Called them to see if they had a part for my dryer. They said they had one. I was at work and my sister had the day off so she made the hour and a half drive to go pick it up. She got there and was told they didnt have it and she explained that we were told they had it waiting for her. The customer service lady was very rude to me on the phone and to my sister. Do not recommend at all.
Horrible customer service. Woman at counter was very unfriendly did not want to help us and was very obvious about it. Walked out without the parts I needed and will never go back

Previously i left a 3 star review with the negative feedback focusing on the negative service i experienced. I have since tried again and must say its much better. my only complaint is that you need to ask if they are telling you price for OEM or after market as otherwise they just pick one. I feel this is something that should be said. However, service was much better
I called asked them if they had a specific part they had 1 on-hand I told them I’d be there right away if they could pull it with my name on u I t. Got there they had just sold it. Rude. Overpriced anyways. Ordered online. Won’t be going back!
Want to know what kind of service you get from Dey? I was there the other day and Jim was helping me look for some information. We couldnt find it while I was there. I had mentioned in passing that I was going to get gas when I left their place. While I was pumping my gas, Jim pulled up behind me with the information we had been looking for. Its service like that from Dey that keeps us coming back year after year.
Im not in the business, but Ive been in occasionally over the past ten years and always had good, friendly service at Dey. Never yet have they not been able to find the part I need, quickly, and either get it ordered or grab it from the back. Prices sometimes seem a little steep to me, but I dont think they are unreasonable for a local supplier where you might even get some free advice on installing as well... Note the return policy, and try not to open any packages until you are sure youve got the right stuff.
Exemplary customer service! Not only did they have baking element waiting for me at the counter when I arrived, they took time to answer a question about a hot water heater issue I was experiencing and shared simple tests I could employ at home to diagnose exactly what problem I was facing!
Was not sure if the part was goung to fix my fridge the staff there was very confident that was wrong and drop shipped the part to my house and now it works great will not go anywhere else to get parts ever again
They sold me the wrong item and when I attempted to return it for the correct item they wouldnt let me. It was my fault for trusting them and their expertise in the first place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Wrong part sold and claimed to see small scratches on electrical prongs. Part was never used and still wouldn’t return. STAY AWAY!!!
Really bad return policy. They wont say anything about it until you try to return a product. It does not say anything about the return policy on the purchase order or package. I will never go back.
