Do not recommend the service at Builders Millwork.We had an issue with a exterior door being different than the one we really wanted. Chad blew me off, and finally told me that there was nothing they could do to get us the door we wanted.I believe they could have gotten us a different door, they just didn’t want to go to any extra effort to make us happy.I told Chad to have his boss call me, and still waiting for the call.
Every person I have come in contact with are polite, efficient, hardworking, and prompt. Highly recommend them!!!!

Great service. I was immediately greeted and asked what I was in for. The specialist Derek was helpful and any question he couldnt answer he asked an installer to answer them. I had him price out two different bannisters and was quoted same day. Im picking up the materials now and overall I am happy with the service. Same day quote, purchase, and pick up.
Called to discuss buying doors and trim for basement. Unfortunately, was dismissed as a waste of time and hung up on.
Everyone we dealt with while ordering/picking up our doors was extremely helpful and friendly. On top of the great customer service we got great prices and a timely turn around.
We have worked with Builders Millwork & Window for nearly 15 years in our construction and home remodeling business. Their service and ability to work with our clients to everyones satisfaction was outstanding. Questions in the field were given prompt attention. Product was delivered in a timely fashion. If problem solving was needed, the sales people were attentive and creative, offering suggestions to save customers money and/or products to create the customers vision for their home. Their show room and design center is second to none and a wonderful place for clients to see and experience many fine products for their home.
Cant say enough. Doors and Windows were better than we expected. Finishes were exceptional and everything was delivered to the job site (90 mi) on time. We had a major parting of the ways with our contractor mid stream and Builders Millworks bent over backwards to help us. Ill recommend them and also hope to use them again.
Builders Millwork has a very friendly staff that is nothing but professional. From their knowledge on products, access to custom items and timely delivery, as well as a network of people to finish the job is helpful. Yeah its a little more money for some of their products but they back everything up and explain what you are getting. My experience in working with them has been good so thats why I am going back to them.
I am not writing to complain of the product but the lack of customer service and treating each customer as to their needs. I am a home owner who ordered a kitchen island. When ordering I stated we were going to buy the cabinets and do it ourselves but didnt want the hassle. Again I ordered a customized kitchen island. When is was delivered it was three separate cupboards, no hardware included. I was not told how this would come. The product is great quality but after speaking the owner and getting a negative response I will NEVER recommend them. We had to pay someone to put it together and the screws they sent with the handles arent even long enough to fit through. Total disappointment.
I really hate to leave negative feedback but feel it is necessary to let others know. We had a horrible experience, customer care and service are very poor. Doors ordered were not as promised and was not rectified in a timely manner. Im speaking as a individual not contractor...seemed to have no time to resolve matter. They made accusations instead of dealing with the simple matter that the doors were not as promised, never did resolve. Would not recommend.

We have had a terrible experience with Builders from the very begining. Here is an email that was written to the owner after multiple attempts to get it fixed. Nothing has still happened.I am reaching out to you in hopes of a fix or a solution with the work done at our house. My wife has had a horrible experience with Builders from begining to end. We received a quote from (Employee) and she was good but had to leave and go on maternity leave and we were handed over to (Employee). We than spoke with (Employee) and were trying to finalize our order and she gave us a higher quote for the exact same things. So than that was a week of back and forth battle before it was resolved. Than (Employee) came out to measure and we didnt have the room for a cabinet so we took it out. We than received our updated quote which was more even with a cabinet taken out. My wife finally cleared that up and than asked (Employee) what the measurements were for our undermount sinks because we were going to find our own due to cost. She told us the measurements and we ordered under mount sinks. When we asked when we need to bring them in to get cut out she than informed us that they could not be used because forma wouldnt cut them out if they werent from them. So there we are with 2 sinks that we cant use and had to pay for shipping. My wife than ordered a sink which was double the cost and when we came home after it was installed it was brown and she had ordered black. We also had to order a non under mount in the mud room which we did not want.Next came the countertop mess. We were told that they would have to seem one of the coutertops due to the size. I attached a picture of the seem and I will let you be the judge if you would be happy with it. Next is the sink was cut out off centered so one end hangs out further than the other end.Last we ordered non slam doors and only the drawers had them. I know that you can go to the store and buy non slam and install them yourself but this isnt something that we should have to do.My wife has emailed numerous times and spoke with our builder and asked for it to be fixed or compensated for the mistakes. We were offered $100 in compensation which would pay for somebody to walk in the door and look at it so she emailed back and asked for it to be fixed and now cant get a response from (Employee) (Employee), or (owner). I am hoping that you will contact us and we can come to a resolution.I attatched pictures of the mistakes. I would steer anybody clear of using them.
