This was the appointment that I was most excited for, but it ended up being my least favorite of the 3 I had. I felt very rushed and like I was being pushed out the door, like the other reviews mentioned. They give you less time, and in my opinion, less of a personalized experience than the other shops in the area. All of the dresses were in plastic, so it was really hard to tell what they looked like during the short amount of time you had to look through them. It was really overwhelming, and I ended up leaving in tears. Thankfully my last appointment of the day was so much more relaxed and just a way better vibe overall. I ended up buying both my ceremony and reception dress at that shop, and my day went from stressful to amazing. I’m kinda wishing I would have skipped this place, as it just took away from the magic of day. My consultant, Emily, was very nice though, she could tell I was overwhelmed, and encouraged me to come back on weekday when it’s less busy. So I definitely would never go here on a Saturday.

We purchased my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses at Bridal Gallery. When I was trying dresses on, I felt like she kept making me try on dresses that I knew I didnt like as this was the second place we went to and I had known what I wanted. When I purchased my dress, I also chose the bridesmaids dress colors. The lady ensured me that these would be written in my profile only to find out later that they werent. They ordered one of the bridesmaids dresses without my final approval. My dress came in over 2 months earlier than what I was told, which messed up our finances. I still had to pay it off within the alloted time they give you, otherwise pay them for storage space. We decided to get all other outfits for the wedding elsewhere.Also had my alterations completed there and she was great to work with. She listened to my requests and my dress turned out great!

I have been to the Bridal Gallery on a few occasions both buying bridesmaid dresses and my own wedding dress! I have had nothing but great experiences! Everyone is always so welcoming and beyond helpful. My consultant was Jennie and she made me feel beautiful in the dress I chose and made sure I left with exactly what I wanted. I will continue to recommend to any future bridesmaids/bride!

I had such a fun experience! I had no idea what type of dress I wanted. Emily helped me find a dress that I love based on my likes/dislikes.

I was not impressed with my experience. I had my family help pick out dresses because they knew the style I wanted, but the lady helping me kept grabbing other dresses that just werent right for me. She kept putting the ones we picked off to the side and had me try on the ones she picked. I also felt very rushed. They had a lot of beautiful wedding dresses but I only got to spend 5 minutes looking. When my family asked if they could look for more while I was trying some on they were told no.

I went with my niece prom dress shopping two years in a row and the customer service and Individual attention was amazing! They are so helpful and the selection is wonderful! I also took my daughter in for a special dress to wear as a flower girl and they made her feel like a princess and treated her so kindly. I would go back in a heartbeat!

When contacting the store to ask to cancel the purchase because I ended up hating the way the dress looked on me in pictures, I was told the order could not be cancelled and I would be responsible for the remaining balance regardless.3. After an unexpected expense I again contacted the store to explain I didnt think I would be able to afford the dress, I was again told I needed to pay the balance or I would be sent to small claims court.I have never dealt with a company that was so unwilling to work with me. If you buy a dress from this company for one of the happiest days of your life dont expect to be able to change your mind. If it were an option I would rate them a 0.

Tried to set up an appointment 7 weeks out, when my mom can be in town. I was told their fixed appointment slots were 10:00-11:30. We have other appointments that day, so I asked if we could plan to arrive at 10:15-11:30 (no extra time), and I was flat turned down If something changes in your schedule we would definitely love the opportunity to have you shop with us. Over 15 minutes, of my own appointment time - I wasnt even asking them to adjust their fixed schedule. Very disappointing.

Dropped in without an appointment and was helped right away. I wasnt expecting to be able to try on any gowns but was able to try on four right away and scheduled a follow up appointment for later on. Super happy with my experience so far.

They set you on a time limit, they don’t let you pick out dress and if do they won’t let you try it on, and they judge you by your size.

Long story short, a series of unfortunate events led me to Bridal Gallery. However, once they were in charge it was a breeze. Ashley was so kind and got everything taken care of for my bridesmaids and kept in constant communication with me. Would recommend!

We had issues with a gown that was purchased here and they were able to rectify the situation.

Not the best experience. I called to make an appointment but since they don’t do appointments on Saturdays we figured we’d just stop by. The wait was only about 15 minutes but when I tried to check in they didn’t seem too willing to let my bridesmaids try on dresses and since I wasn’t a bride with them they weren’t very willing to get us in. They also told me they didn’t think they would have dresses for my bridesmaids and I’m still 6 months away from my wedding. When we got in to try on dresses the consultant wouldn’t let my bridesmaids look through the racks, and I get it, Covid, but other parties were going through them with no problem. Our consultant said she would just pick the dresses for us but wasn’t pulling ones that my bridesmaids even liked, and wouldn’t let them look for themselves. I left 3 stars because there might have been one dress we go back for but they didn’t have much of a selection and they all looked the same and had the same fabric. We expected more and left kind of disappointed.

