I highly recommend Sioux Falls’ GNC! They are hands down the best supplement company in/around the area. Whether you’re looking for product variety, quality, knowledgeable staff, or friendly service, they do it all. The management and staff make product recommendations based on individual needs and personalize the experience to each customer. They aren’t out to upsell you products that you don’t need (thank youuu) and are loyal to their consumers. They take orders by phone for those who aren’t local and are always hooked up with new flavors in my favorite brands like ghost, muscle sport, axe and sledge, etc!My experiences with both SF locations have only been positive.

Wow is all Ive got to say. First off, these guys have a true desire to help you achieve your goals. Both times I have went in there saying I need this or that, their first questions are What are you looking to do? and What are you already using/what are your workouts like? Not only have they proved to me that they care about their clients success, but they have the knowledge to do just that. It seems like they have not only gotten to know their products, but also done the scientific research to help their customers know what to buy and when to use it.In short, skip the mega-supplement websites and spend some time getting to know these guys and support a small business. They have so much to offer and the prices are very competitive. As I finish my senior year at college (Go Augie!) I still intend to call in and order stuff from these guys even when Im living in Omaha next year. Thats how great their service has been! Im generally a tough guy to please, but they have earned my business.

Wow! Customer service was excellent. I was greeted by Casey and he was so very helpful. He asked several questions on what my desired results were and helped me pick out a product that fit my needs. The experience in this store was nothing short of a blessing. Because it is family owned and not just corporate owned is a plus for me. They are giving back to the community. I bought a deluxe blender from the GNC store in the mall, used it three times and it started on fire! After contacting them about it they sent me a $25 voucher for anything in the store. This GNC store was closer to my house so I thought Id go there instead. JJ greeted us at the door and I told him about our experience. He immediately offered to give us a replacement. He didnt have to do that! He was able to answer all of our questions and give us excellent advice. Top notch service here! These guys love what thy do and it shows. 5 stars EASY!! This is the store I will shop at from now on and I will recommend it to everyone.When we were in there I asked JJ how late they were open. He said, till 8. When we left it was 8:45 and he just let us look around. He is very patient. We didnt realize it was past 8 already! Again, these guys are awesome!!!!

Stopped into this location for the first time this past weekend and I was very impressed! I was greeted by Casey the second I walked in the door and he walked me over to the exact thing I was looking for. He also went on to suggest other products based on what I was looking to do and explained the differences in the other brands. I opted for the PMD Pump Fuel based on the information he provided and its been a superior product than the brands I had used previously. I have plans to switch my entire stack over to the PMD brand now. Ill continue to come to this store in the future for the replenishment of my stock. Thanks for such a great first impression!
