They were able to get me on right away. The doctor was wonderful and he explained everything to me in terms I understood.Picking out my glasses was the hardest part. Going over my options and than working within my budget they were able to get me 2 pairs of glasses and they were completely done fast. Every step was done with a upfront pricing no hidden fees. We left feeling good about my choice of trying Eye Mart ..I plan on returning to them for all of my eye needs. Thank you Eye Mart.

Got eyes examined by Dr Mijangos who did an excellent job and diagnosed my early macular degeneration. Then went to eye mart express for prescription sunglasses and reading glasses. I love that you get your glasses on the same day you arrive for the appointment!!!! I dont like other eye places they make you wait months for glasses and when they arrive if something is wrong with them, then they send your glasses back, and you wait another six months!!!

The staff were friendly and the selection of glasses were great! I ended up getting two pairs of regular prescription glasses. One pair for work and one pair for home. It worked out great and both pairs were done in 24 minutes. I love that you can order and pick them up the same day.

The glasses side of Eyemart Express is great, but Im not happy with the optometrist. My son had his appointment before school started. When we went he told us the prescription before even looking at his eyes so I questioned it and he said watch Ill show you then he proceeded to check his eyes. Part of me wondered if we received the correct prescription. Fast forward to today, my son failed his eye exam with the prescription he received from here. Well be going elsewhere.

They did a great job doing all the cleaning & social distancing stuff, & being limited to five frames at a time made it easier for me. It only took an hour to get it done. Their machine broke right before I made my final decision, so I had to wait till Monday. They sent texts when they were ready to pick up. Convienent! The staff we all really kind, answered all our questions in a clearly and concisely. I also LOVE that they didnt throw their own opinions in about what did and didnt look good on me; letting me and my husband alone to choose for ourselves, but answering any questions we had about some of them also. Good experience. Fast, & easy! I would recommend this place.

The staff was friendly and patient. I got two pairs of glasses (sun glasses and regular glasses) and was surprised how inexpensive it was. It took 23 minutes for my glasses to be made and ready for me to pick up! The staff made sure I was totally satisfied and comfortable with the fit before I left. It was overall a great experience!

Place was outstanding everything was perfect the sales associates took their time to wait on me to get me numerous pairs of glasses to try on made me feel like I was important like I am haha ended up coming back the next two days in a row also each time the same treatment and each time to pick up glasses and sunglasses too by the way. I was happy with all of them little pricey because I couldnt get the two for $77 because I couldnt find anything to fit my fat head but overall I end up spending about four five hundred bucks but I also get reimbursed back about 350 from insurance so not all bad. Each sales associate was totally awesome and Ill be the first to say that place is on top of its game now they are just a wiping down everything that a customer touches they have an excellent game plan in store at the store whereas they give you a little tray anything you touch goes in the tray there constantly cleaning behind you very very well-trained staff from the manager all the way down and Im sure it came from corporate who can rest assured that the store in Sioux City Iowa you arent going to find any problems very very clean respectful crew and a very organized store people stood in line waited their turn not to overflow the store beating the heat was one thing though Im glad I got there when I did because I would have went back home it was hotter than hell outside but some people were in and out so the wait wasnt long at all Im very happy with my purchases even though they were five times more than everybody elses but thats just the brakes should get I guess if you cant fit into those cheaper styles didnt matter Ill get 75% of my money back reimburse but I had a different sales associate each time and not one was better than the other they were all professional I recommend the place to anybody and everybody.

I am always happy with my glasses from Eyemart Express. From the gals that help you pick out frames to those in back that make the lenses in a timely manner Ive always been satisfied with the results. And the prices cant be beat, especially since you typically get your glasses the same day. My only negative would be that they do not take my insurance and its a common one. Overall Id recommend them to everyone.

They helped me in every way possible! My dog ate my glasses right around the time eye mart had to close due to covid19, so I went without seeing seemed like years but as soon as I figured out they opened back up I called immediately and they got me in the same day I called. I had my eye exam very well priced i must say. I got 2 pair of glasses and frames with in 20 mins! I was so relieved I could finally see again. I cannot complain about the eye doctor or his staff. Always efficient and friendly. I will not complain about the ladies on the floor at eyemart express either. They were very short staffed and that is not their fault. They were trying to appease everyone (and it was packed with customers) the best they could. My biggest complaint was the back room where my glasses are being made. I was told right away that it would be a couple hours before my glasses were ready as they too were short staffed. I told them that was fine as I had shopping to do. I live 60 miles from the city so I always try to make the most of my trips there. After 2 1/2 to 3 hrs I went back to check the progress on my glasses and was told it would be another 15 minutes. So I went and wandered through some other stores. I went back after 30 minutes only to be told there was an issue with my glasses and it would be another 30 minutes. So I then went and got my groceries. After way more than 30 minutes I returned. I was then told they had another problem and it would be another 30 minutes so I sat in the store and waited. After some time one of the ladies went and checked on the progress of my glasses. At this time it was 3:00. She came back and told me they were having issues still and they wouldn’t be ready till 5:00. That is approximately 6 hours after the order was put in. I told her I could not wait that long as my husband and I had plans for the evening so now they are being shipped to me. It is past 5:00 now and I have not received a text saying they are done. So I assume they never even finished them. Needless to say I am disappointed as I wasted time going and checking on the status of my glasses and trying to stay in a close proximity so I could pick them up and then go to a different area of the city to finish my errands. Needless to say those did not get done. So with this all being said I was not upset with the young ladies out front, but the back room staff needs a little more efficiency and if they make that many errors on one pair of glasses and after 6 hrs and the glasses are not complete something needs to be done back there.

