My sister passed away unexpectedly which was hard to deal with overall. Add in the stress and sadness of planning her funeral ... To say the least it was very difficult. My mother and I went to Flowerama after going to the Flower Mill and getting quoted over priced flowers and bad service.Flowerama was fantastic! We were greeted with kindness and patience! They had a wonderful selection and great prices! It was such a relief to get everything we needed! The customer service was like getting a hug from a loving friend! Their compassion and professionalism was outstanding!! I highly recommend them for any flower needs you may need.Thank you Again! Truly Outstanding!

I get flowers from here because the arrangements are beautiful, the price is in line with all other flower shops, and the staff are always working on orders yet still friendly and patient with questions.

The dozen roses I purchased were decent but already showing signs of wilting when I received them. They werent really worth the money. The staff was very friendly though.

If youre going to have drivers driving around with your company logo on their vehicle, might want to make sure they know how to drive properly.

I try to support small business as much as I can in Sioux Falls. I regularly purchased flowers from Flowerama for Valentines and my wifes birthday. I walked in during peak COVID season and was disappointed to see that none of the 6 people working there at the time had a mask on. Its the bare minimum and kind thing to do at this tough time. The flowers are great, but Im afraid that since public safety isnt an issue here, Ill be shopping at HyVee for my flowers from now on.

I would not recommend this place to anyone! Poor customer service! Went there looking for a peace lily with my mother for her sisters funeral as this was a suggested place to go. Ordered a peace lily and picked out ribbon with sister to be written on it. It was delivered to the funeral home and sister was not on the ribbon. Called and talked with a women about the situation and she said to call back with info and it would be refunded. Got the info and called back and talked with the owner who is very rude. He said he would refund the delivery charge only and nothing more. If he wanted to pay for it he would put his name on it. Never got an apology. This is poor customer service. If it wasnt mentioned about being paid for I would not have expected it. We have just just buried a member of our family,just plain kindness would have been nice.

We had Flowerama do our flowers for my bridal party and for the reception tables. She did such an amazing job! I was so impressed how great she was at working with the flowers but how much she listened and she made it exactly how we wanted. She even added pearls and photographs to the the flowers like I wanted. Very reasonably priced for such high end work! Highly recommended.

I just want to say Thank You!! I should have done this sooner, but better late than never. I bought a Christmas Tree from you a couple years ago. It was the most beautiful tree we have ever had, and was so reasonably priced. Your staff was amazing!! I am a single mom and you helped me tie the tree onto my car and I tell you what: That tree made our Christmas so magical and perfect.. My friends and family exclaimed over this tree and when I told them how helpful your staff had been, they were all very impressed. Just wanted you to know, how much that meant to me and my children. Its hard to find compassion in business/companies anymore and you guys have it!! I wish you and your business great success. Keep the good people you have working for you, they are appreciated.

This is right by where I live, and was decently priced. My wife loved the flowers, and like most florists, they offer custom arrangements and a selection of cards and other gift items, as well as delivery. I dont know what their service area is, but I would think within Sioux Falls city limits.

I stopped in to pick up some flowers for one of my science classes. The older gentleman who helped me was so kind and helpful. Kindness like that doesnt come around every day! This was my first shopping experience here and I will forever be a customer of Flowerama.

Mike was awesome. I asked for something he didn’t even carry and he went to another store and got it for me to deliver. Highly recommend. Phenomenal service!!!

Stopped by tonight at 7:37 pm to buy flowers for my wife and was told by the high school student running the store they were closed. I explained the sign on the door says they close at 8 pm, she said she has to close based on her clock inside the store and that clock says 8pm. Fire the high school student for lying and get better help!

BEST FLOWERS IN TOWN! good price. GREAT quality. Usually I get flowers and they look bad in a couple of days. these lasted for way more then a week. NICE!

First I would like to clarify that I live in Arkansas, and I called Flowerama because of all the wonderful experiences I have had with the one in AR. I was slightly upset with the lady I spoke with as she was very impatient with me. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality and look of the flowers.

I called, trying to get a delivery done the same day, late in the afternoon. I understand it was late notice, and that chances were not good on it being able to happen. But the person who answered the phone was pretty rude to me, and all I was trying to do was find out if they could deliver after 5pm. I did not appreciate the attitude, when I knew going in it was unlikely, and would have graciously accepted that answer. I did not appreciate being spoken to the way I was, and when I said Nevermind, Ill just have to try somewhere else, thank you. I got hung up on.Very rude and unprofessional!
