My wife loves this store.... maybe a little too much!Ive spent quite a bit of time in the parking lot waiting.Its a nice parking lot to wait in! :-)

I have shopped at Michaels for years. I love the fact that are open on Sundays and have a little bit of everything, including a nice Pride display. The lines can get long but most places are struggling with enough help. The bathroom isnt the best, but it does the trick and I like the coupons alot.

I haven been in here a few times in search of craft items. They have a lot of options and areas for crafting needs. I know you can also score some good clearancr deals when you find them. It does seem compact inside to me. The store location is big, but I think they just have a lot of stuff in the store which isnt bad just seem compacted in.

Danielle (and another gal--dont remember her name) helped me with matting and framing 3 prints. They turned out perfect. Much better than I expected or imagined.

Friendly staff but there was only 2 and many people had to go to the front to ask their questions. I wish there were better signs labeling the aisles.

The framing department was great, helpful and quick to get the job done.

We love Michaels but it seems like they are losing touch with the creative people. A lot of their stuff is unnecessary and is not selling until its on clearance.

Floral section was really difficult to find what I was looking for. Then couldnt find an associate to help me find a certain kind of paint...I generally love going here but its a bit of a jumbled mess right now....

Little on the spendy side but had nice stuff, wish they had a bigger selection of what I was looking for.

Great place to get your crafts, just wish they had more cashiers because the lines can get long. Still my fave place.

I was so appreciative that the manager gave me a refund on my 3 packs of 8 1/2 × 11 colored cardstock even though the receipt had expired. I applied the credit towards two other items at regular cost. She went out of her way to be kind. The clerk was also very kind! At this crazy time in our country, kindness even goes a longer way. Excellent choice of Halloween items - they even have aromantic area!! Id never thought of that before, but if dark & creepys not your thing, this would be perfect. Went looking for photo albums though & they had a decent selection. Found an even prettier one than I got at Hobby Lobby, so I left happy. Cashier wasnt very engaged, but sadly thats par for the course in customer service nowadays! Always liked Michaels - very pleasant store, good & varied selection of all kinds of crafting items & more, I will return.

If you like to make stuff....they probably have the stuff youre looking for!

I havent been to Michaels in years, but my experience was helpful. I was looking for nesting boxes. They did not have any, but I found other ideas for another project.

I came here for very specific items. When it was discovered they were all out- they happily told me I could buy the displays! I got a great deal for several beautiful items! The staff was so helpful and friendly.

Excellent selections. Great variety

You can get some nice quality stuff there if you know what to look for for decent prices if on sale however customer service could be a bit better and some of there other items you can get at Walmart or target for same thing can be a bit to high priced. Other then that its a decent place.

It had what I needed when I needed it not much more to say to a smaller store store but it has the basics Its clean, has knowledgeable staff

Very helpful staff. They did not have the item i needed, but helped my find a store where I could get it.

The store was empty today. Lots of empty shelves. Cashier could have greeted me or said ANYTHING! Still lives Michaels. I love the small, quick store that doesnt have to try sell everything.

Safety shields, employee masks, & social distancing guidelines made me feel safer. Utter lack basic decency on the part of several, but not all, customers, not so much. But still love the things here I cant find anywhere else: Yarn, home decor, mini garden stuff, candy molds, various crafts... One of my favorite places to shop.

First time ever going to Michaels...and can I just say our cashier had the worst attitude. She was very unpleasant and very rude. I never believed that one employee could change how you see a store but this one definitely managed to do that.

The framing dept was especially helpful. got me what I needed and showed me a picture of what my artwork framed would look like before I chose the one I wanted.

Michaels has all my crafting needs. Yarn is always more affordable than Amazon and a bigger selection than Walmart.

I got knitting and painting supplies

Needed to order embrorderiy floss. Wanted curb pick up. Cant order from the store because you have to order groups of color not single strands. told to order from warehouse if. Was unable to come to the store and get them.

Took framed photos in to have acid free backing put on. The gal looked at it, said if you wait Ill do it. 5 minutes later and $5. later, I walked out with 2 pictures done! Outstanding service

I visit here frequently for art supplies as an aspiring artist; The prices are fair and the layout of everything is done very nicely. On a final note: I appreciate the hard work the employees do as essential workers, thank you for your service.

I couldnt find anything I needed and the people worker seemed to have not much of an idea of their store. It was frustrating and I think next time Im just going to another store.

Got some good sales today. Personally they are usually to expensive. But I love the store and could spend so so much $$ there.

Ive ordered online for in-store pickup twice. And have had difficulties both times. I would not recommend using their in-store pickup service, because they will text you that your order is ready, when it isnt.

Did the curbside pickup and it took over 20 minutes for them to come out with the order.. kinda pointless to do curbside at that point.

Good place to get your crafting needs in order. If they dont have it order it online. You may pick it up or will be sent to your home pending p & h.

Background: never been in Michaels before. I rarely shop for arts and crafts. I was brought along to purchase an item with a coupon since only one coupon can be used per person.I thought that the aisles were quite narrow. Appeared to have a decent selection of things I doubt Ill ever purchase.Took longer than expected to get to the register with only two people ahead of me. The lady working the register for my line was nice and polite.Overall: Nothing bad to say but nothing exciting either. If I ever needed what they sold and I lived near the store, I would consider purchasing from there again.

This is a fun store. It has a little of everything. It woul be nice if it were bigger.

The best thing about Michaels is theyre open until 9. Other than that, Ive found stuff I need (drawing supplies) is often not in stock, and they leave up broken stock. They lock the doors at about 5 til, so just know that. The staff is helpful, but theyre often hard to get a hold of (because theyre running around stocking stuff). I gave this place 3 stars because it exists, ya know

Very little signage to explain where to pick up my online order. The employee I asked, while friendly, did nothing to take and show me where to find it. Rather, they simply pointed me in the general direction leaving me just as lost as when I entered the store. Not a good impression for my first time being in their store.

Clean, organized, very inviting, only downfall was a it is little on the spendy side. They did have good sales though.

I went to get India ink and went for the bigger bottle, I wound-up buying a bottle of calligraphy ink... dont do that... it seems to be a medium gray. Why does the bottle say black?I actually got help from another customer in finding the quil pen inks The cashier was a sweetie and was very patient as I went through my best option for payment with my cards for each item, shes a real treasure!

Of all the stores that you would believe to have home canning jars, all were out of stock EXECPT Michaels. That day they became heroes to those who have home canning to do
