Great store. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff. Easy parking, competitive pricing, and not a bunch of extra junk to sort through - home remodeling period. Such a better experience than the big box store.

Went shopping for ADA toilets. Gentleman who waited on me didnt really explain any differences, but did complain about Biden giving out money so people wouldnt work. Therefore they have thousands of items on back order. Disappointed, and bought elsewhere.

Great selection and awesome service. Everything that I ordered fit perfectly and arrived in time. Sheila also went the extra mile getting me the faucets I liked without having to wait.

My husband and I were disappointed in our visit to the Handy Man store. We were looking for help and advice from people we thought were knowledgeable. Instead we found ourselves in a store where no one seemed interested in helping. The person we did get to help us eventually flipped through a few pages in a magazine and could not point us in a useful direction. We could have saved our self the trip and looked through a magazine ourselves.

For the past several weeks I have relied on the good folks at Handy Man to help me navigate a bathroom remodel and last night a minor plumbing blockage problem. They have been helpful, courteous and insightful. A great crew that has really rallied after last years tornado. Keep up the great work! Thanks for all the help.

I paid for a faucet on January 27,2021. I was told it would be in store in 2-3 weeks. I have not received the faucet. I have called twice and been promised return phone calls, On March 17th I was promised a callback by March 31st.Today is April 5th, no phone call, no faucet.

Helpful staff

Didn’t have the best experience when I visited the store. Was very excited to come here and look at all the great options this place had but the exact opposite happened. I am looking to remodel my bathroom and was going in there to look at shower inserts. When I walked in there was about 5 people standing at the counter and not one person welcomed me in the store or offered to help I had to walk up to them and tell them what I was looking to do and had to ask for assistance. The guy that helped me seemed very “annoyed or bothered” that he had to help me. He started out by showing me the basic (which i understand) but I told him that’s not what I wanted and he just very quickly talked about the other two higher end models. Didn’t offer to show me any different options or ask which colors or anything i was looking for. I’m a girl in the mid 20s and felt like they didn’t treat me with the same respect as if someone older or looked like they had more money would have walked in. Little did they know I’m looking to remodel my whole bathroom and can afford that just as much as the next person that walks in. Walked out of the store due to feeling very uncomfortable and was very frustrated.

Alan helped with the original purchase of a sink, faucet, water puffer, and drain stopper. I recently went back to get a filter for the purifier and he waited on me agin. I found him friendly and knowledgeable. If i go back again I would like him to help again.

We stopped into Handy Man in Sioux Falls to get a new kitchen faucet. The employees were very helpful and so kind to our two small children. :)

If you want to deal with sales people that are experienced with your needs, THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO. Friendly and knowledgeable sales people that have been in the business for years and eager to help you make Good decisions.I havent compared too many prices to Menards, Home Depot, Lowes but all of my purchases have been nearly identical. And after the sale I am confident I made the BEST choice versus usually going it alone at one of the big box stores.

My wife and I are currently working on fixing our basement bathroom and went to Handy Man to look at some items.Whoa! They actually have a showroom where you can even turn on the showers to get an idea of what you would like.The toilets are even on the floor so you could test sitting on them if you wanted to.Additionally, the staff was extremely knowledgeable on helping us not only fix our downstairs bathroom, but make it even way better than I thought it would. Great experience and highly recommend.

Handy Man is always so helpful to me!! Today I returned a couple of items and they helped me pick out better products. It is so nice to know I can always count on them!!

We had and AWESOME experience at Handymans!!! Advice and patience is HUGE when remodeling/building. With so many options it can be difficult making decisions!! They were great to work with! Definitely would recommend Handymans!!

We came to Handy Man to see about fixing a shower. We got a plumber through them and it was fixed However, my husband had taken the shower head off of the wall and the plumber did not put it back. When my husband went to put it back the pull up thing to get water to come out of the shower head broke so BACK to Handy Man. Hopefullly it is fixed.

I needed a new faucet and Eon (sp.?) was super helpful and even gave me a list of guys who install. So I took the one he had before and he did an excellent job.

The majority of the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a beautiful Onyx sink from them for a reasonable price. If you need a little extra help picking out sinks, showers, toilets and the accessories that go with them, I would recommend Handy Man. The store was reasonably clean, well kept and free of clutter... and not overly huge, which is great when you dont want to walk the ten city block equivalent like when you go to Menards.

Ever time I have been in this store I have been made to feel like an old friend. You know the kind of friend that will all ways help you out. And with really good advice. Im doing a complete remodel of the interior of my house. I will report back to you after its done.

Large selections. Expect to pay more than you would at a national home center but the customer service is better here. They have sales people who will answer your questions and explain things.

Great service, great products, great prices!

This place is pretty frustrating when you can spend thousands of dollars and when you go to return something they suggested you needed, all of a sudden they cant take the item back. Then they give you the run around reasoning and blame you for not making the product work, so now we are stuck with some shelf we will never be able to use and are out the money because they wont even give store credit. Such awesome service.

The guy who helped me find a sink was very helpful and patient with me. I didn’t really know what I was looking for and he was very knowledgeable!

Very complete selection of many different types of kitchen and bathroom materials, I find it can be sometimes a little pricey but they always have everything that you could possibly need Ive been installing there Onyx Shower systems for about a year now and Im very impressed with the quality as are my customers
