The Scent Plugs oils are absolutely perfect!! They smell wonderful and are long-lasting. My ONLY complaint is that they spill over when they are delivered and make quite a mess. I even got the oil on one of my shirts and had to throw it away.

Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable. She walked around w me and smelled different candles, she told me about the sales, and also showed me new products like a wax melt type of burner. Good employee!

GREAT Customer service from Tonia!!! She makes this store so one on one to inform you of sales and everything to with the products, very knowledgeable. This experience would make me prefer shopping At Yankee instead of other candle stores.

The candles arent cheap, but with the right sales theyre great. The employee was able to recommend me one of their new scents based on the scents I normally gravitate to, and I loved it. Great service!

Very expensive. I wanted to just see how much the candles are. They had a big sale to celebrate their 50th anniversary. Now I am kind of wishing I bought a barely burnt Yankee candle at a rummage sale for a quarter. LOL I guess you learn as you go.

Management is a mess, my roommate says theyre going under fast because theyre hemorrhaging employees and managers.
