So - toyland opened with a bang on Saturday. We went looking specifically for items and found all we needed. We also browsed around and we’re pleasantly surprised by some of their Vikings licensed gear which was priced very well!! Store is stocked and ready for shoppers - having been in Sioux Falls now for over a year - this seems a great one stop shop for essentials and more!

As the saying goes of fleet farm doesnt have it, you dont need it the saying holds up! I went to get basically the same item in a different size that I got from the tractor store, ended up spending $25 less even after talking them down on the price of the first one I bought!

Huge store with a large variety of items. Convenient location right off of I-29 with a lot of available parking.

The first time that I stopped in was about 8 months ago and I was looking for a part for a wood burner that the website stated they had in stock. When I first walked into the store and started searching for my area, it was clear that I didnt know where to look, but as I walked past 10 different employees, not one acknowledged me. When I found my area, I couldnt locate the piece so then I set out to find an employee and there wasnt one in that area. I walked back down where I started and finally found someone. He was useless. His response when he couldnt find it either is that I am going to call it we dont have it in stock even though his little computer thing said otherwise. He finally found the employee who worked in the area in the break room. She came out and didnt have a flipping clue what I was looking for. She told me the website isnt reliable on what they have on hand and they are working on making the better. Needless to say, after an hour, I finally found the part on my own in that area by different parts. The staff needs to have a lot more training in the areas that they are working. So be careful if you want knowledgeable answers. I was so irritated by it all, I wrote into customer service about my experience and never received any type of response from them. Here we are 8 months later and my husband wanted to try it out and we did. Plus, I was on the lookout for canning lids. We noticed many things are pretty expensive and even if they say clearance, it doesnt seem like a deal. The store is large and clean. They have many different types of things, but I dont find myself frequenting it. We did ask one person where canning stuff was and he knew where to send us at least. We had a rebate and the cashier told us where to get the paperwork, but it was empty so we had to talk with customer service. No canning lids and the bullets are very limited. So, they are picked over like many other places as well. Both visits, the cashiers were friendly. We did, however, buy some of their trail mix and dried fruit and were pleased with them.

Great selection, great addition to Sioux Falls. The toy store was quite impressive.

They have a lot of stuff here!!! If they dont have something, you can be 90% sure that nobody else will have it either. Most of it is overpriced, and the service is slightly lacking, bit you can find the occasional great deal.

This became my new favorite store as soon as i walked in the door. They have everything my heart has everd dreamed for. Sales all over, great rewards program, and super friendly staff. Best place ever for work clothes if you are in construction. I could spend way too much money at this store...

Clean, well laid out store. Friendly employees. Great place to buy tires. Usually have a special going on that changes between brands every few weeks.

We are very fortunate to have this business in town. Combines the best of a few of the local stores all under one roof. Went on a Saturday with my daughter. It was busy but not overwhelming. I specifically was going to look for a rifle, but they too are in short supply like the ammo is. Keep up the great work Fleet Farm.

First time visiting. I found everything to be reasonably priced and customer service was very nice and professional. I will be back.

Prices are a little high on most everything! / Great selection. / I was told military discount but at check out worker said they only do on special occasions? / It was memorial weekend while their? / I cant think of a better occasions to honor Veterans? I personally wont go back again, plus cheaper places to shop.

First time at a Fleet Farm & WOW!! great store for the outdoor person! Pretty much have everything you need for farm, hunting, rugged clothing, footware, food. Just a bunch of great stuff & friendly staff!

There seemed to be a lot of empty shelves. Maybe they were re-toolling for fall. There is still a ton of things in this store. I could have spent way more then the two hours I did in there but the kids were getting impatient. I will be back!

This fleet farm was very organized and bigger than most I have been too. It was also very nice on the outside.

While it is nice inside and has a nice variety of merchandise. I felt that items were priced higher on everything. They did not honor veterans this memorial weekend by giving a veteran or any military personnel a military discount at checkout. I was told only at certain times that the store does that.

Has everything you need. Ask for help you get it! Happy Sioux Falls got this store!

While on vacation, we blew a tire on our boat trailer. We stopped at Fleet Farm for a replacement, and the people in automotive were extremely helpful and friendly. They replaced the tire on the rim and put the new one on the boat, and had us back on the road in about 15 minutes. A+++

They are finally in South Dakota!! Yay! Weve been traveling to Fargo and the Twin Cities to make purchases at Fleet Farm. Thank you for finally coming to South Dakota.The stores had a soft opening on Tuesday of this week, and has a grand opening weekend planned beginning Fridat, May 31st. Like they say in their tagline, If they dont have it, you dont need it.

