Lewis stores are in general very well run. This particular store is adding space but continues to be very convenient to use.

Love all the people who work there, the pharmacist is very easy to work with, there has been a few times when my prescriptions werent called in and he always made sure even when I was there to call the Dr so I could get my script. The place is kept very clean and its really easy to navigate when in the store.

This store has always been very good to me and my family! I love it! They are friendly people working there and the pharmacy is wonderful!!

I think the nicest people in Sioux Falls work at this Lewis Drug store! So friendly, so helpful, and helped us out within minutes of questions.

Tried to go through drive thru to get medicine after discharge from hospital. The person at the window was very rude. She made us leave the drive thru to let another person go to window. Just for that person to sit at the window for close to 15 minutes. Then was able to go back to window to sit and there for 5 minutes before was taken care of.

Drug store, alot of groceries, home needs a little of a lot.Locally owned that why I shop here.

Not the usual Lewis we go to but we have been there twice recently. Both times checked out in customer service two different employees. However both were very friendly and helpful. Love my Eastgate Lewis and sometimes get frustrated going to other stores but not the Lewis drug stores they are all equally amazing.

Just stopped in to use the post office get some stamps and mail a package its quick and convenient there and if I need something Im right there to get it

Its a friendly efficient drug store. They seem to carry some things that other places dont. Pricing is competitive on goods and real good on alcohol. Wish you could still pay bills and get money orders there. Their garden center is top notch during the appropriate seasons.

Lewis always has the best down to earth customer service. They have a different variety of products and have been around for many years.. whenever we are in the area we like to stop in and wander around to see what goodies we find.

Im from outside of town...Been coming here since I was a kid...I remember when this, Lewis has an open basement with mounted animals (taxidermy)...Ahhhh, how I miss that, but this is a nice store...It had what I needed and they always have a little bit of everything...The cashier was a very friendly lady and the place was quite clean...

The manager at this Lewis (Bob?) was incredibly kind and helpful! I made a large purchase and he not only provided solid advice, but also helped me carry it to my car. All of the employees were responsive and friendly. I have always been impressed with the Lewis stores and highly recommend them.

Fast in and out very friendly workers

I had to leave quickly...to read the sign outside. I thought I went into Lowes by mistake. They have good deals on generic OTC meds. Where else can you get an aspirin for when you use the snow blower you can also buy there.

It is a convenient place to visit in the middle of town & usually have what you need.

My first stop at Lewis Drug was to get my lottery tickets, and then I had to go pick up one of my favorite brands of coffee there, and then I had to get my prescriptions. It is for sure a One Stop store.

They had all the convenience items I stopped for and a few I remembered when I saw them.

Prescription is NEVER ready, even after receiving a text.****UPDATE****I had all my prescriptions transferred to another store. For three months, a prescription had been preapproved thru my insurance for increased dosage. For three months, i paid over 40.00 for the difference, when i should only have paid 38 cents.

The pharmacy has gone down the tubes for customer service. The main pharmacist is rude. They dont let you know your script is ready except by use of an app that works less than half of the time. When you call to ask a question the older lady that usually answers is rude with the how dare you bother me voice. They make no effort of helping you find coupons for medications- 2 of the other main pharmacies on eastside tell you to look, & even offer to help. We started there in Jan. due to new insurance and after all of the rudeness, troubles with filling scripts in a timely matter, and being told by the pharmacist that food allergies dont matter. We left!! BTW, many food allergies are severe, and gluten dairy and corn if not more are used as fillers so yes...food allergies do matter.

I have the BEST pharmacy experience when I go to any Lewis, but especially this one.

Best Lewis in town

Theres not much that sets Lewis apart from other general goods stores. Its a place you go if you need to grab something cheap and quickly. Its usually not crowded, so it makes these kinds of trips faster than in larger stores. The mail center is a nice benefit.

They have all the things

Clean, shiny floors. Great customer service. Have postal service. Stamps, pay bills. Decent wine prices. Very bright

Always nice and helpful

Really need to hire a security guard or an if duty police officer. I do not feel safe when I get out of my vehicle at this location. Or leaving the store.

Got a new medication on Thursday and never taken it before. They didnt ask me if I had any questions. Or give me the literature on the medication so I can inform myself about the medication and what to look for in side effects. They were fast and friendly.
