever getting that fob, nor a map update. I wouldnt have known better had he just tossed it in the trash. SALVADOR IS THE MAN!Ive never been treated this well while buying a car. When it comes time to trade into a C8, I will be making the 4 hour drive from KC to buy from Knopfler.

They used to be on the ball.
