Purchased carpet and Vinyl flooring . Scheduled weeks in advance to be installed . Installation day they came and installed carpet (which also had to use some of my tools) and was told they would be installing Vinyl flooring next day in kitchen, entry way and bathroom - nobody showed up and called to ask what is going and told someone would call me back which did not happen, I had to keep following up . Finally was told they would be there the next day - again no one showed up . Finally on the 3rd day it was installed but they also floored completely over a floor vent in my bathroom with still no resolution . Quality of product is great but customer service and communication I would say good luck .

I work in water restoration and always use Carpet Land, they are always fair on price and always install quicker I have ever experienced with other companies. I even recommend them to friends and family because I know they will get a good price and quality work!

Go down there and talk to Ryan! He took the best care of us and got us exactly what we wanted!! I will be back for all my flooring needs for sure!
