Bought my last pair of boots there. They broke after a few days of using them. Stop in and wanted to see what they would do. Said bring the receipt in. I came back when I could about 7 weeks later. Then was told they couldnt do anything. The manager was not there. I would have to come back after 5pm that day. I tried to talk to them about not having time to come back. As this is fall and the busy time of year for me. I have bought 2 pair of boots per year for the last 5 years with boot barn. 200 doller pair of boots should last longer then two months. Im upset that the way there going to treat some one that has spent good money with them. Wouldnt recommend going back if only one person in the store has power to do anything for customers. I will be taking my business somewhere else now.

Ok, Boot Barn in Sioux Falls, SD has hands down the best customer service of any apparel store Ive been into in years. The younger guy named Brock sold me a pair of Ariats just a couple of months ago and I loved them, unfortunately after wearing them they tore in a strange spot and made them excruciating to wear. I showed up at Boot Barn today and brought my boots with me. Kristene the manager was quick and helped me to exchange them for a new pair of Ariats no questions asked. Awesome place, awesome people. They have my business for all of my work attire for sure!!!
Went in for a set of inserts since my insoles were pretty well trashed after 6 years of daily wear.Travis was extremely helpful, encouraged me to try the insoles in the boot first to make sure it was what I wanted and did the trick. Although he said he hated to see my buy a new pair of boots if the insoles would correct the problem, we wound up buying a new pair anyway in addition to the insoles for my current pair. Check out was efficient and friendly. They also gave a 10% discount for first responders which was a welcome addition! Travis knew his stuff and I would recommend his service for anybody unsure of what they needed.
Great shopping experience. Bought my husband a hat for his BIRTHDAY and the lady at the hat counter was very nice and helpful. She sure is a great asset to ur hat dept. I watched her help a young guy purchasing a hat for his prom.

Rude! The associates act as if you’re a bother, and a inconvenience! I asked for Whete items might be located and they point,or I went in for a online pickup order and they acted like I was interrupting their day! Mind you there wasn’t anyone else in the store besides me! Disappointed is an understatement with the service I received!
Three people standing and talking no one could look in back for a backpack that there website says was in stock pretty sad considering I actually have to work hard for my money

My first Review was deleted. So im posting another update. I ordered boots in store with a associate. Her name started with a J. I was told that if we had a wedding account and ordered in store, that they would be more affordable. Well rep said to put in the credit card address, so i did. Turns out that we (the associate nor i) pressed send to different billing address. And they were sent to Colorado instead of the store in Sioux falls. The associate blamed it on me, then appologized and said she would take care of it on May 17th. I had called customer service while standing next to the checkout counter and they said they couldnt see my order. The associate thought she had a special customer service, so she called, and they told her thr same thing. I called boot barn sioux falls the next day to find out that she never called them.. and promised again to take care of it. Then i called on the 19th.. and same thing. She never took care of it!! So I talked to her once more, and she tried to do it that day, i asked to speak to a manager and apparently there were none in store. She said that she would speak to manager.. on the 24th i called again to customer service and they said that they are going to ship it to Sioux Falls. I asked if the talked to the store and they said that no one called. This was a big red flag for me. The customer service said wait for the shipping label overnight and then it should be able to be tracked for rerouting. Well i called today.. and the boots still werent rerouted! I get married in 12 days!!!! I called the store pretty upset and asked to speak to a manager. According to the manager, she never heard of my situation. This made me furious since ive worked in management for retail stores. The manager apologized and said she would take care of it. She was very nice and listened to my situation and took care of it right then and there. Now i wait for my boots and pray they are here before my wedding day.
Nice store. Was there 30 mins before I got help. And they didnt have much selection on cowboy hats. But nice little spot.
We went to boot barn to find my boyfriend a pair of boots we were helped by Travis this guy knows his stuff he went beyond to help us and we will keep going to the boot barn and will ask for Travis next time we are in there thank you so much Travis for all your help
I went in once and was completely ignored, even took 6 minutes to get somwone to come to the checkout. Boots started coming apart in less than a month, Cheyenne was absolutely awesome and traded me out for a new pair.

