I called about four months ago asking for a quote. I called back after waiting several months and was told that I was in line and they would get to me in a couple of weeks. Four more weeks went by and nothing. I called again and then was told that it would be a month before they could get out and give me a simple quote. It has now been over a month and I still have heard nothing. If you dont want the business, just say so right away so I dont waste my time thinking you actually care about repeat business!

I absolutely love Northside Glass!!!!!! I called on Tuesday and they got me in on Friday!!! They have the best prices in town and did an amazing job on the windshield of my 2019 Nissan!!! The receptionist was very friendly, and we chatted like weve know each other forever!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NORTHSIDE GLASS!!!

I had a new basement window installed and after the temp just hasnt been the same as it had been in previous years. Normally in the summer the temp was always cool. i After replacing window it was really hot. I called 4 times in about a month to at least give me a call back but possibly come look at it, but never received a call. Now its winter and it is way cooler than has been in previous years. Not sure if its a poor quality window or the way it was put in. Either way they refuse to call back.

We were on the 1st day of a 2 week RV trip from Lincoln, Ne to Wisconsin and driving up the Hiway we met a Semi and something shattered the Left Side window of my RV. We looked up a Glass Company and found Northside not far from our location so we called and they got us in immediately. They cut a piece of Plexiglas to install to get us by for our trip until we could get the glass replaced when we got home. We were in and out of there in less than a 1/2 hour! Great service at a great price! Highly recommend them!

Contacted and was helped right away with an estimate then setting up an appointment for a broken rear windshield, all in under 3 minutes! The price being the cheapest in town after a day of calling! The next day, these guys came to my door on time and installed my windshield with ease! Asked them for a quote, they came and did measurements and was told theyd get back to me in 2 days. A week later I called them and they said theyll look for it and give me a call right back. Another week later I called them again and was told she was at lunch and would call me back within an hou . 2 weeks later I called back again and was told its on his desk and shell go grab it and call me right back. 2 weeks later still no callback. Dont waste your time with this business. Very unprofessional

Idk how you guys are at a 4.0 rating when you never show up when we have a scheduled appointment for 8 then say your not coming till 10 then not come at all with no call and when we called you said you were out at lunch and we have snow in our house with wet floors and furniture because they never came

Quoted one price charged almost 50% more. They also never returned my phone call when I was trying to figure out what was taking so long and never called me to ask if I was willing to pay more than quoted. Very shady/unprofessional business practices. Avoid.

Took about a hour to get to me but after he got there it was about 5 minutes broken windshield was out and new windshield was In price was very good you cant hardly replace a semi windshield under 180

Took 3 days from initial contact to get to our house to remove shattered window on door and measure basement window. Promised to call us back to let us know when they would install. No call. Called them and said they had door window but waiting for basement door. When asked if they could just install door window was told sure no problem. Be there tomorrow. No call no show. Called again, same thing. Been without our window for 3 weeks now. Still no phone call, no windows. Will never use again.if I could give zero stars I would.

Whie at work a huge piece of Plywood landed on mine and the vehicle next to me windshield, no one was hurt thankfully. We called them they didnt have a window for mine available, but could have it done by Mon, since I didnt need it to quick I said ok. When he came to pick up my car, the other owner had been on the phone with his insurance and wouldnt get help till Monday, they were a Military family in transit and could not wait, Northside called around got a windshield for them and installed that day!!!!!!!! Absolutely wonderful service, courteous contact WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

Spectacular service!

I first contacted Northside Glass on July 8th to replace a picture window and received an estimate and was told it would take about 2 weeks for the order to arrive. After almost 3 weeks and no call...I called back on July 27th and was told they would check on status of order and call me back. Again no call back. I called again on August 12th and asked about status of order and was told I had rotten wood. This was the first time I was informed about rotten wood. I asked what I needed to do and was told I would receive a call back that day. As of August 15th I have had no contact. I will take my business elsewhere.
