Unless you want to waste $1200+ on a garage door that isn’t installed correctly and breaks 4 times in the matter of 4 months don’t go to them. I had my garage installed by them for a little under $1000. Then 2 months later it broke so I called them. They charged me a traveling fee of $127 to fix their newly installed door. Then a month later it broke again. I called them and they came out for free this time to fix it. Then 2 days later it broke again. So I had someone from another garage door company look at it and they said that it was missing parts (I wonder if it was on purpose so that it would break and then they could come out and fix it and charge me for the fix). I was told by multiple people that they have a habit of doing this, installing incorrectly and then miraculously able to fix and charge you again. It’s still broken and the wrong part for installing it was causing my door to be dented in. Do not use them. I recommend Lyles garage doors in riverside.

We had been having issues with our garage door and had just a new opener and didnt want to ruin it and with me having Parkinsons I couldnt do much so it was time to call a professional and Im so glad I called these guys. They Scheduled me first thing the following morning. The guy that came was named Alex and he was extremely nice with very excellent customer service and went above and beyond expectations. He got the door working for us as it should in a flash. I will definitely be recommending Siouxland Garage Door to everyone! If I could give more stars to them I definitely would. Great service. After my garage door opener almost completely detached from the ceiling of my garage on a Saturday, I wasn’t hopeful I could find anyone to help. I found Siouxland Garage Door online, one of the few that worked Saturdays. The person answering phone was helpful and called installer on call who was able to come within an hour to fix my garage door. Installer was very nice and it did not take him long to fix the problem. Without their help, it is likely my garage door opener would have completely detached and I would have had a much bigger problem. Would totally recommend!

The installers had my lovely new garage doors installed quickly, cleaned up all of the mess, and took it all away. They even left a sticker with their contact information on the wall by the door openers so I know who to call if I ever have a problem. The doors look great, work great, and are much quieter than the old ones. I highly recommend them!

I have sat on this for a couple months but feel the need to speak out. I was charged an absorbent fee for my service call. Some parts had to be replaced.. not enough to call for the ant I was charged. Two weeks later they had to return because opps it broke again. Having it just repaired again at less than a third if what they charged just saying no would not use them again.

Alex installed a garage door Lift Master opener within 11/4 hours. He was very efficient and professional. I have used this company before when it was called ACS and I am satisfied with their response time and work.

Ive never felt so violated or taken advantage of in my life. I had 24 hours to get my garage door fixed as I sold my house and I was happy they were able to get me in promptly. He was there for only 30 minutes and I was charged $531! The only thing he had to do is rewind the wire springs that got twisted, put the two side ball bearings back on and replace a bracket. He said there was a standard fee of $199 to rewind the wire springs due to the danger involved, which I later found out from other garage door companies that that charge is bogus and there is no such thing. Here are the ridiculous charges:Travel charge: $40Spring system (literally just rewinding the wire springs): $199Door fabricating: $99.00Tighten nuts & bolts, lube door & operator: $39.95Labor minimum: $79.00TOTAL:Labor: $119.00Parts/Materials: 337.95Subtotal: $496.90Tax: $34.78Grand Total: $531.68

Beware with the pricing!! After doing research we realized that we were overcharged and when we asked for individual pricing on the door and service they did not want to give us the exact price. On top of that they had told us they would come later that week to replace the door and didn’t show up or call. We had to contact them to see what was going on. Never using their service again.

They charged me a service fee of 125$ to come look at my garage door then quoted 400 to to change the cable on the cable drum I called lyles garage and they did it for 90 $ stay away from these guys

We called to get a quote on a new garage door to replace our 20 plus year old door. They gave us a very good deal on the door and had a sale for the opening unit so we purchased that as well. From the time of the order to installation was less than two weeks. The door operates great and is very quite. Installers definitely knew what they were doing.

Called on Friday and they came out on Monday. Didn’t say anything on the phone call about charging $127 just to come look at our garage door or I wouldn’t have had them come. They said gear broke so needed new opener and said it would be almost $400 for the opener I can buy one else where for $120. That wasn’t even including labor! They offered a service discount for a good review! Sorry but you don’t deserve a good review! They also put a sticker of their business on our garage door without asking....not impressed at all and will never be calling them again! It doesn’t cost $127 when you are here for literally less then 10mins!

Confirmed pricing for equipment, install, and labor, and the technician had the project completed by 6 p.m. the following day. From open to close a smooth experience.

Siouxland Garage charged me $500 for a repair that I had to have another company come out to fix again 3 weeks later. That doesnt bother me as much as when I called Siouxland Garage about my garage door acting up again, the person who answered the phone said they will send someone out to look at it again if I first give them a 5 star review and if I need more repairs they will try to save me some money on it. I hung up and called another company which was Overhead. They only charged me $60. Come to find out, many of the charges I paid with Siouxland were bogus!

We had a spring break that has been replaced twice in the past 10 years. These guys scheduled to come out the next day (Saturday). No extra charge for weekend work. The serviceman called to tell us what time he was planning on coming in the morning. He was here on site for about an hour! Fixed the spring and serviced the door! With a five year warranty how can you go wrong! If you need service to your overhead door - give this company a try! They did not disappoint! Great price and great service! Easy to work with!