They should remove Farm from their name. They dont carry V-belts unless it fits a vehicle. I need some for farm use. Couldnt find them in the store even with their help.

I pretty much enjoy myself greatly when I go there.

So far just ok gasoline but that is just all I have gotten there the 1 time I went. Maybe later I will add better review.

It is your one stop shop for everything you could need, and the prices are just right. Highly recommend

A Very Cool&Very Awesome Store In The Sioux Falls,SD Area That I Could Most Definitely Spend All Day In Thats For Sure

As I’ve affectionately began to call it, the “man mall” truly does have everything you would need for tools to hunting to livestock to kayaking and everything in between. I enjoy going for their awesome gardening and plant section because the prices can’t be beat.

I stopped by about 4:00 on a weekday. Not a ton of people there but when I got my items, I went to check out, there was 1 CHECK OUT PERSON!!! the line was 10+ deep. I kept seeing workers come up to the area but not to cashier. Dept heads, managers, assistant managers should be helping when that busy. I wont be back, EVER

I arrived at Fleet Farm on Friday, August 6th, 2021 at about 4:30 p.m. I went into the store, and picked up three (3) items from their sales flyer. By the time I approached the checkout area, there was at least 10 other people waiting in line. AND ONLY ONE CHECK OUT LANE WAS OPEN! I waited in line for at least 10 minutes expecting another lane or two to open, but it did not happen. One lady who was in line in front of me got frustrated enough, went to the customer service desk, and told that employee of the problem. She was told that nothing could be done about it. I waited for another 5 minutes hoping something would change. It never did. That did it for me, and it was time to leave. I pushed my cart with the three items I wanted to purchase into a nearby aisle, left it there, and on my way out the door, told another employee I would be taking my shopping for similar items elsewhere. It was probably the most ridiculous shopping experience I ever had. No way was I going to wait around for a full hour waiting to check out with only three items in my cart. It is doubtful I will return here anytime soon. Get your act together, Fleet Farm!!!

Seriously! Card readers on pumps are disabled forcing you inside to take 3 times longer to fill the tank. Next time Ill pass on the 10c saving and go to the BP down the road.

Massive store with everything you could need from tires for a vehicles to food to supplies for the farm to hunting gear. Good prices and a good variety of name brand products to choose from.

I cant spend too much time in there or my money goes away fast

They will put a $75.00 added pending charge when you get gas. $1.00-$5.00 is reasonable NOT $75.00!!! Ik we will get it back when the charge clears but what the Hell?!?!

Very clean, though customer service reps were hard to find. Plant material was just starting to arrive. Not sure Id intentionally make a trip out there again. Ill stick to my basic places for plant material of thats the quality they tend to carry. May be a supplier issue but I will upgrade my review down the road after a third visit. The garden section is completely set right and their pricing on their garden center is uniform so be careful and be patient trying to figure it out. Wish they had an app available to use while shopping to price check, this might improve the opportunity to prevent needing customer service reps to answer these questions.

Got out fall jackets today. On sale and then even more in sale at the counter. Couldnt have been happier

I hosted the annual Pheasant Flush event at fleet farm yesterday. We had a great time! Food trucks were there... There was beer vendors in the parking lot with Bud Light... There was a monster tractor on display... There was a dog training demonstration done with Mossy Oak... Bounce around inflatables was there for the kids. KRRO Radio and KELO Radio DJs were there with their super cool vans and were broadcasting from the event. I even put my 70 440 6-Pack Charger on display for the day and lots of people came and took pictures. And everybody got to see this awesome store and all of the things they have inside. Its really your combination of all of your favorite stores in one location and then a whole bunch of stuff you never thought of. I grew up with a Fleet Farm store in Milwaukee nearby so its great to see flFleet Farm come to Sioux Falls.

Staff were very helpful, prices were great. I will shop there again in the future

Not enough help. Empty shelves. Terrible service. The fishing flyer was a joke, because the items were not in stock or in the back on a pallet. Dont waste your time here. 1 person was helpful! Hats off to him. His name was Thom.

VERY disappointed in the car wash service. Multiple times I’ve stopped to get gas and a car wash which the pump has offered $1 off. When headed to the wash it is either out of service or closed. It would be nice if the pump didn’t offer it when it is closed or a sign posted. Will not be going back to get another car wash.