I had the honor of judging the South Dakota International Pageant this past weekend and was in need of a formal dress. Ashley and her team went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful and memorable. I would recommend allowing them to pull dress for you that you may never consider. I was in awe of everything they allowed me to try! What a fantastic experience, I would suggest checking them out! Customer service was amazing and their selection is exceptional!

Hands down the best bridal store in town! I went to a few other stores in town and the customer service was definitely lacking compared to the Bridal Gallery. From the moment they opened the doors for us everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Jenni is phenomenal! I can’t say that enough! She made me and my very large crew feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. She truly cared about what I wanted in a dress a seemed genuinely excited for me which made it all the more special.

The Bridal Gallery is the first place I recommend to every bride! I feel they have the best selection for the best price! Soooo many unique and stunning gowns for every shape and size! Even more than that my experience as a bride was filled with laughter, tears, and love (not much more you can ask for while picking out your wedding dress right?) Highly recommend!

This has been the craziest year to get married dealing with COVID and this shop has made the process seamless. We had a mixup on our end with bridesmaid dresses and because of it we were in a pinch to get dresses ordered and here on time for the wedding. Love my wedding dress from here! I had a wonderful experience and was treated like a beautiful bride. My consultant, Katie, asked tons of questions, connected with me instantly, made a point of showering me with compliments, and she was very knowledgeable! Also, they already had dresses in the room for me that I noted I had wanted to try on. When my dress was delivered to the store and we went back to try it on again, she remembered who I was when I walked in the door. Fantastic service and I definitely felt like a princess!

The most friendly and helpful staff I have ever worked with. Also extremely knowledgeable. I went in not knowing at all what I wanted or any of the dress terminology. After I tried on a few dresses, the girl helping me pulled some dresses for me she thought would suit my style. The dress I ended up getting was one she picked out and I am IN LOVE with it! She had a better idea of what I wanted than I did! And the large dressing rooms and comfortable furniture and atmosphere made for a very pleasant experience. My girls also decided to get their bridesmaids dresses here because the selection was better, the dresses were higher quality and the price wasnt that much different from the chains. I cannot recommend this place enough. They have been nothing but helpful and I even had a bridal party that was spread across the country. The customer service, dress quality, and atmosphere/experience are all miles above Davids Bridal. Go here! You wont be sorry.

My mom and I recently visited the Bridal Gallery of Sioux Falls to try on dresses for my upcoming wedding. I found the gallery on Instagram and fell in love with their inventory. Not only was I overjoyed to see that their inventory was as gorgeous as promised on their social media, but I was beyond impressed with their selection and welcoming staff. Throughout the entire appointment, Misty helped me find the perfect dress all while making me feel comfortable and confident. The only problem I had during my time at the Bridal Gallery was deciding between their beautiful dresses for my big day. Once I did chose my dream dress, Misty and other staff worked my mom and I through the purchasing process, sending us on our way super excited with a gift bag in hand. Bridal gallery is amazing! My consultant Jennie Criddle was so nice and so helpful! She specifically stayed in my budget and asked if I wanted to see something out of it but wouldnt do it without my permission which I so appreciated! She also provided me with dresses I wouldnt maybe pick but they had features I liked. I had a large party (9 people) with me and they were treated excellently as well! I found THE ONE and got a great deal. HIGHLY recommend for any bride-to-be!

We came to Sioux Falls to shop for my Daughters Wedding dress as a last minute alternative to Omaha due to time restraints. When we arrived, unannounced, Amanda let us know, very professionally, that we would need an appointment, but worked it out for us to come back in just a couple hours. When we came back, she greeted us immediately and was so sweet. My 2 daughters and I picked oodles of dresses and my Bride-to Be tried them on, she liked a couple of them, but nothing really wowed us. Amanda, who is obviously exceptionally intuitive, asked if she could recommend a dress for us. We accepted, she brought the dress, we tried it on, and I cried, like I said I never would. It was PERFECT! I cant speak for all of the staff, as we only dealt with Amanda, but she is amazing at her job---so insightful, thoughtful, attentive and patient. I would very highly recommend Amanda and this amazing boutique. Was a wonderful experience!!

She presented ideas we hadnt thought of and took the time to listen and help until we found the perfect combinations of wedding party attire. She loves her job and it shows. They had a great selection of dresses and I never felt rushed when trying on different gowns during my appointment. My attendant was very helpful and helped me find a lot of different dresses to try on. They carry all different sizes and styles, and a lot of accessories and other wedding outfits (flower girl dresses, suits...). I had a great experience shopping for my dress here and I would recommend them to anyone looking for dresses in the Sioux Falls area!

