We moved to Sioux Falls in 2016. Since we have a Toyota Prius, I sought out the Toyota dealership for maintenance and upkeep.I have found the service at this specific location to be top notch! Each experience tends to be either the same or better than I expected. The staff are always professional and knowledgeable. If I have questions, I am matched with the right person to answer my questions. Having had a variety of maintenance items completed, I have come to learn to trust them.We recently bought a Ford. I felt odd asking - but since I trust the Staff, I asked if they would be able to service my Ford at the Toyota dealership as well; which they, of course, said yes.Most recently - while scheduled for an oil change, they gave me a new experience - a video tour of their maintenance check. They are pretty good. They even have a video showing what they did and checked. Granted it was just an oil change included with the purchase of my car, but they were very professional, clean and organized.