The gal that helped my son with his glasses was very courteous and she was welcoming everyone who stepped into the business upon arrival. The two pair of glasses were done and ready the same day within a couple of hours. All I needed was a prescription and they had them ready, fast service!!! Thank you!

My experience overall was great! Picked up glasses on Friday, went back on Saturday due to finding a are Crack. Frames were replaced immediately. If I had any complaint, it would be they should have more people on the floor. Two to work the desk, two to fit and order glasses would be nice.

The eye doctor is awesome!! He found things that after 16 years other eye doctors over looked with my sons eyes. The doctor was kind and patient which is rare. The receptionist were awesome!! The girl who did the fitting was super awesome. We thought our insurance wouldn’t cover his lenses however, she went above and beyond by making phone calls and getting to the root of the problem. I love Eyemart Express and will defiantly recommend them to everyone!!!!!

Went into the store today, was quickly and hurried welcomed by an older lady, told her i wanted ‘Gucci’ glasses that i was interested in. She didn’t react at all but look at her co workers who were busy at the time. Asked me if I was the same costumer who looked at them before and never purchased them . Said “yeah, was waiting on money and new shipment.” She unlocked the drawer and then let me pick out a few pair. She shut the drawer and locked in on me as she said her shift was ‘over’. She left and I had another sales girl help me out. Finally, Maria helped me picked the pair that suited me the best and helped me until the end... bad customer service from the beginning until Maria came along.

This place was amazing! Not only did I get a much needed pair of glasses but I got a back up for less than Walmart price of one frame I brought to THEM. The people who work here are super nice and helpful. The only thing I’ll say is it was a little pricy but for the quality I got and the service I still was wowed. I have been to Eyemart Express three different times. Every time I go, they are very helpful to work within my budget or what my insurance will cover. They have a ton of styles and a huge selection, as well as several different tints. I ended up getting two pairs the first time, both prescription glasses. The second time I got one pair regular and one pair tinted to be prescription sunglasses. These were such a huge help in the summer. The third time I got one pair each again. They are very knowledgeable about glasses, tints, frames and styles. They always are very helpful when choosing your frames, and then the glasses are ready in an hour, and theyre there to help you again adjust and re-adjust until the glasses fit just right. Plus, all frames get a one-year warranty, which was really great when my kids broke one of my frames. I love shopping at Eyemart Express for glasses; I wont go anywhere else!

We had a wonderful experience at Eyemart Express. I was there with a sick kiddo, and they were so patient and attentive. My glasses were done in under 25 minutes and they are exactly right!

I like my glasses, they are good quality. But when I picked up my new glasses, the frame by the lower bottom was cracked. At first the lady said it was just something on it, but then admitted it was broken. The glasses were sent back and I had to wait 10 days for them. When I picked them up, I did not notice the frame was a darker shade than my original one. I think it is very poor customer service not to tell me this.

Had 2 pairs for 40 bucks with 19.99 frames .. went in to get a couple pairs and they had like 5 pairs for that price.. the ones they had were huge plastic old man glasses.. found a pair I liked decided just get one pair..the frames were 50 bucks which were 30 more than the 2 pair complete for 40..she starts ringing every thing up and said 200 dollars.. I walked out..RIP off just want people to come in store..

My husband and I have been here 2 times each, we have never been satisfied with the lenses. When my husband took his back in the girl out front argued with him that the lenses were ground correctly before any one had checked them. I recently took mine back as soon as possible and explained what was wrong with my lenses but when I came back and hour later to pick-up glasses with new lenses, I really dont think they ground new ones like they said they did. Oddly my tinted lenses in my sun glasses were the same prescription and they were fine. When a person looks out the middle, side or top of a lens the view should not get fuzzy! I can see out of my old glasses better.

A lady there, Christina was very nonchalant when attending me. When I tried on the glasses I chose she made a cross gesture while asking me with great emphasis, Are you sure you want THOSE?as if she was suggesting they were ugly. I felt quite offended. But the other staff and the quality of my glasses are great.

Ridiculous. Waiting for hours. Understaffed to the point of zero service. They are open until 7pm, but you better arrive before noon if you want to see someone. I finally left. My prescription would change before I got to see someone.

They had the frames I wanted at a reasonable price. The employees spent the right amount of time with me fitting the frames and getting everything right. I’ll go back again.