Great selection, the staff is useless, ask for help finding a specific pair of boots and you get told all of our boots are over there gestures to the east side of the store. Wouldnt even look at the picture I had on my phone, turns out the boots I was looking for were on the west side of the store. Entire staff seemed way to busy to be bothered by helping customers. Buy your boots online, you get the same customer service. I had 4 separate experiences all of which the staff was snotty and condescending.
Went to buy a Pair of boots from them. The manager helped me when I went back in to fix the problem I had. He repaired and made it amazing found a pair and loved it. Thanks for the good service

Visit started off good, I was asking questions about shoes and then a young girl started talking to the chunky long haired girl that was assisting me and she just walked away and left me. She said nothing.I did to heck with that place, Ill go elsewhere.
Big store, lots of deals, and huge selection. Took a little while to look through everything. I came through at about 1:30pm. Not very many associates to be found. There was only one person in front at the register and she was busy with customers. So in my case it was good I knew what I was looking for. Or it would have taken a long time to get some help.

They were relatively inexpensive but the customer Service was not good. They barely even showed me where women’s section and that was it. The cashier wasn’t very polite but the shoes are good quality.

Very friendly staff but not pushy! I was able to look around at my own pace and try several pairs of boots on, staff were around to answer any questions but not overbearing. Got to checkout and the cashier recommended a cedar shoe insert rather than a boot dryer from her husbands experience for keeping them dry at the end of the day (my feet are wet after work no matter what I do). Great service all around, also have a 30 day comfort guarantee if needed!

I just love this place it maybe my second time being there but it will be my favorite place to go.
I came in looking for my first pair of boots and the sales associates were super helpful in finding me a good pair of boots that I liked and that fit me well. They have lots and lots of different styles of boots so it can be a little daunting if you dont know what your doing. They also have a good sized selection of clothes for men and women with a large variety of styles, not just typical western style. I love my boots and I recommend checking them out if youre looking for a good pair of boots to wear to work or to wear for a night out on the town

Same level of customer service weve come to know and expect from Boot Barns all across America...zero. You walk in, no staff anywhere despite the shop being empty. When two girls did come out from the back the looked straight at us, no hello, no can we help you. Just straight to thevfrint desk to continue their chat and ignore us some more. Didnt even attempt to say thank you or goodbye when we walked out... Its a pretty sad day when the County Treasury Dept have happy friendly and helpful staff and a retail outlet doesnt.

Walked in and two employees were talking to each other. Neither one offered to help in the boot department. And its not like they were busy, heck I was 1 of 2 in the store! Last time I was in there the gentlemen had no knowledge on the boots, NOTHING! Clean house, get some people that have knowledge of the products they sell

When I called to see if they had a particular shoe in the store, Melissa who answered gave me a huge sigh like it was the worst this I could have asked!! I even had the code for the shoe!!! I refuse to walk into the store again! This unfortunately has not been the first time I have been treated like this in this store!
In the store for 20 minutes and had no contact with any sales,associates. Worked here a few years ago and that was not acceptable by the managers or store policy.. They still have beautiful clothes and accessories.

Very helpful on finding boots and pointing out their website with other boots they dont have in store l! Love the fact they have free shipping to your home or the store! Also saw some cute outfits for women while i was there so they are not just boots they are more of a western dress store.
I always find something in here I want to purchase. Wide variety: dresses, blouses, jeans, shoes, boots. Way more than just a boot store. I dont even have county style and love it. Oh and they have decent priced silver jewelry

This place is about as cowboy as New York City. The entire place is built around cowboy fashion, not true cowboys/cowgirls. There work wear section is all about selling premium brands at premium prices, prices so high that I doubt anyone that truly works for a living where their clothes are likely to be damaged/abused would shop here unless they were paying via a company expense account
Its all right They have about anything you would want in Western clothing and some more Quite honestly I prefer to go to the smaller Western store across the street on the other side of 41st

Not only is this the best #1 place for my husband to get work shoes and pants but the stores employees and managers are kind and amazing! Our house burned down and they helped my husband get new pants since all of his were burned in the fire! I think they even paid for some of it with their own money! Bless your kindness!

February 24, 2018.The customer service was terrible. Melissa, store manager, answered the phone as she began taking care of us. Instead of placing the call on hold she started talking about the weather, motioned to another worker to help us (he had already tried 2 times - he was new) and walked away, still on the phone. Needless to say, we left. And yes, we found the same boots for a slightly lower price at Renegade in the mall! Boot Barn in Sioux Falls, you have lost my business!

The store itself is pretty good quality, but it is always too overcrowded. This is soccer mom central, and if you think you can do a quick run through the store, you will be disappointed. This was built as a regular Target and converted to a Super Target, but the remnants of the old days are long gone. Parking is a disaster here, not that it is Targets fault though. They do have a Starbucks, which brings them up a star in my book.
Gals here KNOW their sizes!! Great belts for construction and tough guys.
