Great friendly staff and knowledge on all mechanical issues. ! They are well organized and have a timely turnaround on all maintenance jobs. I live 110 miles away and have been riding my motorcycles to their facility for over 10 years for yearly maintenance without any problems.

Ordered new brakes over the phone. Provided them year, make and model. Called back a few weeks later because I hadnt received them. The rude guy swore and said he forgot to order. Same thing happened again. Finally got the brakes and they were the wrong ones. Called and he said to mail them back. I mailed them back 2 months ago but they wont give me my money back. They have their parts back and kept my money and just swear at me on the phone when I called them about it.

I had been searching for a very specific bike and Dave had it. The thing is I live far away from the dealer and I couldnt travel to the dealership not only due to pandemic. Dave made the deal happen very easily via email and phone. He arranged also shipping, giving me some good deal for it. The bike was exactly like in the pictures from the showroom, in great shape and delivered as promised. I bought a helmet from them on ebay and although I did not recieve it yet, I got a notification that the helmet will be arrving tomorrow, 5 days sooner than expected, they went into their own pockets to ship me the helmet faster, ...now THAT is customer service! I went to 5 different motorcycle shops on a beautiful Saturday recently looking for one of two bikes when I found exactly what I was looking for at Bak. Check, I went back and purchased it!

My name is Colby, a Current youth member of Christian Motorcyclists Association. I went in to Bak BMW KTM and was greeted immediately by the owner, I have been in there on multiple occasions and each one has been a fantastic experience. I went in curious on the best starter bikes that Bak had to offer and he showed me to many bikes. Of course I was a little nervous when I walked in and he gave me so much information on so many bikes that I was overwhelmed with excitement so I had to ask the biggest question of all the questions I had. I asked him if I could sit on some bikes. And when he said yes I was probably the happiest guy in the world that day. I would definitely recommend going to this store if you are as curious as me. I will be buying a motorcycle from you guys very soon.

Once again Bak has proved to me why I travel 85 miles to have work done on my 2009 Victory Vision. Recent visit was to install a new set of tires and as always I am VERY satisfied with their service. Dave even jumped right in and did the install himself. Penny even kept the coffee flowing and answered my questions. You guys rock!!!!!

Dave and his crew are TOP NOTCH!!! Outstanding customer service AND support. Even though they are primarily BMW, I have owned several motorcycles (none have been BMW...yet!) and now have a Ducati. Dave has helped me with every question I have had & provided the best advice along with exceptional service. First off let me mention that Im from North Carolina and was on a cross country ride when a flat tire forced me to find a BMW dealer. I was about 150 miles from Bak BMW and set the GPS to get me there. ( GPS the shops address from the Bak website, BMW factory does not send you to the correct location) It was raining like crazy and when I finally spotted the BMW sign atop their building I was really happy, my tire was shot and my plug was leaking. I walked through the front door and was immediately greeted by the owner. He directed me to pull around to the service door and they would get me right in. The shop had bikes on each lift and stopped what they were doing to change my tire. This is a great shop, clean and well stocked. If youre local- use this shop!!, if youre on tour, I highly recommend this shop for competent BMW service. I was really pleased to have come across a solid shop staffed by friendly people who treated me as a appreciated customer, Quality work at a fair price. Thanks Dave !!

I have bought purchased only 1 of my bikes from BAK, but Ive bought a lot of gear and parts through them. They will always do their best they can on prices and recommneding they right equipment for you. They give a lot of real world tips and advice from their own experiences, which is hard to find now a days. They wont just sell you a part or bike because they want to make a sale, they really go out of their way to inform you as best as possible so you can make the best choice for yourself. These guys have become more than just a place to get parts, they have become a great friend as well!

Dave and his staff made buying my first new BMW, a 2017 R1200RT a straight forward no drama event. It seemed like it was a busy Saturday, but they invested the time to answer my questions and walked me through the features on the R1200RT.Im writing this after the 600 mile service was completed. The appointment was for noon on Tuesday and it went into the service bay in short order. The 600 mile service was completed with a test ride to proof the work. With a quick turn around I was on my way to Des Moines for the MOA Rally. Im very pleased.

I stopped at BAK BMW while on a cross country trip. Dave, the owner, arranged to have a needed part overnighted and installed upon my arrival. The team, Dave, Danny and Chris, were all super helpful. Prices were very reasonable for service and Dave handled the paperwork associated with the extended service agreement. Nice shop and I highly recommend stopping by, even just to say hello.

I had them do some custom light work for me replaced all my tail lights my blinker assemblies and my headlight assembly on my Victory Vision change over to LEDs they did a fantastic job looks great thanks guys

I recently purchased my first BMW motorcycle and almost immediately had a flat tire. My local repair shop was not interested in fixing it so I called BAK. “No problem. Bring it in,we should be able to fix it while you wait”. Thats what folks like to hear! While my tire was being repaired the shop also ran a routine check on my scooter and discovered that it needed a factory recall ignition antenna installed. They ordered the part(s) and made the appointment before I left. I returned for the appointment and the work was performed while Dave answered a lot of my new guy questions. Danny did a final check/test ride and I was on my way. My experiences have been positive. The staff is friendly,knowledgeable and professional. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend BAK to any BMW riders.

A. I needed my 36,000 service doen in one day. I also needed my sdiestand removed so I could take it to a welder to get a small modifcaiton made. The 36,000 mile service was done shortly after noon. The welder finished and painted my side stand by 1:30. I took it over to BAK and interrupted a late lunch break. They left thier unfinished meal to reinstall the side stand and get the bike into the parking lot so I could ride it home to pack for a trip. This was excellent service, above and beyond.