The consultant Caitlyn O was AMAZING!! I wasn’t sure on the dress and she went the extra mile to bring bridesmaids dresses and a tux over so I could see the whole look together! I have purchased a wedding vow renewal gown and several gowns we have used for pageants here. They have always been extremely patient and helpful no matter how many times we were in. Ashley was a dream to work with in the prom section, her opinions helped us find perfect gowns and fun fashion outfits for our pageant last June. Which we both won! We love feeling like we are old friends when we return to a store even if we are just looking. Keep up the good work.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with bridal gallery. I had all of my tuxes rented from them for my wedding and nearly all of the tuxes were messed up. One of my ring bearers had pants that were too short. The other ring bearers suit coat was about 2 sizes too small, had the wrong size shoes, and the wrong color vest. I ordered ivory colored shirts for all of the groomsman and ushers. One had an ivory shirt. Everyone else had bright white. I had two ushers who were supposed to have plum colored ties (purple) and they ended up with blue. Blue wasnt even a color in my wedding. One of my ushers pants were too small and his coat was too big. Furthermore, when we called bridal gallery we basically had to do their job for them and try to figure out how to fix the tuxes ourselves because we didnt have everyone measured at their store. Which is a comment that is null and void because my ring bearer with absolutely nothing right with his tux WAS measured at the store by bridal gallery employees. It is unfortunate that this is something I had to worry about on my wedding day, especially when we payed $175 per tux.

WOW!!! Just wow. My consultant was awesome she got my vision of a dress and exceeded my expectations of a dress. I found the perfect dress that I didnt even know that I wanted!!! The prices are amazing. Blows Davids bridal out of the water. Beautiful dresses, building, and people!!!!

She was great!I ended up getting my perfect dress some place different, but if were being honest, I wish that I wouldve found it at The Bridal Gallery, JUST because their customer service was that much better than any place else!The BEST place to shop for your wedding dress in Sioux Falls- hands down!

I had such a pleasant experience at the Bridal Gallery. The layout of the shop is just perfect and it’s spacious for shopping. There were so many dresses to choose from and my consultant Misty was such a big help! She really made finding my dress fun and so much easier than it would have been otherwise. The dress that I ended up getting is one that she actually picked out for me to try on. The prices were also very doable with ranges from smaller budgets to bigger budgets. I also was pleased to find that there were no children in the shop bonus points!

Had appointments at 2 places in Sioux Falls. Just didnt find the dress that I liked there. Stopped into Bridal Gallery just incase we didnt need an appointment. Unfortunately we needed one. Ashton (consultant) who was at the front desk said the only thing she could do is let us go look at the sale racks, which we were just fine with. A few minutes later Ashton came back and checked on us (which she didnt need to do since we just stopped in). After trying on about 10 dresses with her help, I FOUND MY DRESS and our bridesmaid dresses!! I dont normally leave reviews, but the Bridal Gallery and specifically Ashton were WONDERFUL! I would recommend going there and having her help. But make an appointment :) Thank you Ashton for all your help in finding the perfect dress!!

My niece had been to several other bridal shops and found her dress here. Very friendly and really nice gallery!!

They helped me find a dress that I loved in my price range and were very nice and I just loved the experience and had lots of fun.

They have a beautiful selection of dresses, but I would NOT recommend getting flower girl dresses or renting tux’s for boys here. The staff was zero help when it came to sizing for our flower girls dress. They would have had us order the completely wrong size, and couldn’t even give me an idea about shipping until I ordered and paid for the dress. My sons tux (that he was measured for) does not fit well at all. The staff told me that’s just how kids clothing works, but I’m certain I could get a better quality tux at target which we will probably be doing. So now I’m stuck paying for two tux’s. My jewelry was delivered twisted and the chain kinked, the staff also said that’s just how it is. The manager did hear about the incident and is exchanging mine for a new one, but it took an extra visit to the store for the issue to be resolved. I am highly disappointed in my experience here.

Best experience ever! The first time I came in my bridal consultant Kelsie was up beat and ready to go. Her happiness felt truly genuine and everyone who was with me felt it too. We tried on a ton of dresses in a very short amount of time, but I never felt rushed or pushed into something I didnt like. She asked questions about how I got engaged as well as what my Fiance was like and the style and feel of the wedding. From all of this we found the top runner, but I had another appointment else where to make sure that the dress we found was the one. The next week I made another appointment to try on the dress again. Right after I made the appointment I received a thank you letter in the mail from Kelsie thanking me for coming in and working with her. When I went back in to try the dress on again, she already had the dress in a dressing room and was already for me. After the second time I said yes to the dress. I was so happy to order my dress as well as have an amazing consultant to help me through everything. Thank you so much to everyone there you are doing an amazing job. Keep up the good work!!