I love the atmosphere and look of the store! Nice place! Nice layout and nice customer service. Now, the prices are pretty steep, even the sale prices are more then what you would expect to pay at a Menards or a comparable store.

Huge store, huge inventory, anything you could need is probably in stock here. Prices are a bit steeper than a few other places in town on specifically power tools.

Nice store. Lots of weird stuff to look at. Great place for pet supplies and surprisingly, a really nice housewares section. Pretty good gas prices out front too.

We were in there yesterday, we love getting snacks from here for rode trips, when looking there was blue fuzzy mold growing on multiple beef Jeremy packets. When I told a employee they said that’s not my department I don’t care, alone with finding many 6 month plus outdated items. We will no longer shop and of that department.

This store is always filled with helpful people. I had an issue with an order that I could not work with customer service online to resolve and this store did everything they could to help. Very personable and kind. Shelley and Bobbi Jo were amazing to work with.

I went to buy cedar chips in ad 4 bags for$10 garden center clerk sent me hunting for them could not find she said maybe they were in the yard so I walked over there was told they THOUGHT they were all out up to this point no one offered to look up in a computer to check inventory so I went to customer service the clerk there looked up inventory which indicated 100 bags in stock so got the SKU went back to the yard man there said inventory was wrong and when I asked where the shelf space that matched the sku was so I could see empty he wouldnt do so since he knew no stock so back to customer service desk and requested to talk to manager who confirmed supposedly no stock even though inventory showed 100bags. I will never shop fleet farm again

The shoe section was awful, mixed up disorganized. So much I decided to shop elsewhere. The wait in line to check out is even worse.Some areas of the store are more organized, and much easier to find what you are looking for. Which makes shopping that much easier.50/50 as far as the good and bad

I like this place. The food was very good. I particularly liked the walleye served with a generous portion of good fries. It is also very clean and spacious for those with covid concerns.

Love the clothing section, buy all the time.

Stopped at gas convenience store to purchase cigs, power ball ticket and lucky for life along with 4 scratch tickets...

My go to place for all my lawn care needs. Plus they carry the power tool brands I like.

Unfortunately the store itself will die by a thousand paper cuts. When you have a nice store but no one to man it, it could be a problem. When you call the HR manager and he never returns anyones call, it could be a problem. When you call the store and wait on hold, get hung up on and then call back only to be told the one person working is covering three departments and does not have time to take phone calls, it could be a problem. When you call corporate and they never call back, it could be a problem. Please spend your money where you and it is actually appreciated. This store will die slowly. You heard it hear first. Its a problem!

Traveling thru the area and had a trailer tire fail. The service department got on it within minutes and got me back on on the road promptly. Thanks to the shop crew.

It is basically WalMart with an agricultural vibe. Very odd mix of brands and it was particularly picked over and disheveled when I visited. Wont go back soon.

Great selection! The prices are a little higher than Walmart and Runnings, but it seems that their products are higher-quality. The men’s apparel section is massive, and has a wide variety of workwear, casual wear, and footwear. There is also a small grocery section with staple items, such as milk, cereal, and soft drinks. Also, by the checkouts, they have an area dedicated to high school and college apparel (SDSU, USD, Roosevelt, Washington and O’Gorman - I didn’t see Lincoln, SF Christian, or any other high schools represented, but I was impressed for those that were offered.) Customer service was great, especially for being open for only a week!

What’s going on over there? No one answering calls for hours.

Couldnt find inventory they said they had or give me a price on panels sitting on the shelf. I was trying to get everything for a fence project and it was a ridiculous experience I left with nothing.

I was able to find what I needed quickly, and they had a great selection of cat food.

Fleet farm has everything from clothing to dog food. And its a huge selection of dog food. They also have people food and fishing tackle! Huge selection of tackle. The prices I paid for my cart full was abt what I considered decent prices on items and they had some items that if you bought them you recieved a $10 gift card! Yeah!

The last three times I have been here, the items that I am looking for are either not available or they are out of stock. Seems strange for a business whos motto is If we dont have it, you dont need it. I definitely needed it and found it elsewhere just fine.

They had quite a few items that were priced wrong. Or they were changing locations due to the holidays and Black Friday. They honored the prices of the items in the wrong location and that says a lot about character of the people working there. I appreciate what they did and have much respect.

Fleet Farm is always a great place to shop. If you need it more than likely they have. This time of year they have great bargains on Christmas toys and all your holiday needs or wants. That staff are super helpful and friendly.

Good store for bbq smokers and exercise. Large store.