I am really glad I chose the Bridal Gallery. My consultant was nice, bubbly, and fun, and was determined to get me into as many dresses as I could try on in the 1.5 hour appointment. I think I got to try on about about 10-12 dresses. I found my dress, and this is the first place I went!I thought the selection was really good, so good that it was almost overwhelming to look through all the bags to find dresses to try on. But I had looked at the designer sites before and had a good idea with what I wanted. If not, I might have struggled.The Bridal Gallery also sells sample dresses off the rack. This is what my dress was, so it was a perfect price for me, and I got to take it home that day! Most of the dresses are going to fall around the $1000 plus range, though, so if that works for you... However the dresses are absolutely beautiful! I loved almost every one I tried on!All my bridesmaids came, and we got that dress picked out too. This was kind of hard to do in an hour, trying to find a dress, in the right color, for 4 different girls. We could barely make it in that hour, and kind of had to rush near the end and just pick one.Overall, I had a beautiful time, and couldnt be happier with how everything turned out. No regrets on choosing to come here. My consultant has been keeping up with me regularly on how the dresses are coming and ordering.My only negative is that it was hard to sort through and find dresses we wanted to try on, in both the bridal and bridesmaid sections. This limited our time to actually try on dresses. However, really minor in the end.

Purchased a $200 bridesmaid dress.. The zipper and button on the back were terrible quality. When I tried it on after receiving it I thought it would break (it did break on one of the other girls dress), I am terrified it will break on the wedding day. You should be able to zip a dress more than once...

Walking in, I was thinking how I really did not want to go in alone again (unexpected circumstances). Brooke was the best representative, even the other employee (I never caught her name) but they both were very kind and helpful. Brooke was kind enough to realize my family had other obligations and ended up having to cancel, she helped me to make my day as special as I hoped the day would be with my sisters. The Bridal Gallery was my second experience I had with looking for dresses and they trumped the first stop by far! I ended up buying my dress from them and am very happy with the outcome. I have been recommending the Bridal Gallery to all of my family and friends for their future purchases.

Amanda did an awesome job with the dress fittings and choices. Lacie kept all the appointments running right on time. Taren was an absolute pro with the measurements. A late opening for an appointment was appreciated.

They made me call my measurements in over the phone for my bridesmaid dress because an employee messed up on when the order needed to be placed. After taking my measurements with a tape measurer and completely guessing what my size would be I went and picked up my dress. I requested they take my measurements when I picked it up since I never had them taken and my husband and I were leaving on our honeymoon the next day and my alteration lady requested my measurements, they said I would have to pay additionally. After paying $200 for a bridesmaid dress, I think the least they could have done is take my measurements, since it takes two minutes, they had 8 workers standing around, and they never had taken them for me. Very very unimpressed.

Our daughter had a wonderful experience purchasing her bridal gown and the bridesmaid dresses from Bridal Gallery. I cant say we had the same experience with regards to the tux rentals.

Great customer service. Great selection. Good selection on clearance and sale items.

I was a nervous bride being a little busty and having hips. I was worried I wouldnt find anything I liked or in my size. My bridal consultant was A-mazing. She was wonderful with not just me but my family and friends I brought. She was honest with me when I asked which I needed. There were so many dresses to choose from and it gave me more confidence. I put on the second dress which my consultant picked out for me, I was almost positive I didnt like the way it looked so obviously it wouldnt look good on me. I was wrong. I fell in love with this dress and am purchasing in a couple weeks. My bridal consultant was Taren and she was a rock star! I have nothing but good things to say about the Bridal Gallery.

I got my Bridal Gown here a few years ago! I went to one other store before I came here, I tried on 3 dresses at the first store and knew it wasnt for me. When I got to the Bridal Gallery I was excited about the selection or dresses and even sale selection was great! I fell in love with a dress that was on the mani. Tried it on and it was the ONE, I purchased it that day! To this day its sill my dream dress!! We did EVERYTHING with them: Tuxes, Bridesmaids, flowergirl dress, mothers dresses, jewlery, and shoes!! I loved the convienence of a one stop shop! The girls were so awesome to work with.I now work here and LOVE it! My bridal experince made my choice to come work here that much easier. I love helping new brides and anyone else who is in the wedding party.I have and will always recommend anyone to the Bridal Gallery!!
